Absolutely WONDERFUL ???? ❤ very kind staff and Dr was excellent and has a good sense of humor ???? Highly recommend !!!! I would have given 6 ???? if possible My kitty got car sick on the way, and the absolutely 1st thing they did immediately was clean her up and then scrub her carrier down and put puppy pads in it for the ride home

Thankful we discovered Dr. Moore and his caring staff. We had an emergency with one of our dogs, and Dr. Moore didn’t run a bunch of unnecessary tests to get a diagnosis. We’ll bring all of our family pets to this office. Very kind and compassionate people!

I would recommend this place over and over! Today was my first visit with my two boxers. They were 100% professional, helpful and informative. They actually referred me to a dermatologist because my dogs’ skin condition seems a little more severe than normal - so I appreciated the honesty from the Doctor at Scott Mill and we will definitely be using them as our primary vet in the future!

I've owned a few cats over the years at different cities I've lived in Florida. Scott Mill Animal Hospital was highly recommended to me by a friend when I moved to the Mandarin area in 2013. I've never loved a vet office more. They are super compassionate and understanding of pet parent worries and concerns. Very personable and friendly staff; they actually smile! Dr. Moore is just a really cool guy who makes you feel comfortable. He's highly professional and knowledgeable. It helps that (for the first time ever) I have the sweetest and most tolerable kitty at the vet. Last but not least, their rates are very reasonable and affordable. I've now come to learn that I've been spending hundreds of dollars more for lesser quality care for years. I won't hesitate to bring my furbaby to the vet when I know I won't have to borrow money from my 401K! And that means she'll never miss out on any medical care

Scott Mill Animal hospital is an amazing and wonderful place to bring your pet! The doctors and staff truly care about the well being of your pet and to provide the best treatment possible. They do not try to charge you for services you do not need and go above and beyond to provide the best care possible. They were sensitive, kind, and full of compassion. I would recommend this place to everyone with a pet!

I called to ask if they offered ear cropping services, n the lady who answered hung up on me without responding, and when I called back she told me not to call there again....I didn’t ask for her personal opinion on wether she thinks it’s right or wrong to crop my dogs ears , it was a yes or no question. Very unprofessional

We’ve used this vet since we moved to Jacksonville. They are wonderful with our pets, reasonably priced with common sense solutions. I wouldn’t trust our fur babies to anyone else.

Scott Mill has been the medical home for all of my pets for over 30 years. They have cared for and loved all my pets over the years. I even adopted two of my cats--Lenny and Squiggy--through them! Dr. Moore's patience and skill with my current cat, Dustin, really has exceeded all my expectations. Thank you for all you do!

Our four year old dog has been going here for awhile and we wish we had found it when he was a puppy. Everyone is so kind and it’s such a great experience when we go. Dr. Moore is so great with our dog and helps us keep his weight in check. They’re always available to help us when we need them!

We have been taking our cats to Scott Mill Animal Hospital for more than 13 years. All of the doctors are wonderful but most of our experience has been with Dr. Sutliff. Last week our sweet cat, Angel, had to have surgery to remove a tumor from her tail. Dr. Sutliff was so compassionate explaining what would be done and even came in on his day off so he could personally do the surgery. Dr. Sutliff and Casey took great care of her during and after her surgery. Angel is doing great now! We are so thankful to have such a great team of professionals taking care of our kitties.

I have brought my dogs (and one cat that I adopted) to Scott Mill Animal Hospital for more than 10 years. My animals are not afraid when they are there. The care that they receive has been exceptional.

Professional and friendly You know your pet is in loving care

We have been bringing our dog, Josie, to Scott Mill since we moved to Jacksonville in August and the experiences we’ve had so far have been great! The staff is super friendly and awesome because they actually take the time to get to know your pet! We’ve only been here less than a year and everytime we go in they greet Josie by name and she is soooo excited and nothing but “wiggle-butts” to see them all! Also, we very much appreciate that they don’t try to nickle and dime you for unnecessary or additional services they do whats needed for your pet and we are never shocked by the cost. I definitely recommend you take your pet here!!

First time there. Great friendly staff. Helped my pet out and listened to my concerns. Definitely will be using them as my vet.
