Just went here today for the first time and had the BEST experience. First of all, they had wonderful availability, and they took care of my puppy with great attention to detail. I sent them an email yesterday asking about availability and they were already able get me in the very next day. Once there, the whole experience was great - everything from the lobby (SO cute - coffee, juice, and coloring boxes are in the waiting room) to the rooms (they had my dogs name “welcome Albus!” written on the door where his visit took place), to the care. My dog is a little nervous around new people, and the vet tech immediately sat on the ground next to him, giving him time and puppy massage until he felt comfortable around her. The whole time the tech was sweet and wonderful to my dog which put him at ease much more quickly than usual. As per care, they will quote you the price of any testing before they do it - so no surprises which is wonderful. They were able to get me the antibiotics that my dog needed within 30 minutes, and even gave us a giant bag of dog goodies on the way out with a large dog rope, bag of treats, sanitizers, dog bag holders and dog bags, and a spare dog leash. Would 10/10 recommend this place if you’re looking for a new vet. I will definitely be going back :) He is one happy dog to now!

Staff was friendly and helpful. My baby girl was loving on everyone. She even waited patiently to get her shot ????.

Love this practice and the Staff. Cannot say enough good things and so happy to have my little guy being treated there. Dr Tillman’s approach is so awesome as is Natalie and the rest of the staff.

I absolutely love Dr. Tillman & her amazing staff they are friendly & incredibly knowledgeable! I bring both of my pups here and have had wonderful results clearing up skin issues, getting direction on how to care for some of their other issues that have now become a thing of the past. If your looking for a vet I’d highly recommend bringing your babies to Just4pets wellness.

The staff is incredible to our puppies and to us. They are experienced, professional, and take the time to explain and make sure all our pets needs are met. I could not give a higher recommendation.

Had high hopes for this vet as they were very friendly and seemed to be competent and had good reviews. Long story short, my dog was treated for an ear infection with medication that can cause temporary or permanent deafness, although rare, was still a risk. THIS RISK WAS NEVER MENTIONED. Needless to say the day following medication being put in his ears I discovered my dog couldn't hear. I called the vet immediately the next day and that's when they told me because of the medicine they put in, his hearing would be muffled. Medicine left in ears for 3 weeks. Had to have my dog put under sedation to have his ears rinsed out. We are now four weeks after the original procedure and $500 later, and my dog is still deaf, although the vet stresses that he can in fact hear. What range he can hear at I don't know because I can scream and yell at the top of my lungs and whistle and get absolutely no reaction from him. To me that is deaf. Going to a different vet for his follow up care. This makes me feel like a very bad pet parent for not researching this medicine sooner to learn the risk of side effects.???? There's nothing to discuss. The fact is deafness, whether temporary or permanent, was never mentioned to me. Seems this is a common side effect as it was easily found on internet. I was not advised of this nor given any other treatment options.

We have taken our pup here a few times and have had nothing but exceptional service, quick and appropriate diagnoses, convenient appointments, and reasonable fees. She’s getting spayed tomorrow and I’m confident that she is in the most competent and professional hands around! We couldn’t be more pleased with Dr. Tillman and “Auntie Natalie”!

First time here. Staff was outstanding! They care, they’re professional, and very reasonably priced. One doctor/owner. I highly recommend!

Dr. Tillman and Staff went over and above to treat our pet. From the initial evaluation visit to repeat visits to treat the patient and ensure he was on his way back to normal. Natalie was our technician and she was a pleasure to work with and very professional. I would highly recommend anyone with a pet to visit Just 4 Pets for care.

Dr. Tillman is wonderful snd “auntie Natalie” treats our Rosie like her own. They really care and do what they can to ensure the best care. They are responsive, quick to serve, and pay attention to the details! Highly recommend!!!

By far the best vet we’ve ever been to! After having a bad experience at another vet’s office in the area, Dr. Tillman and Natalie brought us right in on such short notice and helped our pup get the right care she needed and eased our minds. They both were so caring and patient and answered all of our questions. Honestly could not ask for a better veterinarian and looking forward to bringing our other dog to them as well.

Came in today for first time wellness visit. My cat is... well... VERY not nice when it comes to vet visits. my last vet would make me feel bad about going so I’ve always hated going as much as she did! I moved and knew i needed to stop putting it off so went here. And man am i happy i picked it! Dr.T and her staff I saw today were wonderful. They made me smile and i felt like they were just as concerned about me as they were for my cat. They really went above and beyond in my opinion. Thank you so much ladies.

When our cat was diagnosed with diabetes, we felt completely lost. My wife and I are not skilled in the art of medicine and the thought of twice daily injections was terrifying. Thankfully, Dr. Tillman and her assistant put us at ease. Dr. Tillman demonstrated how to administer the injection and gave us multiple opportunities to practice before we gave our cat his first insulin shot under her watchful eye. To this day, insulin administration is easy and our cat is healthier than he's ever been. We are beyond grateful for Dr. Tillman and her staff!

Very friendly staff, extra loving with the animals. Even went above and beyond for my scared old cat. First time visit but I plan on returning when I need to!

We have known Dr. T for many many years and highly respect her extensive knowledge base. Although her office is new, she has practiced veterinary medicine for almost twenty years where much of her experience was derived from practicing at many ER and Specialty hospitals.She is very compassionate, thorough and conscientious in her approach to veterinary medicine. She is one of the best veterinarians in town without the ego, and who is unafraid to call upon local specialists in the field for confirmation. She is very gentle, welcomes all, and makes you feel at home. After visiting her practice, you will feel empowered in caring for your pet.

Dr Tillman and her tech were great! They took great care with all three of my furbabies. I was able to schedule one appointment for my dog and two cats to get everyone examined on the same visit. Each one was handled with care and quality time spent with each. Very clean facility. Convenient location. Looking forward to a long relationship with Just 4 Pets Wellness Center!!!
