I'm finding a new vet tomorrow! They wouldn't give rest results done 3+ months ago and when my dog collapsed today and needed to be seen they turned us away. I had to wait 2 hours until the after hours vet opened. Found out my dog has heart disease and could've died without medication. They never even told me it could be something serious and I tried to get test results multiple times. Very unprofessional and uncaring. Do not bring your pets there!

I’ll update this soon, but at this point I believe I’ve made a HUGE mistake in choosing care here despite reviews warning me to go elsewhere.

I brought a feral cat that had a large wound on his neck and an abscess on his cheek from fighting. He was in pretty bad shape and no other vets would care for a feral cat which truly is a shame as they too deserve to be helped when needed. They took such good care of his wounds. They drained his cheek and cleaned it, cut away all the scar tissue ( it was a very old wound that wouldn't heal) from the would on his neck and stitched him up. He looks and is starting to feel so much better that he is actually allowing me to pet him now. I cant say thank you enough for the great service and care they provided. What a great place! Oh and he was neutered for $10 being he's a feral cat and they are part of the T.N.R program. Once again, I'm extremely satisfied with their services! I can not thank them enough!

I have both my dogs treated here, after covide the service has gone down the drain. You can't even enter the building the doors are locked. They have tons on food on display that you can't even look at because you're standing outside the entire visit. This is not a place to bring your pet if they have severe separation anxiety. You're waiting outside the entire visit. Who really knows if your pets is actually getting treated, you don't because your outside the entire time! What a joke.

Everybody’s experience will be different my five experiences have always been not pleasurable by any means for my dog or for myself

Called to see about a Vet visit for my dog and to get my cats spayed and neutered...the person that answered the phone was very rude and quickly said they had no openings until July and hung up on me.

I bring all my pets here. Tank is the staple of this place ( was bit by a snake, they raised funds for the anti venom) won't go anywhere else. Dr. Moore

They did a nice job on the neutering end however, they charged me for flea control on my 2 boys and never asked if that would be ok. My boys get monthly flea control, so this was unnecessary. Was not happy about that.

Wonderful, caring staff. I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else. Doc Carries it s the best.

Any one who thinks Hays Towne Vet is less than stellar must have no experience with any other veterinary clinics nor staff. I have owned 19 dogs in my lifetime and have gone to many different clinics over these years. I can, unequivocally say, that Dr. Kerri and her entire staff is second to none. Their care and concern for the animals they see is incredible and her prices are very competitive (if that is a concern for some, it should not be). The front office is also extremely accommodating and work with your schedule for appointments. They are also covid safe! What else could you want or hope for when it comes to taking care of your pets (aka family)?

very very sad office staff. They forget to schedule appointments, they forget to confirm appointments, they are rude, like to play with the cellphone rather than taking care of customers and the office manager is the rudest person you could ever deal with. Screams at customers, talks over them, insults them. My pets have better manners than she does. Avoid the place and find someone with better quality service

I have been taking my 2 Golden Retrievers to Dr. Kerri for a few years now and I love her and her staff. Very friendly and accommodating. I called this morning with a concern I had with Duke and they had me come in within a couple of hours. Turns out it was nothing serious and therefore was a quick visit. Even if I have a longer visit I know they are being very thorough with the exam and loving on my fur babies. I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Kerri and her staff. Love you guys.

They are amazing here! The staff is great and Dr Kerri is wonderful with all our furbabies. I love bringing all my furbabies here including my feral colony of kitties because here they are all loved and treated right. I cannot say enough good things about all of the staff here. We love them all!!

This vet is ultra busy for a reason! Dr. Kerri and her entire staff (front office and nurses) are amazing. As a former veterinary nurse, I can tell you they genuinely care. They are willing to work with clients to find the best solution for your animal's needs as well as what works for your budget. I am proud to write this review. You won't find a more qualified Doctor around. We travel quite a distance for the quality care provided here.

My husband and I took our dog to the Hays Towne veterinary hospital or of necessity, our dog Bella was limping and in pain. We thought for sure she had injured her leg or back, unfortunately we were wrong. That day we found out that she had cancer and it was so sever it had eaten through the bone in her leg. This was a horrible day, but we were accompanied by an entire team of compassionate Angels!!!! This entire staff is unlike any I've ever encountered before. They are kind, empathetic, and they TRULY care about your pets and you! If you have a fur baby.... This is where you need to take them!!

I have never experienced the lack of customer service I just received from the girl named Kenlee that just answered the call. All I can say is we wont be returning here ever again after this lack of professionalism. We will be finding a new vet office and make sure we tell our friends and neighbors.

I went there about a year ago with my dog that was injured I had money to give them a front but not everything they wanted they wouldn't help me even turn me down my dog's life was in immediate Danger I didn't know what to do so I brought her 2 Paws on US Highway. Which help me and save my dog's life. This place only cares about one thing and one thing only and that's the money do not bring your dogs are in an emergency situation without a whole bunch of cash they will turn you down without it.

I actually used to love this place they helped save my little mans life. I called them today with a emergency and the secretary pretty much told me i was wasting her time and sorry about my luck. I could take my dog to Clearwater or Tampa …
