Phenomenal vets office. Kind and understanding staff. My dogs havr had multipel surgeries and checkups and nail trims here and i havr never had a bad experience.

We became part of their family recently when we had to make the very tough decision about our elderly dog who really was more like one of the children in our family because we have been together for 11 years and she was a devoted as a dog could be. The staff and the veterinarians at this office were exceptional they were extra special and I cannot say enough good things they were compassionate and empathetic it really was the best that a very hard situation could be and they showed us legitimate care and that is hard to come by nowadays especially if you're not an established customer or client. When I tell you that they welcomed us from the moment we picked up the phone and called them they were so kind and patient and on top of things they sent us a beautiful card signed by the office and they included paw prints that they were so kind enough to make for us just in case we didn't have the time to do something to honor our furry friend and these little things made all the difference in the world to my family thank you so much

Love this place. Always go here for Patches. They seem to always love my cat. They are very kind and communicative staff. We spoke about my cats vomitting I was concerned about in my last visit. They do annual and rabbies shot together for a good price. Better than just getting the annual. They always seem to have good deals for your pet.

My dog Marley and I love Dr. Kiel and the whole staff at JBAH! They are all caring, compassionate, attentive, patient and thorough. I'll be bringing my cat to see them soon, as well. I highly recommend them to any fur mom/dad!

Here for my grand dog. Staff is kind and friendly. Helped me with the issue of ears itching, rubbing and crying. Took a sample of ear debris and put under the microscope to find what is causing the problem. Found severe infection that closed off ear canal. Gave meds and instructions on how to care for this problem. After a few days the dog is is getting more comfortable. Have to return in a week to check progress.

Thank you for doing your part to keep everyone safe by introducing helpful protocols during the pandemic such as your curbside service. Dr. Kreitz, Dr. Kiel , and all the techs and desk staff have always been professional, courteous, and kind. I very much appreciate your excellent and loving care of my cats Tula and Tosh - and me!

Dr. Kreitz and his staff are some of the very best in the area. I trusted him with my pets' care years ago and was happy to return to him again when our family moved back to the area. He is always very thorough during his exams and does an excellent job of explaining his course of action for my pet's care. I'm always confident when recommending him to my family and friends, as I know he will give nothing but the best in the level of care he provides his patients.

Although I actually didnt go here because my cousin gave me a Google Cupon for a free exam at another place. They were wonderful on the phone caring and ready to help. I met a gentleman on the beach from AZ that moved here and took his beautiful blonde lab there and spoke very very highly of this facility.

having 6 dogs-a trip to the vet can be a challenge . The vets and staff at JBAH are outstanding. caring, helpful, and timely. My dogs are nervous-techs handle with TLC. concerns & questions addressed. treatment plan provided follow up phone calls. Highly recommend this practice.

This was my first time there. My pug had a bit of an emergency illness. Dr Kiel was kind, compassionate , and knowledgeable. They took us on the same day I called. My dog is much better already in 1 day. I will absolutely be taking all 3 animals to her. Thank you Dr Kiel!

My husband and I were traveling Overseas with our fur baby and Dr. Justine Cowan (and the entire staff) with Jensen Beach Animal Hospital help us tremendously with all the health exams matters for my pet as well as the USDA Pet exportation certifications require to enter our final destination. THEY ARE THE BEST!!! If you are looking for someone to help you with all the pet documentation and health exams required to travel abroad, please schedule your appointment and talk to them. We are very please with Doctor Cowan for her expertise and dependability she has provided to us. We would very much recommend her Vet services, you will never be disappointed!

Loved Dr. Cowan. Office is efficient, staff is friendly and organized. Covid protocols in place, bathroom and entire space is immaculate. We have found our winter home for our dog, Hudson and ourselves. We are very pleased!!

We are visiting in Jensen beach from NY and our beloved elderly Westie suddenly became ill and was having great difficulty breathing. This was the closest animal hospital and we were so relieved when they told us to bring our pup right over. The staff was incredibly kind and compassionate. Dr Emily was an angel. She was gentle, very clear in her explanations of what was happening and ultimately helped us make the very difficult decision to put our pup down because her condition was irreversible and she was suffering. While we are still reeling with the shock and sadness of losing our Josie, we have such gratitude for Dr Emily’s knowledge and skill and the compassion she and her staff showed us. They are a remarkable team and the community is so fortunate to have them.

Love my vet. She is great and so informative and good with my westies. The entire staff is so friendly and treat us with care and care for our fur babies. They are very organized and use safety measures that I appreciate. Glad I found her.

My husband and I have been taking our pets to Dr Kreitz and the wonderful staff at JBAH for years. Recently I had to send my 4yr old tabby cat over the rainbow bridge. Dr. Kreitz was the only Doctor on duty. Even though he was very busy, he took the time to comfort me. Everyone was so compassionate. The whole staff is friendly, knowledgeable and caring.
