Taking my dogs to this veterinarian was the best decision I made. The staff is incredibly professional and caring! They have a great attitude and love their furry patients. Also, the clinic also have reasonable prices compared to other clinics.

Standard veterinarian clinic, with expensive services. Be wary of their arbitrary “consultation fee”. If you ask about it they will remove it from your bill, but if you don’t check or ask, you will be paying 25 dollars for nothing. This is in addition to their well above standard price for all the treatments and tests offered here.

Excellent staff they are happy to answer questions. I had to make an emergency visit on Saturday morning and the staff took me right away and I was seen fairly quickly. The whole visit took maybe an hour.

Dr. Martínez is very nice. But the lady who is in the front desk is so mean. She asked me to take my dog outside because my dog was barking. Of course, dogs bark to communicate their needs. In addition to this she displayed a negative attitude.

I love my pups more than my own life and Dr. Martinez is the only vet I trust with them. So much so that I moved to central Florida but still go back to Hialeah to take them to him. Very compassionate and caring. Highly recommend!

I want to thank Dr. Martinez and Dr. Mesa for saving our dog, who contracted the Parvovirus. Their daily non-hospital treatment worked, but it required opening their doors on a Sunday morning so as not to miss a day. The staff is a friendly, caring, and compassionate, not too common attribute in today's busy world. I highly recommend anyone to trust your loving four-legged family members to this incredible team. Aardvark animal clinic is absolutely awesome. The staff is amazing I met both Dr. Martinez and Dr. Mesa, they were both extremely attentive and assertive. The girls at the front Lily and Diana are extremely nice and caring I honestly don't know how anybody could complain about their service. The techs in the room were all extremely nice and attentive to my sweet boy Scooby and myself. My visit was definitely worth the wait, I understood that they were a bit backed up due to how busy they are. This clinic is the best clinic I've been to so far, I will not longer to any other clinic that is not Aardvark animal clinic.

Super friendly and accommodating staff and doctor.

The vets are good at this hospital, but they really specialize in emergencies. The three times I’ve been there for a scheduled appointment for a simple skin allergy shot for my dog (10 minutes max), I’ve had to wait in the car up to an hour and a half. Every. Single. Time. When I asked why it takes so long each time, I was told “We really only cater to emergencies” so, we’re finding a new vet.

I couldn’t ask for a better bet! They really attended to me and my baby girl so diligently. I felt like a part of their bet family! It was our first time and they front desk ladies were kind and accommodating! Super happy with my new vet!

First time I went to get my puppy their shots the service was amazing and in a timely manner. As time progressed, their service declined. I found myself waiting an hour and a half to get my puppy their shots and when they FINALLY called me in, they kindly let me know that I had to wait for longer because they put someone in front of me, even though I had an appointment an hour and a half before. Don’t wast your time here like I did and go to the animal shelter. I’m sure their attitudes are better.

For 8 years I have been taken my pet and part of the family Sofie (dog) to Aardvark Clinic and have always received tip notch service and pricing, the staff are family like, and very friendly, yesterday my wife arrived home yesterday to find Sofie in a pool of blood coming from the paw of her rear hind leg. Dr Mesa at Aardvark examined and found Sofie had lost a nail causing the blood loss, so Dr Mesa cleaned her up checked all her vitals and ears etc and all was good, it was so assuring to see Sofie was ok I highly recommend this animal clinic to anyone and Dr Mesa thank you Robert L Hubbard Miami Lakes Florida
