The front desk woman has the most disgusting attitude, I called because they messed up my appointment for the second time and so I wanted it fixed. Instead she kept hanging up on me over and over after yelling at me in Spanish, and I told her to stop being an “asquerosa” which translates to disgusting. The doctor gets on the phone and basically did the same thing she did which now makes sense as to why she would behave that way, if the very own doctor can, who says others won’t either? Save your time and money and go somewhere else, they run this business with 0 professionalism.

The Dr. was thorough, welcoming and made us feel less anxious. Glad I found an excellent Vet.

I have been going to Dr. Lopez for about 3 years. I have 2 dogs. They are kind, gentle and very caring. Dr. Lopez explains everything patiently and answers any of your questions. The vet’s wife and sons all work there. It’s a nice family owned business with very reasonable prices. Wife in front desk explains patiently the medications dosages/times and writes them all down for you. She even calls you to follow up to see how your dog is doing. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

Front desk lady is going to cost them business. Lost me as a possible customer. She hangs up on clients and refuses to answer when you try calling back literally less than a minute later. She says “no” before checking things. I tried giving this place a chance twice. Unfortunately, I can’t even get an appt set up. Won’t be trying again.

These people here killed my bother! My dad paid $652.00 for a surgery that he knew was a high risk and still did the surgery reassuring us that he was going to come out good and not even 24 hours he passed away On August 28,2020. When we called him he didn’t even recognize or give any sympathy of us losing our dog of 15 years!! He’s was my fathers best friend they did everything together and now he’s gone and my dad ever since has suffered everyday without him. He was my dads service dog and his companion! We need justice and want the truth to be told!! He killed my brother Taco

This is the best animal clinic in Miami!!! The doctor is one of a kind and treats the pets and humans with great care. They always help out and are very accurate with diagnosis. Dr. Lopez is very caring and knowledge. I met him years ago when my American Bulldog woke up weak and unsteady on her feet. He was open the earliest and from the moment he saw some lesions on her back, he said "you see this, I'm almost 100% sure she has cancer in her spleen and it ruptured". I was confused as she has those for over 8yrs and at no time did any vet tell me that. He said "I don't have digital x-ray but if you go to an office that does, you'll see it". By that time my vet that had seen her for 6yrs was already open. They did the x-rays and there it was... Spleen ruptured and Cancer everywhere. I don't know how Dr. Lopez knew but that convinced me he was an incredible vet.

I broom you dog Yorkie Bella For teeth extraction. The nurturing and caring was exceptional!!! Not even in NYC I had this quality of service. Great vet practice. I feel secure bringing my dog here.

All the staff are super courteous, knowledgeable and they treat my pet with love and care. I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else but with them. I have been able to schedule appointments to my convenience time , even sometimes when emergencies occur.

I honestly was so pleased with doctor, He was amazing with my fur baby he took his time to give her a check up. She had an ear infection and he took the time to show me how to properly apply her medicine, she was all better in week. The prices are much better compared to other vet office I’ve looked into. The doctor and his staff truly care for these animals. I would tell anyone to take their fur babies here you’ll get nothing but great service!

Besides being the best, their services politeness and the treatment they give is above a ten. Dr.Lopez is an excellent knowledgeable vet I have so much confidence in him and his staff I have no words to express my gratitude for their services. Hats off to Dr. Lopez and everyone in the clinic. I am extremely satisfy with their services. If you are in need of a veterinary this is the place to take your pet.
