I just hate this place. These people are not real vets not even professional They do not care for your animals they only care for the money. If you are not paying them they will let your pet suffer and die. A very sad thought but that what these people are, money hungry and only care for themselves Do yourself a favor and don't come here with a pet that is hurt as they will not help it without you paying a heavy price on it.

I went to this store with a injured bird white (dove) so they say can’t do anything cause they just work with dog and cats. So really they are real animals doctor. But can’t do nothing for a bird. Thanks

This place is terrible. Not only do they not care for your animal, they only care about your money and getting every cent they can from you. None of the veterinarians care for animals only the money they can steal from ones emotion they have for their pet. I would suggest never going here and finding a better hospital for your pet to go. One can only hope they see the wrong doings and change for the better as a vet.

Dr. Quintero, Kathya, and staff were extremely helpful throughout every vet visit for my dog. Not only was every appointment very through, but they took the time to answer every question I had. Dr. Quintero, Kathya, and all staff members truly show how genuine they are towards the dogs and owners. They take their jobs very seriously and put the animals first. I highly recommend anyone needing a Vet to come visit this clinic and their exceptional services.

I love S Florida Pet Emergency, they are amazing and very professional. We have taken my dog Rocky to their establishment for the past three years, and I would not take him anywhere else. Their prices are very reasonable and their location is always spotless. Also they offer pet grooming services by Adriana, five stars rating.

I wrote an honest review about my dog being mistreated and they are taking down my yelp to hide the truth!!! ————————————————————————- This clinic is BY FAR THE WORSSSSSSSSST you can go to! I’ve gone here 3 times and literally each time, I’ve had a horrible experience in the clinic. A member named Sara V hit my dog’s arm out of lack of patience with him and rolled her eyes while talking to us. With my 15 years old dog, I WILL NOT TOLERATE anyone to touch my dog in a rude manner. Worst vet to go! Prepare yourself if you are looking for a job here because they don’t take criticsm. Online it shows they’re “family friendly” but yet when we’ve gone, no smiles or hello’s are said. One of the receptionists even had AirPods on…NOT PROFESSIONAL. On top of that, no encouragement about “How was your visit?” or “Leave a review”. Nothing. No care about pets and clients. I expressed my review online about the situation, and my fiancé got fired out of the blue? (He had nothing to with it.) He’s been working with Marketing here for over a year and worked daily to help the company grow. For all that, he gets repaid like this? I’ve never met a place where they mix their emotions with work. A side note, he got laid off by a quick phone call, not even a meeting with the administration. DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE & DON’T APPLY HERE!!! Highly recommend “YOUR PETS VET”. Located in Pembroke, best vibe, biggest smiles and lively.

This is by far the best veterinarian in miami dade! I came here a couple of weeks with my pet Daisy and the staff was super helpful in taking care of me fast and took care of her ear infection! They treated my dog with the best care available and I don’t think I can say enough good things! Daisy hasn’t gotten another ear infection since and they were happening too often, so I’m happy google recommended them!

I always feel very welcomed by Dr.Q when bringing in my 14 year old baby for a check up. Very friendly vet and vet techs, would recommend this place for any puppy and kitties!

BEWARE!! this is the worst vet I have ever been to. This is a huge warning for anyone taking their pet here... The vet is uncaring and completely rude!! My dog went in for a simple teeth cleaning (which she got every year) and not even a week later my dog passed away (she was completely healthy before hand and had even visited the vet a month prior to make sure everything was good). After telling the vet that my dog was not feeling well he proceeded to yell at me and insult me (when all I wanted was for him to care for my dog). He is the reason my poor dog passed away... DO NOT make the same mistake I made by brining your pet here.

This is the best veterinary practice here!! I really recommend it for anyone that loves their pets and wants excellent medical care for their furry four legged family members! I have a five year old german shepherd and they always treat her with the best care! i’ve taken her before to other veterinarians and their care is nothing compared to doctor Quinteros care! Super recommended!

Nice people and veterinarians and good value for money services. My puppy was sick with Parvo virus and manage to survive while being in this clinic. In addition very short waiting time when calling and very friendly staff that is always happy to answer all your questions . My puppy looks happy and healthy again! Highly recommended clinic!

Took my pedigree puppy here for an obligated checkup but I would not take my pet in here. Once a place lies to you it just creates a flood of distrust. The doctor said they cleaned the dogs ears and as soon as I checked them they were super dirty. So if they lied about something so easy to do makes me wonder if they lie about other things just to horde money. I will not be taking my pets here ever again.

We have been bringing our pets here for years! The Health Care Plan they offer saves us so much money! From the minute you walk in both you and your pets are greeted and made to feel comfortable. We moved to Broward County but, continue to take our pets here because of the excellent service!

I had an extreme emergency with my dog and I took him here and he was very taken care of. I was pleased and happy with the services/ bedside manners offered here and how the staff remained attentive and professional. I wish all animal clinics followed the same suit as South Florida Pet Emergency.

I love this clinic, I have been taking my pet chihuahua here for some time, the doctros are amazing but the new blonde receptionist does not communicate well with me and she is sometimes rude and trying to rush us out of the appointment, I really miss the old receptionists who used to treat us the clients better.

Took my dog there I was running late the doctor was awesome enough to wait at the clinic for me everybody was very friendly and caring. I would definitely return to this clinic

Worse vet doctors ever, I took my little cat when he was 2 months old because he had an infected paw and they put him in antibiotics and I had to left him there for a couple of days. When I went back for my cat the doctor told me they had to cut the whole paw because the antibiotics were not working and the infection was getting worse and that the little kitten had leukemia. They had already charged me 300 dollars. I cried a lot when they told me and took my cat out of there because I didn't believe them. I took him to the other vet (Sunset Animal Hospital) for a second opinion and they saved my cat!!! They changed the antibiotic for the correct one (the one they were giving him previously was for mouth infections) and fortunately my cat didn't have any leukemia. He is being doing OK since that time. He is now 1 year old and perfectly healthy!! The just want your money!!

They need to cater more to their English speaking clientele, TV is always on a Latin only station.

Everytime I come to the Pet Emergency Clinic I am greeted by a lovely staff of knowledgeable people who truely listen and care for the concerns I have as a pet owner. Among the surrounding area this is a reputable place where I would reconend anyone who has an animal need for treatment come visit. And tell 'em Bart Simpson sent you for a special offer.
