We cannot say enough good things about this pet hospital. They saved our dog's life. Our Rocky spent 3 days and nights there. When he entered he was so very sick and they took awesome care of him. We want to thank the following people by …

Please find a better clinic for your animal! Do not bring your pet here! They almost killed my cat UMKA and insisted on euthanasia saying that she will not live more than 2-3 days and will suffering. Does the cat at the video look suffering? God bless i did not believe doctors of this clinic and took my cat to the other doctor from Russia. He makes my cat recovered very quickly for only 80$ vs 2200$ treatment bill at this clinic. One month passed with a online treatment of Russian doctor and my cat feels fine, active, eat well. I can’t imagine how many healthy pets were treated to death here in this clinic and get euthanized in order to get maximum money. Please be careful! Strongly recommend to avoid this clinic. PS. Umka-angel is sending unconditional love and forgiveness to all doctors of these clinic whom insisted on her euthanasia. She is fully healthy and active now after 9 months despite all prognosis of this clinic that she will die in 2-3 days after leaving the clinic. If the doctors of this clinic don't know how to cure the particular disease it doesn't necessary mean the cat need to be euthanized. Always look for better doctors!

My son in law took their dog in and was treated for broken leg, she also had open sores. He was assured that all was taken care of. Only to find out that the Vets SLOPPY work led to having the leg amputated because of missing punctures wounds that were highly infected, they were told all was good and they could discontinue antibiotics. The dog was treated by their regular vet and the leg was amputated.

My pup suddenly was extremely sick and unresponsive. We rushed her to BluePearl and by the time we got there we thought we had already lost her. The staff ran out to us and ran back in. It was touch and go but they were able to save my baby. She stayed a few nights in the hospital and the staff called regularly, gave her kisses and snuggles for me and even allowed a quick visit. I cannot say enough good things about everyone who works here. They saved my girl and did it with such compassion.

***PET OWNERS BEWARE*** MY DOG ENDED UP WITH A LEG AMPUTATION FROM THEIR NEGLIGENCE*** If I could give zero stars I would. I took my dog to blue pear sue to a fracture/open wound on my dogs front right leg. The told me that there was only 2 corses of action that I could do. I could either do surgery or split it with regular bandage changes. We went with the second option and splinted and did weekly (some weeks twice weekly) bandage changes. We were told that since she wasn’t a toy breed her leg would most likely heal just fine. At this time and even after her first bandage change, the doctor missed all the puncture wounds on her paw. So after a week later they found all the wounds. Which I thought was strange at first. FAST FORWARD 7 WEEKS OF WEEKLY BANDAGE CHANGES- we were told everything was healed and that we could make it to 2-2.5 weeks, we were told to stop all antibiotics. Low and behold 2 weeks later we noticed something wasn’t right, we took our dog into our vet, and we were told that either we needed to amputate her leg, or put her down. This office missed a puncture wound on her paw, and the infection was so severe that it wasn’t savable. Which was shocking to hear after spending thousands of dollars at this hospital. When I called this office to tell them what was going on, I left a voicemail on the surgery line, they called me back 2 days later. They didn’t have the correct notes, told me that the hospital director would need to review this case. Well I wasn’t ever called back by the director, instead I was called back by a combative doctor whom never apologized for what happened to my dog, had zero compassion, blamed this on me, was extremely rude and talked over me. He was so rude and wouldn’t let me speak that I had to mute him and give the phone to my husband. It’s been over a week now and still no one has called me back or reached out, not to mention they never reached out to see how my dog was doing either. So if I could save another family from this experience, I hope this helps. Also we refused to return to them and did my dogs amputation at Animal Oasis, (our vets office) and we had the exact opposite experience, we were met with compassion, and people that truly do care about your pet. ******PET OWNERS BEWARE******

I was there 1/4/2022 because my dog needed staples for a wound he got at doggy day care. The staff was super friendly- they got my dog right in and were able to treat him right away. I was in and out in an hour- dog got staples that look fantastic and got antibiotics and pain medications. Very happy with my care!

This is the worst animal hospital I've been to. It started on a Wed with is taking our cat in. She had labs and other things done and had labs sent out. I waa told to call back by noon on Thursday and when I did, they weren't in. I called again and they were in and had them emailed to me. I called again later and sti no call from the vet, i waa guarwnteed they would call by 9pm. Never happened. I call Friday morning and spoke to a nice gentleman and he said he'll have rhe vet call. Well she did. I try to tell her i wasn't happy with the response and she starts on the dedensive and wouldn't let me finish. I aaid I understand emergencies happen and she comes back with apparently not. Needless to say it ended with her saying if yiu're unhappy, we don't want yiur business. It ended with a happy christmas and a F you. When I called back to get corporates number and vet's name, they refused to give it out. Another F you match started. I just asked what kind of Fing place are you running. I'm not innocent in my behaviour, but to have a vet not listen nor have them contact yiu in a timely manner is a major red flag. I do not refder them for animal care.

Waited 2 hours and told vet could not see our dog today. Very bad in not telling us sooner so we could get attention at another place. Would not recommend going here!

Dog suffering rental failure ran low on anti nausea meds so we called blue pearl. They’re refused to provide the meds despite us offering them medical records and the prior prescription. Very thoughtful. Bring you pet somewhere else. I would leave a 0 star review if google allowed.

My kitty got hit by a car and the vet recommended to go to Blue Pearl Animal Hospital. I was not allowed to go inside due to Covid. The girl who helped me outside (blond, short hair-can’t remember her name) was the nicest person ever. I was so stressed and She was lovely with my kitty, with me and took her time to explain all the details to me. The doctor was very nice explaining all procedures over the phone. The girl explained the detailed bill, helped me figure out what to do with whatever i could afford. They do not over charge you nor try to have you doing extra stuff to get more money. They were honest, helpful, polite and affordable. I will recommend Blue Pearl to all my friends and if i need a emergency place for my kitties, i will come back here without thinking twice. Thanks for having a great Animal Hospital!

I had a horrible experience at Blue Pearl. My cat was diagnosed with FIP dry which is a terminal coronavirus. Blue Pearl would not administer the anti-viral medication, which is the only known way to treat FIP otherwise it is 100% fatal. My adult cat was not eating for a week, weighed 5 lbs, had a fever over 104, and had a feeding tube placed. I had to pull my cat out of the vet and bring him to other vets to administer the medication. Blue Pearl was difficult and not supportive of my cats treatment plan. Then, Blue Pearl discharged my cat without notice when we were at the eye doctor. They don’t care about your pet at all. Only use this place as a last resort— but stay away entirely if you have an FIP pet. They constantly remind you of how important all their other cases are while your pet is terminally ill. Photo of how my cat was discharged not eating, with a fever, and barely conscious is below.

If your dog ever needs an internist please take them to see Dr Canon I took my sixteen year old dog to see her after her regular vet said her liver and kidneys were failing and gave her six weeks. Dr. Canon said " age isn't a disease. Let me see if I can find what's making her sick and see if I can help her feel better". She did a cat scan and found an adrenal tumor. She gave my dog medication for the tumor and within 12 hours she was eating and acting like nothing was wrong. Her kidneys have stabilized and liver enzyme readings get better every time we get her tested. My dog is about to turn 17, swims and walks everyday, and it is because Dr. Canon didn't discount her because of her age and actually helped her. I can't say enough about what a phenomenal vet she is!

Wagner was amazing. He went above and beyond after my dog was hurt and still made sure my dog Mellow was okay and took care of her even when I couldn’t afford the options given. 5 star service and I recommend anyone that wants their pet taken with care to come here.

Brought a stray kitten here with severe injuries to limbs. Extremely happy with the care and service I received from Dr. LaCroix. He went in filthy, in horrible shape, and came out clean and fluffy and bandaged, with pain meds and antibiotics. Excellent, clear follow-up instructions for the shelter vet. Great communication and reasonable prices. Highly recommend Blue Pearl and Dr. LaCroix for pet emergencies!
