Bobbi's is the best groomer I've been to and my dog always looks happy and fluffy when I pick him up.

Prices are decent and the grooming is superb. My reason for taking off two stars is my indoor dogs came home with a free supply of fleas and had to immediately give them another bath with dawn dish soap, and now gonna have to purchase flea pills from vet to get the rest of the little buggers off

I have taken my dog there MULTIPLE times and the only thing I asked for was honesty and open communication. They were good to begin with, and the past few times I took her for daycare, a bath and a tidy cut, my dog has come home with cuts (that were deep enough I had to clean them with peroxide). I went in and asked for an explanation and they lied, didn’t offer a refund or an apology. The girl got my picture of my baby’s cut and said she was going to talk to the OWNER that groomed my baby about what happened and then call me... well I never got that call or got a straight up answer about what happened. If you can’t be open and honest as a business and an owner, you need to find a different job. I will NEVER take my dog back for them to get another dime from me. I would NOT recommend them.

Great staff, friendly service and a overall good experience. The prices are reasonable and a passion for fur babies is evident in the way Teddy, Gibbs and Emma respond to going.

Had a great experience leaving our pups there for a weekend. They were completely booked since it was a holiday weekend but we were allowed to bring our own kennel and still board with them. Great customer service and really good prices.

My Abby has been going to bobbis since she was about 6 months old she is now 7. I take her ever week for a bath . She loves the sound of u going to miss bobbis today. She jumps up and runs to the door. She always looks fresh smells good and happy. We will never go anywhere but bobbis barks and bubbles. Love all the staff.
