I would highly recommend this clinic. I recently moved here from Canada. I was very nervous hoping that I would be happy trusting my spoiled little chihuahua Fred and that he would be in good hands . From the moment I got there with the receptionist girls to the very friendly vet Tec Rodrigo who calmed me down went through detailed information and explained everything in a thorough way and offered to FaceTime me so I could see the whole exam since we can’t finish. With covid . Then I met Dr Gary Edelson on FaceTime while he did the exam. So very gentle with my boy and also explained in detail his exam. Very nice Doctor ! But I think one of the things I Just absolutely love which is a testament of his love and care for the animals he treats is the fact that he gives his personal cell phone number out in case of any after hours problem that might occur ! What a comfort that is to me ! So happy I have found my forever vet !

Dr. Edelson and his staff have always been great with my girl. I have an 8 year old German Shepherd who LOVES going to the vet. From the second I turn into the parking lot she is so excited to get out and say hello. She has not had any serious issues (thank God), however, She had a growth on her tail and his treatment plan was spot on. We have a puppy and a two year old chihuahua we will be taking to him as well. The office is clean and oh BTW I love the coffee machine in the waiting room.

I saw a stray kitten underneath a truck in the rain off of Federal Hwy. I took him to Imperial Point and they were so amazing! They quickly assessed him and ran multiple tests to make sure the little guy was okay. Very thorough examination as well. The doctor was kind enough to look at him for free which just proves that their main goal is to save animals. The receptionists were awesome and everyone was very concerned. They really do care about you and your animals here. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Veterinarian and staff are extremely friendly, personable and caring. They are great at customer service for both you and your animal. They are also extremely fair with billing and try to work with you as much as possible. Can’t find a single bad thing to complain about.

Hands down best vet in town! Dr. Edelson is always spot on with his diagnosis and treatments! Clean office, super friendly staff - nothing more we could ask for!

Dr. Edelstein saved each of my two dogs on two separate occasions. I have a very high regard for him.

I LOVE this animal hospital! The prices are incredibly reasonable and the staff are so friendly! They always treat my kitties so well and always work slowly and gently with my more shy cat. The veterinarian is professional and listens well to any issues your pet has. The office is so clean, you would never know it had animals in it. I cannot speak highly enough of this practice!

Dr. Edelstein has been my go to vet since adopting our pup 8 years ago. Highly recommend.

They have the best technicians & front office staff!!!

The doctor is either a bad diagnostician or just a poor doctor. My kitten has been dead a week and they never even called us. I brought him in at 3 months and 7 months and asked about a funny breathing noise. He said the cat was great,. At a year the kitty was clearly sick, they just injected him antibiotics and fluids and gave him back. One month later sick again same scenario. 3 weeks later I go back, kitty is sicker at 10:30a, he takes him in the back to more tests then says, 1hour and 52 minutes later the front desk person comes to collect $665 before the doctor even comes back. I insisted I see the doctor to talk about the tests. 30 more minutes later he finally comes in and says the cat needs to go an ER because we close at 2, which one do you want to go to . By 4pm my kitty was dead. Dr. Edelson show no emotion for the animals. He has no love for his work!

I have three chocolate schnauzers that all go to imperial! The staff is five star, the facility is always clean with plenty of free parking, and my babies are always happy never scared to see them. That’s a HUGE deal to me.

First time there. It was the cleanest and best smelling vet office we have ever been to. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Loved everything about our visit.

Just want to thank Ashley & Taylor for being kind and thoughtful to me and my friend while I was away on vaca. Pepper’s bladder surgery was a success and she is feeling better day by day. Dr Edelson is a great dr ! Don’t remember the surgeon who operated on Pepper but he was so thoughtful to explain everything after the bladder surgery.

The staff here is knowledgeable, comforting, and welcoming. It's clearly apparent that Dr. Edelson cares for animals, and solves problems efficiently. He's treated a chronic condition for my dog, and it was great to see how much his health improved under Dr.Edelson's care.
