They was great with my dog I didn't have a problem with any of the nurses they didn't do anything unnecessary to my fur baby all in all 10 out of 10

Amazing staff! My dogs always have a blast here! They group the dogs based on size and behavior, so they always find their best friend! They take dogs with medication very seriously, so you know your dog is taken care of! Photos courtesy of My Pets Wellness!

This was a nice place until they started adding people who don't qualify for customer service. ????Don’t put people at the front desk if they don’t know what they’re doing I felt bad for them girls????

I was staying in Daytona this past weekend with my kids and decided to bring my dog along to the hotel. Unfortunately he cried every time we left the hotel room so I called a few nearby doggie daycares to find a place last minute to take him so we could enjoy some family time without worrying about our pup. My Pets Wellness was so kind to take him in last minute for a full day. They were very accommodating and my anxious shih tzu got some play time in. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to take their animal in the Daytona area.

Very fast and easy check in pleasant kind staff

This facility is so bad at communication between their call center and front desk. Many of the front desk employees don’t know what they’re doing or will give you inaccurate answers, but LAURA is the worst one of all. I had complications with my dogs condition and booking a grooming appointment. I expressed my concerns to the front desk and LAURA insinuated that if I knew my puppy was nervous, then I shouldn’t have brought her - blaming me for this whole thing & making me feel bad for just wanting her cleaned up. I came back for a heartworm treatment for my puppy hoping to have a better experience. I know I paid for it previously with Scratchpay (a form of payment they offer but Laura knew nothing about) , but she said I didn’t pay at all and REFUSED to give me my puppy unless I paid AGAIN. She charged me TWICE for a service that was already paid for. She wasn’t knowledgeable of the fact that I already paid in advanced and she should’ve been. I even explained to her about that I use scratchpay , but she still held my dog from me who was just exhausted from the treatment and wanted to go home with me. This facility needs to improve on their communication with the call center and front desk team, have a better understanding with the services provided here , & be more professional when speaking to customers. After I received her heartworm negative test, I will start to look for another veterinary facility. I no longer wish to bring my puppy here because of Laura.

Heather the groomer is one of the best. She is fantastick with our dogs and does an exceptional job.

I won't take my fur babies anywhere else. The staff is caring and very affordable. Strongly recommend to anyone that jas needs for their pets. Grooming, daycare, veterinarian, and great staff

Great place for dog boarding

This was my first visit… They were the only vet that would assist with end of life care without an appointment .. They were also way cheaper then the 9 other vets I called .. Most wanted between 200 -350…. Staff was amazing… Compassionate… Professional… Caring…and kind.. this has been one of the worst experiences of my life having to put down my Angel… and they made it comfortable..personal… and they understand the gravity of the situation… they know that we love our pets… It was handled with perfect dignity and respect… And I will never go to a different veterinarian again… Five stars across-the-board…. It’s nice to find people that actually care about you and your animals…

My dogs love coming here for daycare, boarding, baths and their vet care! I love this place and I love that they take photos of your pets at play and post for you to see. I also love that everything we need is all in one stop. ❤

I had just gotten my dog from the Humane Society she was 6 years old and her name was baby. She was lifting her left front paw. My veterinarian had just retired so took her there. The doctor said that it was from itching. I just really didn't understand that. I gave her that expensive shampoo and the itching stuff and other stuff. He prescribed antibiotics and prednisone but never noticed the tumor by the left front paw. I kept going back and finally the doctor realize there was a tumor. Then the doctor called me to say it wasn't malignant. I took her back because she was in pain. That doctor told me it was malignant. I called to say she was in pain and I was going to pick that up on March 19th but she died that day.

I loved the people but when I tried to get a refill on pandas meds they told me to call in if I need more now they say she has to be seen again it's only been around 6 months and all they give me is 30 day worth to start with and was only to give it to her as needed I payed about 300 for her to be seen that x-rays blood work meds ect.... All the money and have is for her meds

They did what I could afford. The liason came out and spoke with me often and gently as we all had to wait in the parking lot

Very good first time experience. Came down for memorial weekend and they took great care of my doxie. Price was a bit higher than expected but it was last minute and everyplace is different

My puppy had a great time at the daycare. He was happy when I picked him up at the end of the day, but went back to the workers to say goodbye. Thanks to you all!

I don’t know, I understand people have had great experiences here but the prices are ridiculous. It kind of seems like they are taking advantage of people who are desperate to get their pets help. Will not be bringing my pet.

They are absolutely AMAZING to our two babies Snickers and Reece! Always a phone call away and more than willing to help and fix the problem asap with whatever it takes our family including our fur babies LOVE going here!

One of the best vet clinics I've ever taken my babies to. They are so kind and have everything you need in one location! We will never go to another place!

Our dog Hunter absolutely loves going to daycare and is always a happy and tuckered out boy after. Matt is great and so are all the other staff that I have encountered. They treat Hunter like family. Most importantly, I trust them. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication.

I didnt board my dog here, but they get five stars for being polite, and helpful. Over the phone and most of all patient. Will probably use their services when I'm in Daytona area again.

My Granddog loved it here. It was her first time being boarded and they kept her a happy dog.
