Their Banfield Wellness Plan is a total scam. Front desk lady tells me its $35 a month and can cancel at anytime and now Im being charged $60 a month along with being locked into an annual subscription. Beware, these people are only in it for the money and being dishonest.

Banfield Delray office went above and beyond to get my little Misty in to the vet. She was on the mend right away thanks to the care and meds they put her on. Thank you Tami and the staff for your kindness and caring.

I fail to understand how the wellness plan works or how paying $90 per month makes sense. When you have a true emergency and they state that they can’t see your pet - appointments are so far down the line it’s impossible. If you are understaffed or I’ll equipped to handle emergencies then plans should be according to maintenance and nothing more. I’m so disappointed that no one bothers to even answer a phone call. Looking for alternatives for my 2 puppies because this place is unreliable.

Always very friendly and the staff all have great bedside manners when explaining procedures and allowing time to make decisions

Was not happy that they required me to get a rabies vaccine to treat my dog. Otherwise feel they did a great job and the vet was very nice on the phone. So I was initially not happy but after the vets call I feel they did a good job.

After over ten years of having multiple pets on Wellness plans for my animals I canceled my plans today for both my cats. All of the vets I have worked with for years are gone and my oldest cat is throwing up after every meal and they said they couldn’t get me in for a drop off appointment for a week. I have paid thousands of dollars of fees for the plan over the years and more for services. It was okay when they had enough staff, but it is completely ridiculous to pay for a plan to take care of my fur babies when they are under staffed.

They can't keep anyone for more than a year on staff, but there it's one doctor that has now been there for 4 years, dr bravo, and the only one I trust, and now she left so i will have to try a new doctor once again...

This place is horrible with scheduling appointments and the staff is tremendously rude when calling them over the phone when voicing any issues or concerns. This staff team needs alot of training!

I called about my sick kitten last week and the receptionist was extremely rude. Trying to have a light conversation with her as she rudely interrupts me to tell me "that she is confused and wants to know if I am making an appointment or not." Just because of her I decided to not go there. I had an emergency and they couldn't help me till the following Monday. I got another animal hospital to squeeze her in and I am thankful for them It is clear that their receptionist doesn't care about the animals and I am not sure why she has that job when many people during this time could be better employees than her. Do better Banfield , I will never be bringing any of my animals there.

-10 stars! My dog needed immediate attention for being sick, throwing up all day & severely dehydrated. They had 27 minutes before they close at 7 pm. Been going to Banfield for over 12 years in Coral Springs, first time here as it’s the closest. Never had this issue before. I was blankly told by Anna who said she consulted with Dr. Gaines that they can’t see my dog without appointment as she is not their patient & as a walk in, that I should go to ER if I’m concerned for her health as they have 1 more ahead of her & they are closing at 7. I was on the phone with her for over 8 minutes just a waste of time, I was outside in my car, they refused to see my dog & were extremely rude & unethical over the phone. Definitely need better staff & caring dr at this location. I’ve called my Banfield & they apologized to me & told me that this is not at all their protocol with walk-ins emergencies. Banfield handles clients better especially when a pet is distressed. Can’t believe how rude & uncaring. I will definitely report these 2 individuals to corporate. No other pet needs this kind of treatment. Anna definitely should not be on the phone talking to clients that are already stressed due to their babies being sick and all that is going around in our country right now. Terrible service and ethics! Shame on them!

Brought my 10 year old dog in for an ear infection. She first showed signs of a swollen eye, sensitive ears and loss of balance. All signs of an inner ear infection. Mind you a week prior, we were running miles together and very active. Vet Emanuel prescribed her antibiotics. I saw a major decline in her health as we started the antibiotics. She could barely pick her head up. She stopped eating and drinking. I’d take her out to use the bathroom and she could barely stand on her own. She looked as if she was dying. On the 3rd day (of the antibiotics), I looked up the side effects of the drug. A major side effect was dizziness. One the main reasons we brought her in to begin with. On the 4th morning I called the clinic back and described how the medication was making the initial problems much worse. They had us come back in for blood work that was over $400. Only to be told to take her off the medication that was prescribed by them a few days earlier. We left with no plan, no follow up appointment or medication to help with issues she was initially experiencing. In three visits, over the course of two weeks, we spent $800 on medications that didn’t work. And we were left right back where we started but this time she was weaker. The first visit I brought her in, she walked in on her own and the last visit she was carried out. We ended up being referred to a different vet in the area who successfully treated her. In just a few days, she was back to healthy. We reached out to the manager at Banfield for a refund. We were finally told that they need to look at the our new vets diagnosis in order for them to preceded with a refund!!??? I’m not sure what the new vet’s diagnosis has to do with how they treated our dog and damage done. But we sent the info they requested anyway. We still haven’t heard back and it’s been 5 days...
