Absolutely the best Vet I have ever had for my pets. He takes his time and fully explains all the details you need to make good sound decisions for your pet. He never does anything to make a buck, it is all about what is best for your pet.

I've been going to Wag'n Tails for close to 8 yrs. My dog Chaz, 4 cats, Bohdi, TJ, Louie and Brooklyn. I've had nothing but excellent experiences. Dr. B is a great vet, always diagnosed and treated them with great care. On top of that he has a great personality and a lot of compassion. His staff is just as good.. Professional, friendly and compassionate. They take great care of all our animals. Gwen even helped us bottle feed Bohdi when we rescued him at 2wks old. I highly recommend them.

I have been to Wag'n tails a couple of times now and I love it there. The doctor treated my cat like it was his own and I could tell he really has a passion for what he does. The people that work there are very friendly and easy to talk to, which makes the vet experience more enjoyable. I will continue to go there and I highly recommend Wag'n tails to anyone searching for a veterinarian.

I took my little poodle that weighs 5lbs to Dr. Bufalieri at wag'n tails animal hospital. He has been a patient for 3 years. About a year ago the doctor told me that tj (my poodle) needed a dental. I was very nervouse due to he is 8 years old and only weighs 5 pounds. The doctor reassured me everything would be fine. I dropped off tj early in the morning and the receptionist told me she would call me as soon as the procedure we done and he was in recovery. I recieved a phone call at 2 that he was in recovery and doing well. His teeth were so bad that they had to extract 4 teeth. My poor baby. I picked my baby up around 5 the receptionist showed me before and after pictures of his teeth. What a amazing difference. I brought tj home that night and he was not even drowsy or in pain. His teeth were pearly white and smelled so fresh. The vets assistant showed me how to brush his teeth and i have been ever since. Did you know dental disease can cause heart issues. I didn't.. I would recc. this office to anyone.

I have been working for wag'n tails for many years i would highly recommend this vets office for any animal lover. The staff is educated and compassionate. The doctor is absolutely amazing. I would never take my animals anywhere but there. I don't need to work there since it is my second job but i choose to since the work environment is so friendly and family orientated. I love all of our patients and clients. Animals and taking care of them are passion. My passion and all the staff at wag'n tails.

Do not take your pet here unless you like dealing with rude and ignorant people. I have 2 dogs which I was transferring from their previous vet to this one only because this vet was closer to home. Since I board them regularly due to my traveling, they require a visit to the vet every 6 months. They had pet insurance with a company for the last 7 years and since I was changing vet I was going with a company who accepted this vet. Anyway I spoke to the staff and informed them of my intentions. I asked what specifically do they need and they stated IF I had their medical records that would be helpful. Upon my daughters arrival with one of the dogs and their medical records, they informed her they couldn't take her because they didn't feel comfortable. My dog visit to the vet was for a estimate on her teeth cleaning and since I was changing vets I was having her knees checked. Basically the insurance company waive any waiting period for ALC if you have the vet to check them. Upon looking at her medical history the office manager informed my daughter they wouldn't be able to see her because according to her medical records she was seen in 2013 due to a limp and had x-rays done. Yes you read correctly. We are now in 2015 (2 years later) and they refuse to even do an exam or even ask for the xrays. My daughter explained she had a soft tissue injury to her hip and 6 months later she has had no issues. She suggested they call her previous vet and speak to them and they refuse. I called to speak to them. Boy was I surprised at the rudeness and disrespect I received from the office manager. I informed her I was trying to get and understanding of the problem and she became even more rude. I was shocked at the level or disrespect displayed. I attempted to make some sense out of this woman. I explained to her wouldn't it be better that they do the exam since I went thru the trouble to have someone to bring my dog there and if they wanted to hold the results pending the review of the 2 year old xrays which I could deliver to them on the weekend would be fine. Any reasonable person would have given this some thought considering IF I WAS TRYING TO HIDE SOMETHING, I would not have presented her medical records which were not required. We got no where and she refuse to answer any questions or let me speak to the doctor. I think it goes without saying I have no intentions of subjecting my dogs to such abusive people. Obviously they don't value their customers and don't put much emphasis on new clients. The exact words spoken to me by the office manager were "you need to just stay with the vet you are with and not transfer to us". I will definitely take her advice. I know it is a lost opportunity for this vet considering I support the vets by purchasing her metabolic dog food, biscuits, flea prevention medicine, dental cleanings, bi-yearly vaccines as well as boarding a minimum of 40 days per year for each of my 2 dogs.
