Absolutely LOVE this office and staff

I had to put down an animal I loved very much . The staff was extremely caring And went above and beyond all expectations. The Female Doctor is very kind and they legitimately care about you and your animal. If your in a tight spot emotionally this is your place. Thanks for the card Doc , your a sweetheart.

My 9 yr old pit is paw sensitive to say the least! They sedated him, trimmed and filed his nails, and reverses the sedation without issue. They had him back to me in about 30 min, and I spoke to the vet about his overall health personally! Awesome people here, I highly recommend this place!

Friendly Staff and great service. A bit pricey, cost over $350 for yearly shots.

I just needed flea, tick & heartworm medicine for my 6m old puppy. The prices are reasonable & the staff did educate me on the differ meds. Very informative!

Great staff they helped my dog at short notice when he hurt his paw.

My cat caught her nail on something and hurt herself. They took her in right away and treated the injury

Our family dog Spencer recently had to be Put to rest after a long battle with cancer doctor Burgess and his staff were absolutely wonderful in this process the cancer had taken Spencer relatively quickly and we only had days to arrange what we were gonna do as you can imagine we were lost and heartbroken but from the moment that we rushed into the clinic and the wee hours of the morning the staff was wonderful doctor Burgess was efficient very quick very calm and very considerate To our emotional state my heartfelt thanks go out to doctor Burgess in the entire staff at native Palm veterinarian clinic thank you for a peaceful passing for Spencer and the wonderful care and concern that you show to all of us in my family he will be missed but I know that his transition was peaceful thank you from the bottom of our hearts

Didn't care for this place. People were not so friendly.

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Dr always takes time to answer my questions. My dogs enjoy their visits.

My little coton got terribly ill. My friend recommended Dr. Burgess and i was thrilled with the experience. We were at the vet on Monday and have received follow up calls yesterday and today. I asked them to keep my file on record so I can use them whenever I'm in the Jupiter area. I may have to set up permanent residence because im so happy with the vet and the church.

Fairly inexpensive and short wait in the lobby.

Really like the doctors here. They take great care of all pets.

So let me start off my saying I have been using Native Palm for over a Decade. And yes I understand that they are not always the most affordable option. But I can tell you is I never feel like a number with them. When my cat was killed by two pitbulls, Dr. McMindes not only call to see how we were doing but her and the rest of the staff sent a nice card. When I got my first dog, they let me bring her in just use their scale and get her comfortable with the vets office more times then I can count. If I have a question about my dog, as a client Dr. McMindes would return my call personal to answer my questions, and it was not always well you will have to bring her in. The realty is this, when it matters and you love your pet as much as I love my dog... a few extra bucks for both piece of mind and a friend you can trust. Native Palm as always been there...

Very compassionate and kind staff. I really can't say enough about the treatment that was given to our beloved cat and to us as well. They were also very reasonably priced. Greatful to have them in the farms

horrible office.. will never bring my dog back again after they nearly killed him with a misdiagnoses . the one lady who i believed her name was katea was completely unprofessional from her tone of voice to the line of work.. never coming back

My sixteen-year-old Corgi mix, Stella, my best friend for all but the first 8 wks of her life, was sick today, and it was terminal. She had survived and thrived after liver cancer surgery almost two years ago. We walked every day and for me, each day was special after her recovery. Today we had to say goodbye. Native Palm Animal Hospital made it possible for us to say goodbye to Stella and end the suffering she was experiencing. Native Palm is wonderful! The facility is clean, the staff is very experienced and knowledgeable, and they have the newest technology to diagnose your animals. They have been caring for all my cats and dogs for 13 years now performing regular check ups and surgery. They are always available for same day appointments, are very caring to my animals, and available for emergencies when I called. I highly recommend Native Palm!! Your animals will have the best care out there!

Have been going to Native Palm since 1995 when Dr. McMindes first opened. Have no complaints. The staff is very knowledgeable and the office is squeaky clean. Dr. Burgess joined the practice a number of years ago. Both doctors are highly skilled and compassionate. Sprout and I look forward to our annual visits.

My dog had a swelling on her behind, called Native palm right when they open and they told me to bring her right in. Dropped her off, filled out some paper work and I went to work. Got a call right from the vet herself to tell me everything going on and that my pup was doing great. I went and picked her up after work, gave me all the instrustions i needed to care for her and paid. I was expecting a huge bill and surprisingly it was much much less than i thought it was going to be. Great staff, and a great vet!

Very poor would never go back. The girl at the front desk and the young man working there were very good and kind. The Vet he was a nut very rough with my sick cat and he tells me "if your cat bites me I gong to cut its head off". I told him to calm down and let me hold the cat and he tells me no, his insurance will not let me hold my own cat. Why is this guy a Vet he needs to get a new line of work. Never would I go back.
