This is the best place to get your dog groomed and especially wonderful if you have Pomeranians! Took my guy Elton here for several years and Jen always took great care of him. He always came home looking amazing and smelling good. We sadly no longer live in the area and very much miss our groomer!

Been with Maria and staff since 2014. Have a special needs Cocker Spaniel and 1 yr old Standard Poodle puppy. They are great with our dogs. Maria gives special consideration for the Cocker to feel comfortable. The shop is clean. Great atmosphere. Definitely recommend to anyone regardless of breed.

This is the absolute best place to take your pets! Everyone at this salon is very kind, friendly, and professional. They are accommodating and trustworthy. It's really nice to find a place where you know your pet will be safe and cared for while getting their services. It's a wonderful salon all around. I highly recommend it!

I love this dog grooming spa. I've tried many and this one is the best in the area. Not only are they professional groomers, but they work so well with older and injured pets. Each groomer does one dog at a time which means my pet is there for an hour - not all day. It's the best!

Horrible! Very unprofessional. The actual owner treated my spouse and dog very rudely because she was mad at herself and staff that screwed up and didn’t provide the services paid for and we had to take the dog back. Business 101: customer service. Never going back

I have been to three groomers in my life. The first two were professional, polite, and did a great job. A friend who used to groom recommended tender care to me so I gave them a shot. And they absolutely stand tall and proud above the rest. I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with EVERY aspect of how they conduct business, and the ladies there are absolutely lovely and I have absolutely no anxiety leaving my little boy in there care! And did I mention that they charge LESS than the other places???

I can't say enough about Tender Care. I have an extremely difficult dog when it comes to getting her nails clipped. Even the vets office doesn't like clipping her nails. Tender Care has been a blessing. I highly recommend them.

Neat and clean salon. Professional staff with exceptional work. I’ve been working here for almost a year and Maria is fantastic. Started as a bather and Maria taught me how to be a groomer. Jen’s grooms are unreal, she can turn dogs into stuffed animals!! But we wouldn’t be able to do it without Crystal the receptionist ❤️

The entire team at TenderCare are awesome. My pup has been groomed here for 3+ years and I wouldn’t take him anywhere else. A vet couldn’t help him when he started limping- Maria found matts between his toes that immediately stopped his limp. Very professional, compassionate and kind to each pet, every time! Cannot recommend TenderCare enough!

Great place to bring your fur babies for the best grooming experience. Tender Care also offer just baths, spa treatments and many other services. Their staff are top notch!! They are called Tendercare for a reason. They love your babies as they’re own. Plenty of cuddles, hugs and kisses for your baby. You can not compare Tendercare’s staff and services to any other grooming company.

I just moved to the area and had to find a new groomer for my fur baby. Saw this place online and all the raving reviews. Booking an appointment for a bath was very easy and I was able to get one the next day. They took great care of my fur baby. Everyone was really friendly and great. I will definitely be going back.

We had a terrific experience at TenderCare! We usually do grooming at Petco and have the hardest time scheduling appointments and are usually unhappy with something. The staff was super informative, helpful, and efficient. I look forward to the next grooming appointment for either of our fur babies!

We moved to the area and Google a groomer for our dog. I decided to take him to Tender Care and I am so thankful to have found them! They are all so nice and always welcome my baby with love. Jen always takes us in with my busy schedule and Kane loves her. Always a good service and very affordable.

Today was my first time along with my dog Spike trying out TenderCare Pet Salon, and we absolutely loved it! I was taking Spike to a groomer company called Groomingdale’s on McGregor and every time I would take him, he would always begin to whine and never want to go in. I am certain TenderCare took amazing care of Spike because he was so happy when I picked him up and seemed to really love the atmosphere he was in. He was so clean and well-groomed. The staff is absolutely incredible and so sweet! We will definitely be coming back and staying. I feel so comfortable leaving Spike with them again! Best Pet Groomers in Fort Myers!!

After moving to Fort Myers about 18 months ago, I tried several groomers and I’ll confess there was even one that I didn’t want to leave my ???? once I walked in the door. Then I found Tender Care by chance and have been so pleased with them. They are professional - always sending reminder texts for my upcoming appointment and when I schedule a new one so I don’t forget to put it on my calendar. Toby is usually done in an hour so I don’t have to leave him there for half a day. They run on time! Their rates are reasonable and if you book your next appointment within 6 weeks they give you a discount. I can even take Toby in between visits for a free nail trim if he needs it. I can’t tell you how much I absolutely LOVE this groomer and I highly recommend them for your fur babies too!

My beautiful shih Tzu dog 9 years old has a lot of allergy problems and I have been using tender care for the wonderful treatment of thera clean which has the bubbles of water go right into the hair follicle and clean it out and what a difference it has made for my dog I've been doing this since December three or four times a week and he is so comfortable now he doesn't scratch and dig and rub as much as he did back when and his drainage from his ears has almost ceased his skin is clear his hair is growing where it was bald and I am so thrilled he's a beautiful little dog and the people at tendercare pet salon are fabulous everybody that has a dog with allergies should consider this treatment it is wonderful
