I trust this team of veterinarians and techs wholeheartedly. They have proven to provide impeccable care for my animals. Yesterday, we made the difficult decision to euthanize our young cat. Dr. Damonte helped us reach this heartbreaking conclusion in a thorough, considerate, and professional manner. She and her vet tech were there to support us and made our little guy comfortable as he made his way to his next life. It was a devastating experience that I would not want to have shared with any other team. I am grateful.

After a bad experience with a different local vet, Shoreline was a breath of fresh air. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable, and it’s clear that they genuinely care about you and your pet. So grateful to have found them!

This is my first time to this vet and I am EXTREMELY thankful for them. My hamster Kai was an old little guy and had a large mass on him that just kept getting bigger and bigger and I knew there wasn't much I could do at this point so we looked around at vets that could put him down. All the vets I looked at charged an insanely high amount to put down hamsters and me and my fiance just don't have that kind of money. I finally found Shoreline Veterinary and they charged a fair price and were very compassionate about everything that happened. I am forever grateful for everything they've done and for their kindness through it all.

Twice now the staff and doctors here have saved my cats life. Once after being attacked by an owl, and again years later when he got a laceration on his arm. The prices are fair and the staff do a great job of showing care to your pets. Definitely recommend.

I can't say enough about the Drs and staff. phenomenal!! My rescue mastiff Sampson is a different dog. He is so happy now. Eating well and itch free. This is all due to the Drs and staff at shoreline. Sampson and I thank you.

I have had my cat since he was 8 weeks old and I've taken him to Banfield Pet Hospital his whole life. Recently I decided that it was time to switch vets and... wow! My experience with Shoreline was drastically different and better than any of the experiences I had at Banfield. They showed true care for my cat's comfort and didn't do anything that would unnecessarily cause him stress or pain. I've never seen him so calm and quiet at the vet before. I have to Uber 20 minutes to get to this location but it is absolutely worth it! I wish I had switched to them earlier

Wow, what an amazing experience we had last week with the crew at Shoreline! The staff was courteous from the moment we called all the way through until checkout. Our doctor took the time to go over underlying causes of allergies and outlined a plan for long term management-- something that no other practice has done. Their follow-up to check in and see how things were going or if we had any questions was appreciated as well. I feel like we are in the most capable hands here at Shoreline!

I’ve had a few bad experiences with vets in the past. They have taken advantage of my money as well as misdiagnosed and caused my cats more problems. When I first moved to Jax, all of my cats got sick and I was nervous about having to take them in somewhere. I’m so happy shoreline was the office I ended up taking my babies into! They were so helpful in such a stressful time. Between my boyfriend and I we have 6 cats and have seen pretty much all the docs there. Each one is wonderful. They are truly looking out for the animals as well as their human client’s finances and it shows. That is SO HARD TO FIND in a vet office! They have gone above and beyond to help me out. There was a good month or so where all 6 of my kids were getting sick non stop and they were so accommodating. Not only will they fit you in promptly for an urgent problem, but they’re also diligent about answering my questions over the phone so I can decide when to bring them in and when to wait and see. As pet parents know, that’s always a hard call to make and they will give you an honest answer not influenced by trying to take your money. Definitely recommend shoreline to anyone in town you won’t be disappointed!!

Great Vet and staff! Ive been to a few veterinary hospitals now and this one is by far the best. They really care about your animal and will try to get them in as soon as possible. They were able to see my puppy the same day I called. Really appreciate their care and expertise.

A year ago we had a close call with our sweet boy. Dr Jenn found a mass on his intestines that was blocking food getting from his stomach. After an MRI confirmed he went into surgery for 3 hours with Dr McKay. The mass was removed and biopsied. No cancer but the surgery saved his life. A year later he is his old self again eating, playing and being his 13 yr old puppy self. Dr Jenn, Dr McKay and the entire staff are are amazing and they make RouxDee feel like a rock star when he goes in. ????

Things have changed in the last couple of yrs. I left this practice because you could wait an unreasonable amount of time in lobby. I came back here because I liked the vets and techs, and because my "new" vet moved away. I'm so glad I came back. The wait time is now acceptable (even better than the new place). Even the employees seem happier. Great changes!

Great experience so far! We have a 3 month old puppy so we are making lots of trips to the vet for shots and check ups. They have been so great helping us with all the questions we have as new puppy owners and also take such great care of our boy. They have been going above and beyond for us! We were nervous when selecting a vet and we are so glad we went with them! Dr. Wilson has been amazing!

Dr. Wilson has seen my cats for many years. When she left the prior Animal Hospital she was working in I followed her out to Shoreline. Even though it's further for me to go she's been the most caring, attentive and informative Dr. I've ever taken any of my furry friends to over the years. So I wouldn't want to change them to anyone else. The entire staff at Shoreline has been equally great and helpful since I moved my pets over as well. I would highly recommend Shoreline!

Shoreline has been our extended family's choice for years for many good reasons. Took my dog there to find out what was wrong with her. They looked at her and said, that she is sorry but she has cancer and not the good kind . I can spend thousands of $$ and maybe have her for 6 more months or just put her down and put her out of pain. I went to a different vet that I had to wait 17 days to see. He did blood work and x-rays and said she would have been a easy operation if I had been there 2 weeks earlier. Because now she was so week that she couldn't walk or eat. So I had a 50/50 chance of saving her. The cancer was only on her spleen and if she can make it through the surgery she should be okay for another 5 years or more. Shoreline didn't take any x-rays or blood work just looked at her and said she was past help. I loved her like my kid and would have paid whatever to save her. But because of what the first vet said I just tried to make sure she was comfortable and went to the better place to find out that she could have been saved easily if she had her strength still. I lost her on the surgery table and the doctor called me crying because he cares that much. Not like shoreline.

This clinic is wonderful. All the staff is very compassionate and caring. All of the physicians are very good. I have taken four of my dogs there in the past few years and I love this place. You cannot find better.
