Let me Get started with a simple reminder I seem to see many people forget. ****************WE ARE STILL LIVING IN A PANDEMIC!! ****************** With that being said the stars i choose in this review are not a understatement. Quick Background, About a month ago i took my 7MT old Rottweiler to see a vet because I noticed her ears seemed extra dirty, i decided to play it "Safe" and went to petco in Ormand (Waste of time and money), was sent home with heart guard not a word about the ears being a issue. Today I had enough my baby girl looks and sounds like she has discomfort and pain so i called Driftwood and ask if it was possible for me to bring her in. The receptionist was very transparent and let me know in a kind a professional way that they get pretty busy on Fridays and sometimes someone can wait a hour., but i was more then welcome to come for a walk in. Of course we don't want to wait a hour but this is not the office or the Doctors fault, they are giving people real visits with answers to question and concerns. they are busy and they are pushing and trying very hard to care for our babies and not treat them like a number. Covid has made everything a struggle from registering our pet, waiting even paying for our visit. they are trying there best and if you ask me they are doing amazing. Thank you to this amazing team, your kind and patient, you listen and you care and I am sooo thankful i waited patiently. I waited about a hour and a half. I came prepped and ready with water treats and a toy. Todays weather was also very nice so that was on our side. So if you want a 5 Start Vet Experience with a Realistic price for the service they provide, Brings snacks for you and your pet, Water, and entertainment. Hope you get to experience the vibe I did!!

New patient. They treated my Shada like she was a queen. They were very kind & considerate. I was considered a walk in, so it was 1st come 1st served between 1:30 and 3:00. However the wait was not that long. The price for the entire visit was surprisingly reasonable, and included the meds!. I will use them again for sure.

Still has you wait in car due to covid and can't talk to the vet about important details of illness. Waisted money and nothing accomplished.

They took good care of my rabbit and dog nails. Great customer service I will be making their appointments there very satisfied!

I absolutely love this place. They are so willing to help no matter how much money you have they will do what they can to help you. They fixed my poor puppy with just a single shot he had been suffering with some serious seasonal allergies and we did not know what he was allergic to until we went to see the doctor. I recently was blessed with a wonderful dog to come into my life. He was infested with fleas and needed a good check up. Knowing I didn't have much money, they saw him right away for a discounted price. They are amazing!

Inexpensive yet thorough. Will certainly be back!

Loved that no matter how busy the staff tried to make u feel I were noticed. Ots horrible not to be able to be wth ur pet when they r sick. We r now able to bring our babies in. Do I have some issues. Yes yet mostly we need positivity an job well done so that's where im.at. ty

We have taken our pets there for almost sixty years. Dr. Gary’s father was our vet and in 1967, our pet was hit by a car late one night and old Dr. Langford met the family at the clinic and he was wearing pjs and a robe. I was five years old and have never forgotten. That was real dedication!! I’m Still going and now my daughters are taking their pets. It’s nice that they are still a part of the community.
