Weston Lakes was able to see my cat quickly.The staff were very friendly and the Vet Tech answered all my questions.

if you really love your dog, please do not go here!!! shiloh the tech there is a manipulating person who plays the roll of doctor!! my puppy spent two days there , they never called to check up on her after i spent over 4000.00 there. I do have medical insurance and , Shiloh aka (WANNABEDONJUAN) lied to my insurance company and lied to me as well!!! when i confronted him on this with paperwork for him having to fix because their date was wrong on their computer and my insurance denied my claim, bec my insurance wasn't in effect until the following day, but THEIR DATE WAS WRONG NOT MINE!!! so Shiloh whited out the date to make it look so fake and fudged and resent it, the insurance denied it again!!! all the insurance company wants is for them , the doctor or shiloh to send an addendum letter and he said no he won't help me and told me if i didn't leave he was going to call the cops on me.. Remind you this guy works out looks like he takes steroids and wants to call the cops on me?? very unprofessional THE WHOLE STAFF, EXCEPT TATS!! PLEASE FIND ANOTHERBVET AND THEY ALSO DIAGNOSED MY DOG WITH A CONDITION THAT SHE GOT FROM BEING THER FOR 2 DAYS!! IT'S CALLED KENNEL COUGH AND THEY PUT IN THE NOTES NOW SHE HAS TRACH PROBLEMS , AND INSURANCE WILL NOT COVER!! THEY RUINED ME FINANCIALLY AND DID NOTHING!!!

They don’t open at time. I needed attention and still waiting from 8:00

I don’t know how this place has 4.8 rating I’ve spent about 5000 for a bunch of tests and meds for my cat and no results now they want more tests done for more money I don’t recommend this place they are money hungry and charge more than everywhere else I’ve been to. Bring your pets here if you have very deep pockets and are not interested in getting your pets better

They’re amazing! They are flexible with visit times and really care about your pet. I would recommend this place with closed eyes!

I cannot recommend this animal hospital highly enough, I drive from Aventura to Weston just to see Dr. Markova. She’s amazing, the most caring vet I’ve ever met and genuinely cares about the well being of our pets! The girls at the front are 10000/10, super sweet and friendly! They are always going above and beyond ♥️ I appreciate you all so much!

Very friendly and professional staffs ! The receptionist was phenomenal! I called to make a sick visit appointment (very last minute) and she didn’t hesitated to accommodate me ! Dr. Rivera is excellent! My overall experience was Great ! Totally recommend this hospital!!!

Elio, the vet tech, and the doctor treated my 17 year old doggie thoughtfully and with consideration of her age and condition. What is usually a very stressful experience for my doggie amd me was a lovely experience. This practice is also very fairly priced. Thank you Weston Lakes Animal Hospital !

The receptionist and tech was very friendly; however, the price was very high and ended up leaving without a diagnosis or any answers. The doctor was unable to answer my questions pertaining to my puppy.

Dr. Markova and her team saved Bella's life. My dog was barely moving and suffering from food poisoning or something similar that caused extreme dehydration followed by lethargy. Took Bella into Weston Lakes Animal Hospital and immediately saw Dr. Markova who explained her condition in detail after running immediate tests. After spending the night Bella is back home and recovering. Thank you!

I cannot recommend this animal hospital highly enough. Staff is more friendly and caring for every animal I saw come in than you can imagine. All are super knowledgeable and explain things well!! Very very clean and very reasonable prices. Take your pets here, they will be in excellent hands.

Tuesday 8/10 was my first time in this facility Dr Rivera saw my poppy she was very nice and Thorough all of the staff are excellent and nice I’m very happy we chose Weston lakes animal hospital for my pet wellness.

Had an emergency with my dog and called the Weston Lakes Animal Hospital and they had us in within the hour and out, post op, only a few hours after. Great care and attention.

We have been bringing our 3 dogs to Weston lakes animal hospital since we moved to Weston and absolutely love them! They are always so great here!

They are great with our dogs, one of mine just had surgery and we were able to talk to them when we encounter some issues. They made an emergency appt for Nala and it took 5 min fixing her stitches

Awful service. They only care about money and it shows in how much they charge for everything. The only reason why they have a 4.8 rating is because when you leave they tell you to leave a 5 star google review for a discount on the bill. They wait to confirm the 5 star review before adding the discount, which is a measly $5. That 5 stars also gives the person asking $5 commission, so that’s why they are so pushy with it. This place is absolutely terrible and wouldn’t think of ever taking my dog back here again, they care more about how you can pay than the actual well being if your dog. STAY AWAY.
