So helpful, compassionate and friendly when I brought in a 3-1/2 week old kitten. They gave me the information and encouragement to foster this bottle baby until I can find her a home. Thank you!

We are grateful to have found Drs. Mercado and Baez as our veterinarians. Our little girl, Sophie is in the best of hands at Tails-A-Waggin. The docs are kind, wonderful folks and the office staff is great. We have been clients for 4 years. We reccommend them highly.

DR.BÁEZ is a quality guy. I brought my bulldog to him after 2 other vets wanted to do an ACL surgery. I tore my own ACL and could tell by the way he was moving that it was something different. Dr. Baez was a lot more thorough, my bulldog ended up having cancer all throughout his body. I thank Dr. Baez for saving my dog from going through the pain of surgery when he was battling late stage of cancer.

The staff I dealt with were exceptional. Hailey was extremely accomidating in getting my dog in for a surgical evaluation. Jill and Sally were both friendly and professional and show pride in their work. Dr Baez was amazing/thurough...he explained the different surgical options/ details of procedures, risks/benefits, expected recovery, etc. for my dogs cranial cruciate ligament tear. My dog is scheduled for his surgery today. I have no doubt that my "fur baby" will be well taken care of

We have been with Tails-A-Waggin since 1991, when it was founded by Dr. Mogavero. We are SO GRATEFUL that Dr. Mercado took this practice over and has continued in the same philosophy of animal welfare. Dr. Mercado, and her husband, Dr. …

My little dog always enjoys going to Tails-A-Waggin! She can't wait to get in the door. Whether it's shots, grooming or boarding, she is always excited to go there! A wonderful staff!

Our canine friend has boarded at T-A-W many times. The personnel are always friendly to me, but more importantly to their furry charge. We really feel that L..... enjoys her time spent there whether playing with other dogs, splashing in the pool or whatever. Having an onsite vet is comforting, too.

My dog attends the daycare at Tales A Waggin. When we pull up to drop him off he leaps out of the car. Ahab is a happy dog, but he is even happier at Tslles a Waggin. And the vets are great too.

Would not recommend this vet clinic at all . Save your save the headache and time go elsewhere . Communication is horrible when asked if you have questions then you ask a question the veterinarian’s response is we will get to that is ridiculous .

I like the ease of getting an appointment of checking in and of how they make it happen while I wait in the car. It really works well. I am very happy with how things are handled at tails a wagging

We are snowbirds. We brought our 2 dogs down to Florida with us. We brought them to Tails a Waggin for several Vet visits to get their shots. We also boarded bth dogs for a week. In both cases we were impressed with the Professionalism and promptness of the care delivered. Each person we were in contact with displayed a positive, caring attitude. We would highly recommend Tails A Waggin for all of your pet care needs!

We asked a friend back in October for a veterinarian recommendation and she suggested Tails-A-Waggin. Bailey, our 12 year old Miniature Pinscher, has been battling a chroni liver and gallbladder problem the past year. We took her to see Dr. Mercado in November. Dr. Mercado is wonderful! She is a very knowledgeable and carrying veterinarian. She spends as much time as necessary talking with your about the options for care. Recently, Bailey got sick overnight and the staff worked with us in the next morning so Dr. Mercado could see her right away. The technicians and staff are also very friendly and helpful. I would hihgly recommend Dr. Mercado and her team to care for your pet.

We had our 1.5 year old golden doodle at Tails-A-Waggin twice while visiting the Fort Myers area. I kept wondering why she had so much energy after she came home from her visits. We learned that they were keeping her in a 3’ x 5’ enclosure for much of the day, letting her out to play with other dogs several times. Unfortunately this was quite a surprise to us as we were not allowed to see the inside of the facility (maybe due to covid) and there were no cameras that we could use to see our dog playing. Every dog daycare we’ve used (even since covid) has allowed tours and provided cameras to view your dog remotely. Also the pictures on their website do not show the enclosures where they can spend much of their time. I would suggest avoiding this place if the intent of your dog daycare is social interaction and play time for your dog. We will be using other dog daycares in the area for our dog in the future.

When our cat developed a cough Dr Mercado and her staff quickly took action scheduling a same day appointment. They are extremely knowledgeable and really care about your pet. Highly recommended!

Our puppy ate a corn cob at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon and the staff here stayed late to make sure our puppy could have the surgery he needed and was taken care of. The staff is kind, considerate, and very professional. Everything is fairly priced and they are easy to communicate with. We won’t be going anyplace else.

If you are not unlimited rich and living on a fixed income this is not the place to go. They cater to the rich and do not like it if you question why your pet is being given medication. Our pet was tested and nothing …

OMG! My Guido looks so beautiful and handsome!! It's the best, by far, grooming job ever!! He's perfect!! Perfect length, he's so white, soft and fluffy. His paws and tail are also perfect. Can't thank you enough!! He's a little over 7 years old and has never looked better. We will see you again in October when we come back. Thank you Christie!

The vets and staff provide compassion for their clients and owners. Compassion is not something learned in vet school; it is part of their caring personalities. They have cared for our dogs for years, and we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Everyone is very friendly and professional. The recent pandemic has caused many changes in the way we do things and I feel they handle this well and in a very safe and considerate manner.

From my 'shopping around for a good doggy daycare' call with Christin, through daycare visits working with Christin, and the vet who noticed and addressed that Cooper was overheated - excellent experience! In my unannounced facility tour I was amazed at the cleanliness and orderliness of the place. The pool was a big attraction for my Lab. We will return and return. Recommend the team and the facility for a pet owner who has high expectations!

Omg where do I start? If you love your little furry family member, definitely take them here for boarding, check ups e.t.c.... the staff and doctors are absolutely amazing!!! They have taken care of my furry kid, Maui for 3 years, they know the pets by name when you call, they help in any way they can, it's super clean inside and out, they treat us kindly, but most importantly, they treat our babies with love....I recommend this place one thousand percent.....

If you have a sick pet, do not bring them to this veterinary office. I brought one pet in and had to wait over a week for an ultrasound to be done; wound up having to bring him to the emergency vet first. Made the mistake of bringing …

We were vacationing from out of state and needed a place to board our dog for one night while we attended a wedding in Tampa. Can’t say enough about how great they were to work with—extremely accommodating, friendly, and excellent facilities. Our dog did great—he even got an A on his report card ????. Highly recommend!

This was my first visit with Tails-A-Wagon. I had excellent service!! Junior is doing so so much better. He isn't scratching or digging anymore. The only thing I have a problem with! Junior will not eat the pill pockets I bought him. I had to go buy bologna to put then in so he would eat them... He is too spoiled..
