Brenda's Birds Delray Beach, Florida

Did not buy anything , only went to look at selection and try to make up my mind on what I want and the owner was great, helped me out and kind of helped me pick what I wanted. Great selection , all the birds I was thinking about they had.

Beautiful place, birds are all well taken care of. Love coming here to buy my birdies food and toys. Workers are super friendly and welcoming. Will definitely take my birds here when I’m away on vacation.

Absolutely love Brenda’s. Not only is there a large selection of well cared for birds but the staff is amazing. Rob and Billy are always welcoming and super knowledgeable. They show you how to handle the birds and let you experience them hands on. Barney the Shop bird is awesome as well. I would for sure recommend Brenda’s to anyone looking for a bird or bird supplies

Great place! Bill and Robert were very friendly and knowledgeable. Good selection of birds that all look beautiful. Cages were well kept and no bad smells. We had bought a few finches for our aviary, and they are perfect. Will definitely come back again!

Nice place small but the enjoy the customer

I was very upset to see so many birds in small cages. I am a bird owner and lover and each of these parrots has the intelligence of a small child. Large birds were kept in cages that are too small and had plucked out feathers which shows emotional distress. They had little or no toys to play with and the water was dirty. Please keep better care of your birds and please do not take any more babies into your store to sell. I pray for this to stop. I recommend everyone interested in birds to rescue. Birds are such beautiful and amazing beings and they need to be treated with respect, space, and nurturing.

A super lovely place, the birds are amazing and the employees are super helpful and kind. My partner and I want to buy a bird and this will be the place we decide to do just that at.

Brendas Birds is awesome. I bought a African Grey Congo from here and had a wonderful experience doing so. Billy and Brenda were helpful and knowledgeable when it came to any questions I had. I recommend buying your feathered baby from them. 5 stars!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Took my mom here during our Mother's Day stop list. She loved it!! She has 3 finches at home and they have about every type of finch you can imagine here! We offered her a new bird to bring home, but she ended up leaving just as happy with some new finch food that smells like cake batter ????????, definitely will be back here again!

Why are most of the birds over a thousand dollars? No hate, just curious because i've been wanting a cockatiel i can train.

I drive over an hour to give this store my business. Today Robert groomed my lovebird, whose beak grows really fast. Let's just call Robert "The Bird Whisperer", he was amazing with my bird that is not tame and still distrusting of humans. The Bird Whisperer gave me great tips on how to better care for my bird and honest (not profit-based) recommendations on food. The staff is so nice and knowledgeable here and they clearly love the birds. I drive past a dozen other bird stores to come here and will continue because I want the best care and info for my birds. Thank you Brendas for setting the bar so high.

If I could rate this store a 0 star I would. You can read all the reviews as well as mine. The responses are very unprofessional and inappropriate. Cages are over crowded and you should have no more than 8 Parakeets per flight, finches and canaries as well have a limit so they have room fly and not be overcrowded. -Fish and Wildlife has rules that should be followed by store owners who care about their birds. Found this store on Hoobly as well where the owner couldn't respond to a simple question she just went into bashing an ex employee and to bullying me myself. I have never seen an owner of a store be so rude to her customers. If you claim to be the best bird store around you can at least label your birds properly and respect your customers and future customers. Imagine if they treat their customers like this, imagine how they treat their animals who can't speak up for themselves or defend themselves.

Very nice and knowledgeable staff. I love my parakeet Oliver! I drove from Orlando to this place because I know how much they take care of the animals they sell. Thank you for the hospitality and I really recommend anyone to purchase their birdies from here.

A fantastic and friendly experience. We walked out with a beautiful, healthy macaw and they were very flexible with our strange schedule.

This place is so cool and there are SO many birds. I really like this place and have come here multiple times now just to see the birds. You can pet the and hold them if you are allowed, because sometimes they can't be picked up because they ate or other reasons. The parrots are especially friendly, because they are hand-raised.
