Dr Glass was the only reason most of us came here. She and Dr Rosen were simply amazing. The guy who bought her practice is horrible. If you choose to stay here, be prepared to pay twice as much for awful service. Also ask him what he did to Max (the dog up for adoption that the staff was caring for) and then lied about it. Vets take an oath to do no harm, this joke of a Veterinarian obviously doesn't take his oath seriously at all. Run as far away as you can from this place

I had an unexpected emergency with my Rottweiler Bella Souzie and I rushed her to pet royal. Katrina at the front desk was very attentive and welcoming as bella is my baby girl. Dr. Mike was very concerned for my dogs’ situation as well as listening to what had happened, as it had given him insight as to what he needed to do to, too be able to save my precious girl. After long and stressful wait pet royal saved and looked after my family member as if it was their own. This facility genuinely cares about the clients and the animals. I would recommend them 10x over. Thank you for your help and keeping our family together. Love the pet royal family ????

I had been going to Family Pet Medical Center for years. I respected Dr. Glass and Dr. Rosen, who were excellent doctors. I took Gerty in for her annual checkup. Everything looked different. No one was the same. There were Christmas ornaments everywhere, which seemed strange because Dr. Glass and Rosen were Jewish. It dawned on me that the business had been sold, which was confirmed by the new receptionist. I had been waiting for over a half hour. The young woman next to me told me that she had gone to pick up her elderly dog, and found that he could hardly walk. They told her they had given him morphine without her consent. She had been waiting for two hours. As soon as I complained, they ushered me into an examination room where I continued to wait. The technician was shocked, shocked that no one had told me about the sale of the practice. The more I thought about it the better it seemed for me just to leave, as my dog is nine, so I walked out of the examination room. The doctor was in the waiting room. I said, no one told me the practice was sold and I've been waiting over 45 minutes. They just looked at me and I walked out. No one tried to stop me. I've heard horrible things since, and that now they've changed their name. I can't believe Dr. Glass didn't tell people she was selling her practice. Family Pet Medical Center had built a good reputation, and now its good will was destroyed. Dr. Rosen had left several months ago. I thought it was for maternity leave, but when I searched for her, I saw that she was at a new clinic in Delray Beach. They had the best technicians, and now that is all gone. Dr. Glass is a great doctor, but she was difficult to deal with and often very critical of her patients' owners. I continued going because of her excellence with the animals, but am so upset that now I have to find a new vet. A little bit of notice would have been nice!

On Wednesday, November 24, we took our 2-month-old pet to this place because she was dehydrated she was sick with her stomach. She stayed at this place all day on Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. we went to look for her and she really stayed in the same condition. We saw no improvements and she was in treatment with them all day. They told us to take her home and come back on Thursday to give her more treatment, although they never recommended taking her to a hospital. We gave her what they recommended, although even though she was in poor physical condition, they didn't give us any medication either. They only gave us a meal that we agreed with what they recommended, but they did not give us any medication to give it at home and our puppy died at 4 in the morning, we took care of her all the time from the moment we arrived at the house after picking her up at this place until she gave her last breath, we are completely surprised and in a lot of pain. We don't really recommend this place at all

The staff here is so nice and friendly! The doctors addressed all my concerns and the vet techs were so gentle and nice. They’re also open on WEEKENDS with a vet. I had spent the whole day calling around looking for a vet on a Sunday and Gus at the front got us in right away! Thank you!

Family pet medical center treats you like family. I brought my dog in and what I thought would be a stressful experience, was not. The doctors and staff are so sweet to all the animals and get things done efficiently. I only trust family pet medical!

Took very good care of my pitbull with reasonably fair prices and personable staff. Met with the dr who was taking care of my dog, dr. Krista Seraydar and was very knowledgeable and helpful

10/10 service the whole team makes you feel like family, and they treat your furry friends as such. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my babies. Matt is especially great. Thanks again guys!

I am new to the area and this vet was recommended by my neighbor and I am happy to say I dont need to look any further. Dr. Sanadrea was wonderful, he really took the time to find what was wrong with my little Frank dog. The staff was super friendly and professional.

This is the only animal hospital where I take my pets because I trust them so much. Matt and all the stuff is incredible I highly recommend everyone to visit them for your pet needs.

I cannot praise Dr Sharon Glass enough for making the end of my sweet pooches life peaceful and comforting. It was on a Sunday and she met me at her office when I could not find anyone to come to my home to help me. I had called all of the “end of life” services and none were available. This was the worst day of my life and Dr Glass was there for me and my 18 yr old pooch. Dr Rosen also needs to be recognized for treating my baby in the months leading up to her crossing the rainbow bridge. She was so kind and explained to me what was going on weekly as my dog declined from kidney failure. I was in at least 3 times a week for fluids and they always were able to fit us in. The staff is great too !!

Best and most human nature team in the world. The love that Dr. Glass gives to any pet that goes there is beyond words. If you love your pet this the place to take them for nurturing and loving care. I don't have enough words to praise their work ????.

Dr. glass is super nice and a very personable person. Her staff at the front desk seems inept at best. Calling the office to obtain pricing for any procedure does not happen in a timely fashion, or at all. Not sure Dr. glass has surrounded herself with the best set of people to make her business successful. Office is in dire need of another veterinarian as well as a overhaul of the front desk staff in it’s entirety. The office location is super convenient and located in a great area.

What can I say ... Dr. Sharon Glass is the most compassionate & knowledge vet I have ever experienced. She was my vet for 15 yrs with my last dog. And I just drove 5 hrs. to get her expert opinion on my current dog's situation. The news was not what I wanted to hear, but I know now that I am making an informed decision to put him down...

Words cannot begin to express how wonderful and caring Drs Glass and Rosen and the entire staff are. I've been a client for about 20 years and there is no where else I'd trust to care for my animals.
