Our dog has curly hair that grows Fast! She never minds her grooming experience. Always seems happy when I pick her up. Her Groomer, Jennifer, is always consistent with the pluck/cut. People there are very friendly. After 4-5 years, don't see Lizzy going anywhere else for her "special day"

The staff/groomers are so kind, loving and caring! They were so patient with my pup and cut his fur just as I requested! Can't recommend them enough!

Ricky is a difficult pup to groom. He’s a grumpy little guy. Jennifer did a most EXCELLENT job!!!

The staff at Charlie's always makes me feel comfortable with clipping and trimming my blind, diabetic, pooches nails. He always goes willingly because he knows he's in safe hands. I'm always grateful.

Charlie’s is the best grooming spot in town. We have tried them all. I appreciate the really excellent job Marisa does with our doodle!!!! They also do well at getting mats out rather than refusing to and just shaving the spot (Petsmart). We are definitely life long customers.

Recently moved to Gainesville and my Golden Retriever was in desperate need of some grooming. TJ did an absolutely amazing job!! My golden looks gorgeous! He has sensitive skin and she made sure she was gentle yet thorough. Really appreciated all the communication. I also loved that my pup wasn’t in a cage. It was also really fast vs my last groomer.

After trying several other groomers in town, we’ve found our home. Angie has been so wonderful with our poodle puppy and he looks fabulous every time we pick him up.

By far one of the best places I’ve taken champ to. Very friendly staff, they will continue to get my business.

Have been to them 3 times now very friendly and always helpful, my little guy always comes back with a soft coat and smells great would recommend them too anyone!

Best groomer in Gainesville! They do such a wonderful job on my Golden retriever every single time, he comes back happy clean, and with half of the fluff! The tumbleweed treatment is amazing. i love charlie’s place! they groom my doodle the best he’s ever looked! he loves going to charlie’s pics!! TJ grooms him every time and she treat him just like one of her own dogs- despite his selective bwhaviorone time she even carried him out of the car! they even take photos of the pets after their groom with a themed backdrop !!! i cant wait until his next groom!

I just saw a review about Jennifer and Jeff's yorkies. We have 2 from them and have never had any problems. They groom them anytime for free. After all the grooming they are practically paying us. We have used them for our other dog's grooming as well. They do an amazing job. The salon is always clean and the cut is always great. I love their pictures they do.

If you want your doggos cared for by the very best then look no further. The staff is kind, knowledgeable, highly skilled and they love your pet like their own. My goldens love the Charlie's Team and they look and feel fantastic!
