Horrible experience I’ve been taking my Yorkie here for about 7 years, the last 2 appointments I noticed when I go there to pick him up one of his eyes is closed and he won’t open it.. Groomer tells me she’s not sure if he was rubbing his eye, or what which is nonsense He wasn’t rubbing his eye before I brought him there and both eyes was open with no issues. I’m highly disappointed the service there is horrible never again I’m done with Keno’s I should of stop taking my baby there the first time it happened, but I thought give them another chance since I’ve been taking my yorkie here for years. Wrong on my part this last time was enough, won’t be a third time Highly disappointed, be careful when taking your babies here..

My dogs have been groomed and "loved" by Keno for 10 years! I wouldn't take them anywhere else. The reasons are simple: excellent care and love given to the animals, high quality work and reasonable prices. Monica and her staff are the best.

BEWARE FOR YOUR DOG MAKE SURE TO STAY AND WATCH YOUR DOG AT ALL TIMES THEY HAVE NO FEELINGS TOWARDS YOUR PET. TOOK MY DOG FOR A GROOMING AND THEY WERE SO ROUGH WITH HER AS SOON AS I HEARD MY DOG CRYING I TOOK HER BACK.

My dog Jake loves coming here. My puppy is a very excited French bulldog and they are so good with him. He always ends up looking adorable and smelling so good!

It was a great place to bring my dog Prosecco for a bath and toothbrushing. They helped me the same day without need of booking. Prices are completely affordable. I’m glad we found Keno’s. Thank you ????

Very nice cut for my Yorkie

They are always available, but is best to an make appointment before taking your furry friend to get some maintenance. The prices are good and the girls are very gentle with the pets. Sometimes I feel they are not the best with the hair cuts but not to the point of complaining about it. Is best to call before taking your pet, sometimes they are packed.

I love taking my dog here for grooming. The owner, and all the groomers go above and beyond to take care of my dog and myself. They accommodate like no other business, and I have been taking my dog here for many years. Its truly a great experience! I would recommend this groomer to everyone and anyone:) Thank you Keno’s!

Reasonable rates for cutting our Scruffy's fur, trimming her nails, and brushing her teeth. Scruffy is always treated well there, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. They get us in and out with a minimal fuss. A Big Plus for us!

They took really good care of our dog Charlie and we will definitely be taking him back there always!!!

We love the services at Keno's Grooming but what we love even more is the way they care for our dog while in their care. Allowing the puppies to socialize reduces all stress associated with grooming. Our dog loves when he sees that we have arrived here. I highly recommend this groomer.

Zero star!!!!!! if your dog have a few knots and you don't want it shaved, it wont matter how many times you tell them, they will shave him.

Oh wow !!! found this place base on great review. Took my dog for a bath and little trimming, drop off around 11qm and it was done by 2pm. When l saw my dog Minnie she look absolutely gorgeous. l normally takes her to davie for her regular grooming cuz they did a good job but it was way too far and very pricely. Keno is become my best groomer. Thanks for your service for Minnie you did a great job. l will be your regular customer from now

Excellent Service & Reasonably Priced! It was just before a holiday weekend when I called for a friend that is new to the area, so she was a brand new customer. I Googled for a groomer and started through the list. Everyone was booked and wouldn't make room for a new customer. After a dozen or more calls I was about to stop. Then I found Keno's Pet Grooming!!! It was near closing but they asked if we could be there in 15 minutes. They squeezed us in, did excellent grooming and cleaned Sean's teeth! All I can say is WOW! My friend is happy as is her Maltese, Sean and Keno's has a new customer!!!
