They gave my cat and dog rabies shots, physical, and flea medication. They were wonderful and complete. We now made a spading appointment

Had to have my 16 year old cat put down, the people were more than nice. Seems as though they felt the same thing I did..

Slow service and a long delay getting on the schedule. However, the doctor and tech were absolutely wonderful to work with. I left feeling like my pets were well cared for.

I live over an hour away, however this place is worth the drive and planning. They truly care about your animals and want to help in any way. I love this place and their pet plan is one of the best with plenty of benefits. UPDATE: Knocking down a star after my last appointment, I've never felt that offended before but was told my dog was underfed because she's a few ounces less than 10 lbs. They miscommunicated my benefits from their old pet program plus what I was actually paying for vs what I got so in all I had to get a new one. I miss my old vet but I'm happy for him. No longer has the pet plan either.

Brought our little pup in for his first visit today. Everyone was so friendly and the practice is very clean! Looking forward to returning whenever our little pup needs a check up.

A great place with caring staff. Improvement could be made by advocating for ( a visible sign requesting clients use masks) and by staff using masks. It is a small space and Covid remains transmissible and a concern.

Also super friendly and a vet that actually cares about your pets, my dog was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and after his surgery the doctor called to ask how he was healing and to give us options and what comes next, she was very sweet and understanding

Everyone is super friendly and kind, even if you call with questions at 5pm. And I actually spoke with the vet. They take great care of my cat and dog. Started going there when my dog was terribly sick and they were the only vet that could see him right away with a drop off visit.

**UPDATE*** We’re not sure what exactly happened with the app, but everything turned out ok. They called me back and apologized for the misunderstanding and for the inconvenience. They were able to see my little princess the same day and they were very professional and super nice, as they have always been every time I’ve taken my Fur baby. When you’re concerned with your pet’s health and request an appointment, you expect a response whether to say yes or no on the appointment request. Some response would’ve been better than no response at all. Maybe they don’t need my money/business.

We brought our cat hemi. He needed and amputation. They did a fantastic job and were very caring!

Everyone in the office is so nice and the great care our pets get is appreciated!

I had an emergency with my dog Xena and when I called I was told to bring her in right away. The staff was amazing... will recommend them to anyone.

Were customers for almost 2 decades & had to practically beg them to see our dog on NYE for an emergency. Once they agreed, they took imaging & had us go immediately to the Beachside Animal Hospital for a said obstruction. The Animal Hospital was adamant no obstruction was seen on the X-rays they sent over. Being concerned we agreed to repeat the X-rays as our vet was so certain there was a problem. Repeat imaging confirmed again no obstruction. Not only did we incur unnecessary costs but our vet who we've been good customers to, refused to follow up as they reoeatedly promised. The last & final call was from Dr Bailey to my spouse who we are still on waiting on a call back from March of this year.

Just started going here but they have a very friendly, compassionate and professional staff. I would give them 5 stars but all three visits we had to wait 30 minutes or more past our appointment time.

Dr. Bailey was great. Easy to talk to and gave me great advice about a partial ACL tear in a hind leg.

Very friendly, quick, and kind! My doggo wasn't afraid and was all smiles and wags when I picked him up. EDIT May 2021: Back here to change my 5 star to 1. Do not even bother calling. After establishing my pet as a patient and spending 800 dollars, I called a few weeks ago for a slight emergency with my dog (ripped claw) and the person on the phone was very unkind. She told us we had to get to the clinic in 10 min (we lived 15 to 20 min and I needed a moment to get the injured 100lb dog in the car) and then when I tired to make an appointment, I was told I would not be able to make a regular appt for weeks out...and then when I clarified we were established patients and could they recommend us an emergency vet or alternative solution she was horrid! Kept repeating that this was a vet clinic (duh?) And that there was no way they could see my dog or even suggest an alternate place to go! Then when I asked why they don't have an emergency suggestion for their patients they hung up the phone on me!! How could they take so much money and time establishing a record only to respond in such a way? I found another vet who was so kind and very very helpful. Thank you NEWMANS VET!! Will be writing a positive review there. And just to defend myself to the inevitable, I was not aggressive at all, more sad because I was worried about my pup. So my tone definitely wasn't the reason the person was horrid.
