Dr Gina did an amazing job helping me with my horse after looking her over pulling her coggins and doing her shots. It’s nice to have a vet that’s on board and willing to lend advice where it’s needed.

Helped my wife and I when we were in desperate need of help with her horse in his final moments. Very experienced and up to date or proper treatment.

Have used all the veterinarians here at one point or another over the course of 15 years. Everyone here is helpful, caring, professional and expedient, even the office staff. Darla and Kathy will do everything they can to assist you with understanding your billing /payment options account support.

Dr. Gina made a special trip to see my Alpaca with an eye injury. I have had no luck with any other Vet until I called Jacksonville Equine Veterinarian. Huge help was the gal miss Kathy answering the phone. So sincere to my almost panic call of my injured Alpaca ????. She gave me Dr. Gina's cell to text her directly and explain what was going on. "Send her a picture and maybe can give you some guidance over the phone as she is booked through the weekend." Ok, what I can text the vet?? Blown away. Well that is what I did. 30 min later Dr. Gina text me back and said I can probably squeeze me in today as she is passing through on her way north to Georgia. I think my heart skipped a beat. She came and set me up with meds and great advice. 50/50 on the eye but I am so thankful for Ms. Kathy and Dr. Gina. They both went way out of their way. Highly recommend this veterinary service. Thank you again.

Jacksonville equine has been an amazing team to work with! Dr. Dietz was my previous vet who was an integral part of my retired gelding making a full recovery after surgery to his hoof. She was very professional, courteous, patient and knowledgeable. When she moved, I was sad to see her go, but Jacksonville equine did a superb job hiring her replacement Dr. Gina. Dr. Gina always returns my calls or texts, shows up on time or communicates if there are issues (which is rare), is very knowledgeable and takes her time to explain and educate. She recently prescribed a breathing treatment for my pony who I was considering euthanizing since she has such a difficult time breathing in the summer. In less than a week, her respiration is 100% normal! I still cant believe it. And to top it all off, the nebulizer and meds were way, and I mean WAY less than I've ever seen. The office staff are very organized and awesome folks to work with. On the occasions when I've stopped by the office, they are always warm and hospitable. Feels like stopping at a friends house. I highly recommend Jacksonville equine for your equine veterinary needs!

They may not have a clinic location yet but they took care of my Dawnie in the trailer right in front of the office. They are great with all my horses, goats, and sheep

Dr. Deitz came out on time, worked with my schedule and got both my horses seen and taken care of. She communicated with me on my horses' needs, and was an overall rockstar veterinarian. The desk staff were also great working with me to set up a payment. A super great team I could not recommend Dr. Deitz enough!
