Animal Clinic of Hialeah Hialeah, Florida

Called in tears because Mueller animal hospital gave me a paper with my cats blood work results and refused to provide any explanation as to what I was seeing. They said they could not help me understand what I was looking at even though I offered to pay the full consultation fee. Horrible people, only care about money and not animals. Never recommending them to anyone.

These were the nicest people. They took time with us and even worked with us on the price. We didn't have an appointment but they got us right in!

The staff is top notch. They were very friendly to me and my dog. Great prices too ????

My last visit was terrible. Lack of communication while I was there with my sick dog. The wasn’t open on time because someone forgot the key.

Excellent care by all the staff. Yusniel is awesome! We love him. He is really kind to Sebastian and takes his time to make sure that I can understand everything needed for his care!

Too much focused in money

We purchased our dog at Forever Love puppy and this was one of the so called Doctors that they had their list. The Doctor walked into examination room, didn’t introduce himself and didn’t speak. Listened to my puppies heart and stomach. Literally spent 1 minute with my dog. And did not say a word very awkward And started to walk out we told him we had questions and had no interest in answering questions. Will not bringing any pet to this vet.

The staff was great and so was the doctors can't complain

This is the most grotesque and unprofessional place I have ever been to, they have no interest in the health of your dogs and since you walk through the door it’s a competition of which employee can upsell you more procedures and products. They have almost killed my 3 month old frenchie by refusing to properly treat a UTI with antibiotics as evident in the bloodwork she received. I only authorized blood examination yet they sent me home with zero medication and uncharged me another 500$ worth of pointless procedures like stomach x rays. Meanwhile, her infection progressed. Finally we took her to a new vet today at 8:00 and it was confirmed that she indeed has a UTI and medication was prescribed. I called back to express my concerns and displeasure and the head Vet was arrogant and unapologetic. Insisting that he knew what he was doing as he has raised 35 French bulldogs and that I needed to bring the dog back in immediately for further x rays. Stating the one they had done had been inconclusive at identifying a foreign body so they needed to dig further because he as a professional was so certain that is what my dog had....even tho I expressed over and over again that my dog has been passing her stool regularly and just had frequent urination with strong odor and extreme thirst (clear signs of infection) Stay away from this place! They will misdiagnose your dog potentially killing your pet in the process and will run your pockets dry. A bunch of Hialeah vultures with zero interest in animals work at that sad to call it “establishment”.

They are the worst animal clinic ever. There thieves , over priced and unprofessional!!! DO NOT take your pet there , they invent anything and charge ridiculous amount of money. The liars and they will cheat you!!! The staff has very poor professionalism! $610 consultation for nothing and still no results after 3 weeks. I had to find another solution for my dog if not he wou ok d have died because of them. I recommend you search else where before coming here!!

Ever since I took my dog 3 years ago to the clinic I have always gone for annual check up price are good and is near my home the schedule works for me, the place is clean and they are friendly.

Took my Dog Kimbo for his annual shot’s and i must say i was completely satisfied with this clinic. They took good care of my dog, they knew exactly who he was and were very professional and personable with how they treated him. Me and my family would definitely recommend this clinic, from its location and it’s staff it’s an awesome place :)

The worst experience. Dr didn't speak English gave my dog worst diagnosis. Had no clue what he was doing except to charge me a lot of money

Today March 4 2021 I came to the clinic for reason not examined, there is a new DR who doesn’t allow anyone client to get into the clinic , you have to give your pet at the door and they do the rest , I had wait outside the building waiting for them to finish , I can’t even see the doctor’s face to ask question about my dog , this is the most ridiculous way to treat customers, if this situation happen again i won’t come back never to this place , many who’s used to come to this clinic will do the same , is embarrassing unprofessional situation , I had good experiences before but now if is result of new dr I won’t come back if she is still there on my next visit

Extremely unprofessional veterinarian. I took my two large dogs and the staff had no idea how to deal with big dogs. The vet decided to tell me that I didn’t raise my dog correctly when my dog wasn’t comfortable putting on a muzzle. If you want to be told how to raise your dog and be talked down upon then this is the perfect place. Very expensive and they try to add hidden fees. I had to wait for a while in the small exam room with my dogs because they kept adding things to the bill that I did not ask for. The only redeemable thing is how nice the front desk staff was.

Great group of people that work there i highly recommend them plus they won't break the bank on you very reasonable prices with excellent service

Great and reliable place to bring your dog, cats whatever. To be honest 100% of the staff speaks Spanish so bring someone you trust with you that does but the employees obviously are bilingual but it's always good to have someone that does if you don't speak Spanish just in case. They provide various services and are very flexible with your own personal schedule.

Very nice customer service and attention to pets

This is the BEST animal clinic I’ve seen in South Florida, 100000% recommended. The entire staff is amazing and Dr Lien is one of the best Vets I’ve known in my entire life. This is the place to go for your pets needs people.

Great place, great staff, they truly care about the well being of our pets. I have been going to this building animal clinic since I was a kid, over 2 decades ago and it still doesn't waiver. High quality care and next day appts usually available. Definitely recommend!

I took my 8 years old dog (Vodka) to this location to get his vaccines. Staff took great care of Vodka and they had reasonable prices. They didn't try to overcharge me. I am very pleased with the service and attention my dog received at this place. Thank you!

Great and not too spensive

Amazing vet! she has done surgery on both of my dogs and both have recovered well without any complications, definitely recommend!
