Super professional and sweet with my dog

Took my two cats here 3 years ago after travel and they got uti. Great service but sold us a natural supplement in addition to a broad spectrum antibiotic. 3 years later, the new city hall construction begins. My one female that's 5 years old starts to stress pee. Stays in litterbox for 10 minutes straining. I took her back to highland animal hospital and they put her on amiltriptyline PLUS told me she must have a rabies shot by law. She already had her shot when getting her fixed! She has never been outdoors and during her first visit to you, she did not require by law a shot at your facility, so why now when I tell you I'm unemployed? I had her rabies shot paperwork when we had her fixed. For this new problem of stress peeing you sold us 30 pills of amiltriptyline for 30 day supply for several months of treatment, cost: $36. Now I switch to a new vet and they tell me to check local pharmacies. 90 DAY SUPPLY IS $7.50 Thanks to my new vet and a big FU to highland!!!! FYI to highland, my cats are registered under my wife's name. Not my name. For obvious reasons

Fantastic, compassionate, and extremely helpful. They saved my sick little Toot Toot (3yr old cat) and she hasn't been sick since! A big thank you to everyone at Highland Animal Hospital!!!!

Our little Australian Shepherd has been feeling yucky and the staff and Dr. Brett have been very helpful and very caring. We got to the point where they just couldn't get to the root cause and sent us to a specialist. We got unfortunate news and she was diagnosed with cancer. Even with treatment she will not survive. We talked to Dr. Brett and he assured us he and his staff are here for us in any way they can help. We have been clients of Highland Animal Hospital for a very long time and they have been nothing but loving and caring. We are very grateful for them and know we can count on them to be with us through our little girl's final journey! They are just very special people...

Just took my dog here very friendly and feel like a good fit for me

I love their $1 new patient exam. The doctor was very friendly and kind and gave me the exact help I needed for my sweet Marley. I would highly recommend

I thought everything was fine 10 days went by like they said and that it should take care of it but it didn't. FINE! I called to see if they could give a antibiotic for what ever remained because he is still in pain. I spoke to the veterinarian and he was rude not at first but I said I couldn't afford another 160.00 and he said no matter what he wouldn't help me unless I brought him back in and pay them more money. They didn't even show on their records the ear test they did so I was charged for something they didn't even do. Wish I could give a zero stars. I would not recommend this place. It not worth the free first visit.

The staff here is so kind and caring. The vet was very honest with me and made me feel comfortable in any decisions I had to make. Prices for visits are reasonable.

Awful. I'll never go back. I spent $450 on a rescue dog. They gave me ONE flea tick heart worm. ONE. When I asked for a script, they initially refused, but finally gave in. They wanted me to but from them

Nice folks. WAY overpriced. Actually charged me for a future visit. Vet said, "I want.to make.sure you come back after I prescribe meds". I said , no thanks. Got my records and found another vet. Charging for future visits. Just unacceptable.

The people are extremely thorough and willing to talk through concerns and questions. Prices are fair, and the service is outstanding. Love the vet and all of the supporting staff.

What a bunch of great people! Animal lovers for sure. You can tell when its just a job or its their life. This place is true blue.

Had to put down a long time member of the family and they were very supportive and understanding. I will bring my heathly family there too.

Brought my puppy Bailey here and it has always been a pleasant experiance for me and my puppy. I highly recommend these folks if you love your animal.

Need to post a review of Highland Animal Hospital. Our golden, Maggie, was their patient her entire life. Her care was always excellent. Sadly, we had to put her to sleep this week. She was approaching 14 years old, and deteriorating rapidly. Dr. F and his team really did a wonderful job. We were obviously distraught about making sure we were doing the right thing. They were understanding and helped us, and Maggie, though the process professionally and compassionately. She was treated very well, and we were very pleased. Our sincere thanks to Dr. F and his team. We would never consider taking our pets to any other veterinarian.

We just changed Vets because of really bad customer service . And This is our new home! We have been treated so well, from the making a new apt. to fast friendly care. They took care of it all followed up on mail order meds to making everything right! from Copper we Thank you!

Very unhappy with Highland Animal Hospital! I found this place very unprofessional! Lame examination and charge $59. They sell me medication for my dog yet I have go back 2 days later to get the 5 pills they owe me. My poor dog has gotten worse!
