Misdiagnosed my beloved dog Coco ????. After so many years of practicing he should know that fainting and coughing that typical symptoms of heart disease. He prescribed liver medicine to my 13 years old chihuahua instead.We lost her at Christmas 2021????????. If she was good diagnosed,she would be alive for another few years. I would not recommend this veterinarian to anyone.

Dr. Z's bedside manner is excellent. He's thorough with his examination and is extremely sweet with our pup Oreo. While we don't always like the unexpected trips to the vet, it's always comforting knowing the team at All Care is there to make everything all better.

We love Dr. Z! He always takes great care of Hank. His staff is incredible too. Fortunately, Hank is all better thanks to Dr. Z, as you can see in his before and after pictures.

I could not be more thankful to Dr. Zuercher & staff. After a rough morning at the Jupiter ER with my baby kitten, she was still very sick. I used my aunt's vet, Dr. Zuercher, and he knew exactly what to do and saved her life. I could tell that he was highly experienced. This clinic is well-run by responsive, kind staff. My kitten and I will be coming back.

Totally amazing and affordable. Every other place that I called wanted $500-$700 to spay a small cat. Totally amazed how greedy other businesses are. So glad I found this facility????

Very happy with the care they have provided for my older pet. The vet is kind and gentle with her and only suggests what she needs. The staff is always helpful and polite. They also communicate very well which is important to me. Thank you to everyone there.

Dr. Z and the entire staff were very friendly. I took my dog, Codie, in for a checkup and vaccinations. We had a very informative discussion about his treatment. I highly recommend this Clinic.

I have been to many Vets in this area and Dr. Z in my opinion is the best! His team is also wonderful caring and compassionate. All my animals love to go see him even if they don't feel well. If your looking for a reliable honest Vet that truly cares about your pets he's the Dr. to go to.

Called yesterday morning looking for an appointment to get my miniature schnauzer in. She lost a tooth and upon inspecting I noticed others were loose and her mouth looked irritated. They were able to offer me a slot an hour from my call. Brought her in, they put her under and extracted some teeth + cleaned her other teeth, and she was up and happy when I walked in not too long after. Not only did they treat my dog exceptionally well (she usually has anxiety issues with the vet and was right at home at this place) but they were very kind to me as well. They explained everything thoroughly. From making the call for an appointment to paying and leaving, great experience! I’ve found a new vet for Yuna. She says thank you!!

This was my first time at All Pets as I was caring for a friend’s dog. Dr. Zürcher could not have been kinder or more professional. I look forward to establishing a relationship with this clinic in the future for my own pets.

Dr Z and the staff at All Animal are really sweet, top notch, caring professionals. After a difficult Memorial weekend with our little tiger cat, having to take him to an emergency clinic to get unblocked it was a bit of a disheartening experience and we weren't sure if he was going to make it. Not that the ER vets were bad but their bedside manner was cold and lacking empathy. As soon as Dr Z opened Tuesday morning he suggested PU surgery and it went well...now it was recovery time. The staff and doc were so kind with our ongoing questions and concerns that we really felt at ease. This kindness, expertise and patience goes a long way especially during these uncertain times. Its been about 3 weeks and Bodhi is doing great, chasing lizards and waking me up at 5 am for some food like he never missed a beat!

With so many corporate veterinarians coming into play these days, it takes a lot to find a vet who still truly cares about the well being of the animals over all. And you will find that in Dr. Z! We can't thank him enough for his help and support through a severe injury and very trying time for one of our piggies. We will always be forever grateful for seeing us after hours and the love and care you showed to our situation. You and your animal family are in good hands with Dr. Z!

1st visit with new puppy. Dr spent plenty of time with us and discussed lot of info on diet and training. Very pleased with the office staff as well.

Groomer Becky was great with my OES. 1 is 12 and blind 1 is 5 and ornery but she was wonderful. Thank you!

My family Vet for years! My parents took my childhood pets here and now I'm a young adult taking my own pets here! Dr. Zuercher and his staff have pretty much been the same my entire life and they are all amazing! Wouldn't take my pets anywhere else! You can tell they love what they do! ❤️

I had the privilege of being introduced to this vet 5 years ago. I was working with foster groups and they were kind enough to offer lower-cost services for them. Immediately I was impressed. Barbara and Jeff are beyond personable and the entire energy of the office is friendly, positive and FOCUSED on YOUR PET. They service DOGS, CATS, RABBITS, FERRETS, GUINEA PIGS and REPTILES! Many vets, when dealing with a critter outside of the dog and cat realm will charge an exorbitant amount... They do not! We have rabbits and would pay double for 1/2 the service any where else. Difference is they care. THEY ALL CARE. They live up to their name! Why am I writing now? - very complicated circumstances requiring very complicated surgery for my 6 month old kitten. Dr. Stefan Zuercher went way past what I expected with total dedication from him and his staff. Because of follow up and thorough questioning when diagnosing - a rarity in vets - he recognized the situation and acted accordingly. THIS VET IS INCREDIBLE. THEY PUT YOUR PET & YOU FIRST. Extremely reasonable. SPENDS TIME ANSWERING YOUR QUESTIONS. I am not paid... Not an employee.. and did not get a discount for writing this.. My background of 30+ years of pet ownership includes taking my pets to the top vets in North Palm Beach/Palm Beach Gardens/Jupiter area... I am simply motivated by the fact ... MY CAT IS ALIVE LYING NEXT TO ME PURRING LOUDLY WITHOUT FEAR OVER PAYING MY CREDIT CARD BILL. In all my years I have never been so impressed. THANK YOU DR. Z!
