Fast and friendly. My molly was done in a flash and was very happy. Can't wait to take the other 11 babies.

I can not say enough good things about this place. They take wonderful care of my dog who is up in age and has hip problems. They are gentle with him and he looks fantastic. Thank you Park Ur Paws for being so wonderful ????????

Kim has always done great work on my dog for 14 years!! Does anyone know how to contact Kim? I went to take my dog for grooming yesterday and she’s no longer there! So I didn’t leave my dog.

They care for your pet like they would treat their own.

My dog's have loved them for years. They are always excited for groom day . After several bad experiences at other places, I would not take them anywhere else.

My son's dog Leo has been in twice and he looked great.

We do walk in nail trimming and they are always quick, friendly, and professional!

This shop has been grooming my boy for years, they always do a great job and they are flexible with me, the last minute scheduler!

We were in town to attend a family function and had to board our girls for the day. Park Ur Paws was close to the facility we would be using and when I read the reviews I felt confident they would take good care of our babies. (I don't like to leave my girls with people I don't know.) I was impressed from the minute I walked in! The shop was clean, and Ms. Kim was wonderful to work with. My girls can sometimes balk when I try to take them into a "spa", but they went right up to her and seemed comfortable right from the get go! When we picked them up about 5 hours later, they were happy ... and tired! A plus for the long drive home! They had met some new friends, had lunch, a paw-a-cure, and had made several trips outside to play. I just cannot say enough about Park Ur Paws. If we ever need a puppy service in Jacksonville again, I will gladly trust Park Ur Paws with their care again. It was a wonderful experience for everyone.

If I could give Park Ur Paws more stars, I would. They do an excellent job. They genuinely love your fur babies. You guys will have my business forever. Thank you so much for the awesome you do.

They did a great job on my dog and in a timely manner.

Super nice owners. They are reasonably priced and offer a wide variety of services. Grooming visits are comprehensive and they won't ever get you with tacked on services. I've only ever used their grooming services and they are happy to discuss how you want your dog groomed and they keep notes on record for return visits.

As always today they were polite, quick, kind and patient. They have always done a wonderful job with both of my dogs and their prices are great. I strongly recommend if you need a good reliable groomer!

Boarded my dog while out of town during Thanksgiving and he was in good health when I returned. The owner is very nice but the prices are little high but was in a bind. Nice clean facility from the areas that I was able to see.

Took Germain Shepard (Sable) to vet approx. a month after her last visit to Park Ur Paws. Unsolicited comments from vet were very complementary on how good her teeth looked and clean her ears were as the vet ran fingers through Sables coat also commenting on coat. Vet then asked if professionally done. Park Ur Paws is definitely top notch professional.

My kids love coming hear.They are very pet friendly.You get your money's worth.

Picked up my boy for giving his hair groomed , He was whining to get out of there. I never seen him do that before. My boy will never go back. A+ Pet Shop is where to go.

They took great care in pampering my scared dog!

I am now having my third dog bath and groomed at Park Ur Paws. Fella, Lady and Sara Grace all have been challenging when it comes to bath time. Kim and her husband have been wonderful.
