This veterinary practice is by far one of the best I've ever been associated with, for my pets. The staff is amazing very helpful, informative, and accommodating. Dr thibodeau's very practical common sense approach to taking care of my animals has always been very welcome. He doesn't jump too expensive things immediately he thinks things out logically, and presents all options and I could participate in any treatment plan as needed. I'm very comfortable with him and that's why I've been going to him for the 12 years I've been here in Florida.

They are an awesome Vet. Dr. Mark Thibideau is a great Vet. He is very relaxed and takes his time to go over any issues and ensures you understand. He lets you know what is needed and what is optional. Their staff is friendly and patient.

The doctors and staff here are always looking out for the best interest of your pet and are not overpriced. The doctor will actually take the time to explain how to take care of your furry family members correctly and explain why and what he is doing. Really appreciate all the care and detail they all give!

Lost a loved one recently... they made the experience bearable. When we came out of the room the clinic had the lights turned off, a candle burning, and a sign explaining the moment and to be respectful. Reading the sign made me lose it. I couldn't stop crying. I am happy for my dog... he isnt suffering any longer.

This is an awesome place to take your fur babies! They take their time examining and explaining what's going on and what needs to be done. My little dog Missy doesn't mind going there. Last time she tried to follow the doctor when he left the room!

I personally don't use this vet. But I was giving my neighbor a ride to take his dog, Carson to see this vet. He said that he really liked the veterinarian. His dog was had recently been diagnosed with Diabetes. He was having to take Carson in frequently until they got his insulin and blood sugars stable. He thought the vet was thorough and empathic.

I have so much respect for them and am definitely pleased with great customer service and patient rapport. The high quality of care and amount of time they spend with my dogs are not compromised by the fees that they charge. Dr. Mark Thibideau reflects honesty and integrity, and I have full confidence in him in caring for my furry friends.

Great clinic! I have been using them for years. I never feel rushed through and Dr Thibideau is very patient and gentle with my babies. Office staff and assistants are super friendly and always treat my cats like they are special which is why I travel 16 miles to this clinic rather than one more local to me.

Dr. T and his staff are fantastic. They make it a priority to know each pet and the family as well. They make house calls when necessary, take a vested interest in each pet's health, follow up with sincere phone calls, and really seem to care. I am completely content in my decision to use this vet. I cannot say enough good things about Dr T and his staff! They TRULY care!! My best friend and long time client of Dr T told me about this place. My dog Gizmo had a tumor in his mouth. The previous vet I went to at another place didn't feel it was a big deal. Dr T explained everything to me and he removed it today along with a good dental cleaning and removal of bad teeth. All of them make you feel like family and your pup too!! This is the place to go for ALL your pets needs! The prices are extremely reasonable! Thank you Dr. t and staff for taking such good care of Gizmo!!
