I have 11 animals and bring all of them here they're very straightforward they'll offer you an alternative if there is one available at a more costly price if you cannot afford their original assessment they're very friendly and they don't make you feel rushed.

They care but I don't think they go above and beyond with testing to actually see what is wrong with your animal.

I arrived in Florida on 1/6 and was aware of some issues with my dog. My vet in NY had warned me that she may have to be put to sleep. I didn’t know any veterinarians in the area and chose Holy Family because of its name. Luckily I was able to get an appointment on 1/8 because our dog was in bad shape. We were met by a very kind tech named Brandy who led us to a room and listened to us and treated us with such compassion. Dr O’Connor came in and examined our dog and returned with a full explanation of his diagnosis and his opinions. We chose to euthanize her and we felt that we made the right decision. We can’t thank Brandy, Dr. O’Connor and his staff enough for the kindness and compassion to us, especially on such short notice and us being new clients.

THIS PLACE IS A BLESSING AND IS FULL OF ANGELS!!

Staff here is amazing. Dr OConner has a condescending spirit. With my medical background, I only wanted to be a advocate for my baby and you would not listen. I’m sure it’s because I’m black, some can’t handle. I will take my business and my loved fur baby else where. Beware.. you need a veterinarian that will listen and put his ego to the side. We’ve put our trust in him 4 times and his judgement/assessment skills are poor.

Very reasonably priced. The staff here is very nice and helpful. The doctor tries to help you keep your invoice low by recommending only treatments he thinks are necessary. I e taken four of my dogs here and I'm alwaya satiated.

Didn't use there service , but upon calling the lady at the front desk was kinda snappy , quick to the point. An just hung up on me.

This place is a joke. Dr. Willett did nothing for my dog but insult him.

Always professional and courteous the staff and Dr. Mike. Quite a few of our dogs had care there! Our Siberian husky and German shepherds over the years!

The worst veterinary! I got my baby girl spayed, when I saw her, they literally sliced her up! I've been rescuing animal's a long time and never seen such a huge scar! It still hurts her ????. The worst place, I will never go back there again! Very unethical & unprofessional people there. Disgusting and inhumane!

Excellent ???? and caring staff. Can't say enough about how Dr O'Connor treats his patients. Not rushed. Explains things until understood. Staff always makes follow up calls after treatment visit. Open Saturday.

Always a pleasure going there. My Canadian Lynn is my favorite! Very nice people and fair prices. We've been going there for years. Def recommend!
