My American Bully, Kilo, went to Dr. Tapper since he was 6 weeks old until 12 weeks. Unfortunately, we moved out of the south florida area but before we went Kilo went here for his routine shots & also an ear crop. Dr. Tapper did an AMAZING job on his ears and they were also fully healed by 2 weeks. As an American Bully, his ears stood up naturally after the trim so no wrap was needed. He had no infection and no problems. I attached a before, right after, and healed photos attached. 10/10 recommend. If I didn’t move out the area I would’ve stayed with EHAH! Dr. Tapper & his team were informative, reliable and very great people all around. Thanks so much!!

I found them through the SNIPS program and am in love with this hospital! Within the past year they've seen six of my 10 rescues + 1 neighborhood kitty for various medical reasons. Dr. Maddy and Dr. Tapper, whom I've never met in person because of COVID, are amazing❤️ Their knowledge, level of care and attention (KITTIES AND MOMMY) is truly incredible. You sense their love of animals in every heartfelt word and suggested treatment plan. I'm blessed to have found them and their wonderful staff - Anastasia, Lily, Ian, Janet, Brenda and all the ones who's names I don't know but who have been so kind and friendly, THANK YOU???? ps One stark difference from every other vet office in the area, is that they're not in the business upselling unnecessary labs and tests. Each time they've worked with me to find the most efficient, reliable and cost effective way to diagnose and treat my kitties and I'm ever so grateful????

They have always been there for my 3 dogs. They are honest and reasonable. I highly reccomend. Dr. Tapper truly cares and understands how important dogs are to their families. Great vet practice.

Superb. Very caring people. Professional atmosphere.

I took my dog to these people 4 times in the last 12 months and I asked for all types of tests, trying to determine what was wrong my with girl. She was lethargic and had swollen glands around her neck. They told me they did every test possible and there was nothing wrong with her. They dismissed her swollen glands as a consequence of a previous snake bite she had. Well, she ended up at emergency care at LeadER and $6000 later, she got a diagnosis of Lymphoma. She had an enlarged spleen (which these people FAILED to mention when we had an X-ray done) and it had already spread to her other organs. We only had 3 weeks with her before she passed away. I will never go back to them. Their negligence caused my baby's life. Please stay away. They're so lucky I'm too distraught to sue them. I just really hope and pray that other people that love their dogs will keep away from this place.

Dr. Taffer is as good as they come. He has been out vet for years.

Please take your beloved pet somewhere else to a vet that actually cares about your animal and not just their profit!!! In addition, the girls who work at the front are extremely discourteous and have no customer service skills. There are so many other veterinarians that truly care about our beloved pets and their customers. I’ve been a pet owner for decades and this is the worst place and experience I have ever had!!!

Took our Doberman puppy Diesel at 4months old to get his ears done with Dr. Tapper and we are so happy with how they came out. I’m glad we decided to take him here instead of anywhere else. The procedure and after went so well. The staff is was also great with any questions we had. We had other appointments for the cropping with other doctors, but after a lot of research we found Dr. Tapper to be the best. We will definitely bring future puppies if need!

Emerald hills animal hospital is extremely accommodating and friendly. We always feel at ease when leaving our pets in their hands. Even with covid protocols and not being able to enter the building alongside our fur babies we know they are always well taken care of. Brewski and Stormy love the attention from the staff and of course, the treats they provide. They have been supportive and loving to both our senior dog and puppy, we will continue to visit this location whenever our pets need service. Thank you!

The best animal hospital hands down! My family and I have been coming here for at least 15 years with all of our animals! Dr. Tapper and his team are amazing and truly care about you and your pets! If you need a vet or need to switch offices for whatever reason, this is the place to go!

These beautiful people are a God sent! My wife and I trust Emerald Hills with our furry family members’ care. Isela and Dr. Selvin represent compassion and true love of animals. Everyone here is wonderful! They are not after your wallet, they are honest and they will tell you what your pet needs and doesn’t need. I rushed my cat Nemo to VCA at 6AM thinking he was dying from ingesting a poisonous plant. I was treated with sheer rudeness and disrespect. I was pressured to spend $2600 on a treatment plan for things that had nothing to do with his symptoms. I was told his fever was 104. They waited an hour to even talk to me, while Nemo sat in the back with no treatment started. At this time Emerald Hills was open & I took him to Dr. Selvin and Isela. Poor Isela, Nemo peed on her! They said Nemo didn’t even have a fever and after he peed, he seemed better. We think he had a urinary block, which he had many years ago. Anyway…I love Emerald Hills vet! They saved my boy and they showed nothing but compassion, empathy and human & furry kindness. Don’t go anywhere else! Trust me, you won’t find a more beautiful group of people. Your pet will thank you, and so will your wallet,.

He did two of my dobermans ears and one for my cousin all acame out great. Healed quick and lok beautiful

Only go here if you want your dog over-vaccinated. They'll pump your dog full of any vaccine they can unless you specifically ask them not to. And then, still check your bill, because they probably slipped something in there. When asked about the repeated vaccines, they blatantly admit to administering doses outside the manufacturers recommendation.
