This clinic claims to be 24/7 on call they are not. They have been closed for a week without notice to their clients. Be ware of their false advertisement.

There are always two sides to every story. We left two messages with Lisa so that we could hear her side and we never heard back. We are so disappointed and saddened. Not only did she promise us that she would be available off hours, the website makes it clear that they are available for their patients. It is clearly misrepresentation. I called on a Saturday before noon and then again a little bit later (when I hadn’t heard back) to confirm that Lisa had my number. The second time, I was “referred” to the emergency vet in Miami “if I didn’t hear back.” I didn’t hear back. She was a good vet to us with two different dogs for 20 years and in our moment of need she wasn’t there for us. Never again is an understatement. We should have listened to our friends who were also let down. But, we chose to believe. Live and learn.

It wasn’t necessarily a bad experience, in fact I am grateful they even saw me that day because I was on vacation and was told it would be super hard to find a vet that day. I only got in because a family member knew someone who could get me in. However I wish they told you beforehand it was a $70 fee JUST for being “new.” I have been to so many vets due to the field I work in, as well as my own animals and have never had a new patient fee. ON TOP of the $40 walk in fee. I get it’s key west, but I sort of felt taken advantage of.

After many years of excellent care from Dr. Lisa Branson and other vets at this practice, things have gotten almost impossible. They are too busy to give any attention to me anymore and I am very disappointed in a mis diagnosis I was given by Dr. Marks in in January. He said my dog had two months to live. Turns out my dog has had a gum infection and up here in Massachusetts he got the care he needed and is thriving. Dr. Branson is the best I wish her luck in getting the clinic back on its feet

Whoever is answering the phone in there should be professional and kind. We are not asking for a favor, we are asking for a service.

This veterinary clinic cares more about money than the animals. Very unfortunate. Won’t go there ever again.

We recently relocated to kW and did not have an established vet yet. Our dogs were playing and one knocked the others front tooth out. I called and was able to take my pup to be seen within the hour. They were courteous, professional, and very reasonably priced. We have now found our new vet in KW. Thank you and thank you from Sophie and her one less tooth ????.

We have two rescue Wheaten Terriers. They are middle age and do occasionally have a problem. The oldest (9) has had two surgeries here and we were so very pleased with the doctor and her staff. He has just recently had one of the surgeries and he is fit as a fiddle. His sister had several sores, smelled terrible and repeated ear infections. The doctor told us what was really going on, put her on a medication and gave us a spray for her ear to prevent another infection. She is now sore free, odor free and her ears are fine. We got the best service for our animals at this veterinary than the other two we had tried. They are learned, they care and love the animals.

Miss Dove was hit in the street one Saturday a few years ago. It was late at night and Lisa came in to the clinic with an assistant and opened the place up just for Miss Dove. She fixed her up and Miss Dove is fine today thanks to the wonderful care that All Animal Clinic provided.

Vets and staff compassionate and caring about Rocky Cat and his suspected cancer and chronic condition. However were honest to say they were not a cancer or chronic clinic. They helped us in making our own decision to wait will have follow up visit for Rock Cat ????

Can not say enough great things about All Animal Clinic. Their staff is friendly, kind, and professional. They don't price gouge and they truly care for you pet. Dr. Lisa has performed surgery on my GSD and we had zero issues post surgery. She is honest and real about the issues/concerns. Wouldn't take my pets anywhere else! We love All Animal Clinic!

Update. The office manager contacted me. She wanted to make sure I did in misunderstand as to their policy. I explained there was not. I do appreciate her calling and clearing the air. My dog did receive good care so I am updating from my last post. Should have spoken with her earlier.

The entire staff is caring and loving, they make every visit as easy and stress free as possible. They take time to listen and answer all questions and I love that they follow up with a personal call when my fur-baby is ill. It's obvious they are deeply caring and concerned for all animals but they always treat my little Oliver like a prince and of course he is.
