Wags was horrible. The chemicals used to clean floors burnt my dogs paws. The owner would not even come to phone or return our calls. She denied doing anything wrong, however a former employee informed us of pictures on Facebook with bleach on floors with pets in rooms. My rating would be a negative five

They always do an awesome job grooming my Remie, and prices are really good!

I had my dog groomed. They did a great job!! This is the best grooming my dog has ever had. I have gone into detail with many groomers as to what I wanted done and never got the results I asked for. I just told the groomer I wanted a westie cut and wow they did just that! My dog is 5 and has been groomed many times, just not this well. The price was more than I have ever paid, I will take him back for sure. Worth it.

We had our dog bathed and trimmed 6 months ago for $85.00. It was expensive but I thought it was fair. Our past groomer charged $65.00. We brought him in this week and I was shocked to get a $112.00 bill. Same services. The trim was not as good as before either. That said, this is a double on what I was paying in the same neighborhood this time last year. I bathe my dog. I think I will invest in a nice set of sheers for him as well. Owner seems to want to make quick $$ as they dont mind losing customers like me.

Very happy with how they helped our Buddy. Did a wonderful job on his nails. We requested a glan clean out but he didn't need it, no charge. Just shows how truthful and honest they are.

Best boarding & grooming in the panhandle. Whether leaving for a day, grooming, or an extended stay, I can always count on Wagz! The staff is personable & knowledgeable. They love all my babies & treat them so well. Even my very shy pup enjoys Wagz!

Thanks for taking good care of Skye again while we were away. We love checking in on her on Facebook. We don't worry when we see her having fun!

We have never boarded our dog before, but went on a vacation that we had no other option. We are local and i loved this facility! Although dogs cannot talk, our Lucy came back so happy and when we took her back at a later date to be groomed she couldn’t get in the door fast enough!! The groomer did an amazing job on our golden doodle. We sent enough food for one more day, just in case, they asked her feeding schedule and when we picked her up she had the amount of food left over that she should have! We have found our Lucy’s vacation home for when we need someone to love our baby when we have to be away ❤️❤️

We had only owned Tallie for a month before we had to board her, so we were nervous as to how she would handle it, but Wagz was GREAT!! They were gentle in easing her into socializing with the other dogs and within a day or two she was out making friends! They were quick to respond to any texts or messages and the price was great. We were hoping they'd manage to get her nails trimmed (she HATES it), and unfortunately they weren't able to, but other than that they were fantastic. 100% will use again.

I have left my dog with Wagz a few times. He always has fun playing with the other dogs and the staff is great!

We have 3 dogs that use Wagz boarding and grooming services. The owner and staff are excellent! Always going the extra mile to listen to your needs, writing them down and loving on the dogs from start to finish. They text quickly to respond to questions which I love! And they constantly take pics and videos to post on the FB oage. Truly a caring place for the fur babies ❤️

Worst place ever! After planning my trip for over a month, paying in advance for my puppies stay and a bath.Whan I went to pick her up they tried to charge me another 71.00.If you love your pet take her someplace else!!!

The staff is friendly and loves my precious Max. When I bring him there the staff are always happy to see Max. They hug, kiss and play with him. I never left Max at a Kennel or something like that before cause I used to worry but at wagz I have peace of mind. I highly recommend this place.

I have been taking my dog to Wagz for a year. I've always experienced professionalism and kindness from the staff. I've used the boarding, doggy daycare, and grooming services and have nothing but positive experiences each time! They are always so sweet to my dog! I'll continue to use their business because they're so friendly.

I love Wagz boutique! We boarded both of our dogs with them for a week. The staff and owners were extremely polite, attentive and were even able to accommodate with one of my dogs medicine needs. Facilities were also awesome as well. Best of all, they post pictures of your fur babies on Facebook every single day. They were well taken care of and the amount of play time, interaction and fun they had, I think my dogs didn’t even want to come home ????. I highly recommend this business!!

We decided to give this place a try and it seemed like a good place, but the price quoted was different from the charge for boarding our dog for a few days. To say it's pricey would be an understatement. I've stayed at Hilton brand hotels for less than it cost to board our dog. But i guess I should have gotten the message when there was a brand new $100,000 plus sports car parked on the side that I assume belongs to the owner.

Everything about Wagz is top notch! The people, the facility and care is just awesome. I highly recommend Wagz for your fur babies anytime! Thank you ALL for everything you do!!

The cleanest and absolutely most professional staff. It's never easy leaving your fur babies with strangers. Not here! The staff instantly asked all the right questions, verified our vaccination records, and instantly got down to business. After a quick discussion and some belly rubs Roker was excited to follow staff to the play yard to meet all the other kids. These people are amazing, I'd leave my infant daughter with them, but she's 19 now, I'd still leave her there.

Bailee loves to go to Wagz! We have always been pleased with her care and grooming while she is there. The girls take good care of her and she loves to talk and play. Thanks for always being there for our needs.

Wagz boutique took such good care of my fur baby! Wagz loved and cared for our cat making him feel at home. I highly recommend them!

We used to love Wag's and have used them 3 or 4 times in the past. I'm not sure what changed but when we left our dogs here for 14 days, they came back emaciated. When we asked why we didn't get a call and if they had been fed appropriately, the manager and staff said the weight loss was attributed to our dogs playing with the other fur-babies more than their used to. Pretty sure another week there and my dogs would have "played themselves to death." For what you pay here, weighing my dog everyday and noticing a 16 lb change over 14 days should warrant a call to the owners. Edit: Yes we weighed them at home (no it wasn't easy) and the owner obviously didn't see our dogs before we left because our female was nearly skin and bones. We have two acres, they hardly spend time inside our house. Facts are facts, accept it and do better next time, but you've lost our business.

Quincy dog was smiling from ear to ear when I picked him up from his new groomer Wagz of Freeport, FL. He looks dapper again, smells pleasant and not overpowering and he acts like a pup after his pampering. Thank you very much to the Wagz staff and groomer, phenomenal service all around! We booked forward and trust Quincy is in good hands. Next time I will think to have my camera ready so I can capture his adorable smile. I absolutely recommend Wagz and see ya soon. Side note they carry excellent Fromm dog food too, BONUS!

They did a great job on our miniature schnauzer Buddy. He went in relaxed and came out relaxed.

Could not locate them. I did follow Google Maps. I did not see any signage, I called the listed number at 4:22 PM, the answering machine message did not identify the business but was generic so I did not leave a message.

I don't think I can recommend these folks enough! Our 12 year old cat has been a permanent fixture at wagz while we are between homes and can't keep him with us. They have taken such good care of him. Our interactions with wagz staff always exceeds expectations and they really seem to love our fur baby. They post regular photos of their animal visitors and at first I though, ok. But having a fun text or photo show up really makes the experience more enjoyable than just sending our cat off to strangers for weeks. We will be sure to us wagz again the next time we head out of town!
