Dr Ice and I have many years together, but I think Timberview has changed. I took in two feral cats and Dr Ice cared for them. It became impossible to get them in for shots, so we decided not to continue to try. After almost 18 years, one of the cats was suffering and I called Timberview to assist me in putting him down. Dr. E promptly said no, she would not do it. Thanks to my current vet at Jonesville Animal hospital agreed to help him - even though she had never met him I never thought a vet would turn away from an animal in need, but that is what happened. I still love Cindy and she started an amazing clinic, which sadly has changed and I can’t say I support Timberview any longer

I've been taking my dog, Kuma, here since early 2018. They've taken care of him from when he was just under 12 weeks old to now almost 4 years old! All of the staff and vets are very kind and informative. I recommend this pet clinic to all of my friends who are pet parents!

Amazing service and great doctors!

Just there this time to pick up dog food. However, my dogs have received excellent care. They treat me and my fur babies like family. My Penny is 15 years old and they have provided excellent care that has helped her survive liver failure, pancreatitis, and now kidney issues. Always excellent service and communication!

For 14 years, we’ve been driving past closer vet offices to come to Timberview. Everyone provides customized care with great compassion. They never try to sell unnecessary treatments. They are just the best!

I've been coming here with all of my dogs and cats for almost 14 years. I love Dr. Ice, we hit it off because we both love Greyhounds but even more than that, she is a kind, knowledgeable and common sensible vet who tells it like it is and doesn't pad the bill with unnecessary stuff. The other two vets are also extremely knowledgeable and understanding. The rest of the staff are helpful, friendly and good at their jobs.

Called for an appointment andthe girl seemed to not know how to make an appointment. Not friendly at all will not be calling ever again
