The staff is very pleasant in the vet is wonderful I have a dog that is a little cuckoo but they tolerate it and they're good with them

I've been coming here with my 2 dogs for 12 years and never had a bad experience until now. The clinic manager is extremely rude and should not be handling the phone or dealing with customers. I believe her name is amber but I'm not sure. I did ask and was told she is the office manager. Not only is she super rude but also very mean and the way she speaks to customers is not appropriate. I love the dr and he is the only reason why I haven't considered going somewhere else but if I have to deal with this lady again I won't go back there and will look for a different vet. The staff is very nice exept for her ...she lacks compassion, manners and for some reason feels she can get away with treating customer the way she does. Very sad.

I made an appointment for my Persian cat who is 3 years old and wanted a wellness check and fecal exam. They made me wait outside with him in the hot weather, second told me he has to go inside by himself , are you kidding me! My cat is like my kid you won't let go to a doctor without you being there. The response was because of COVID , everywhere you can go wearing a mask. If I can't go in neither my cat!

Shenandoah Animal Hospital saved my 14 year old yorkies life. Thankful for the veterinarians and staff at this facility. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend. They go above and beyond for their clients & patients. My blind senior dog felt right at home. Thank you to both the Doctors and staff (especially AMBER) for all you do! Anyone who gives them less than 5 stars clearly isn’t a real client or they are probably the issue ????.

If I could give a 0 review to this business I would do not take your dog there Ambert is very rude I don’t know what’s the situation with the dr and her I asked several times to speak with the dr I never received a call back regarding my dog situation I called several times and I have recordings of her telling you are harassing me what kinda of business this people do I don’t know ??? I feel terrible they overcharge me and i still don’t know what’s going on with my dog She hung up the phone saying I don’t have nothing to talk to you btw she’s the office manager Please don’t take your dog there because the lack of communication is very poor she’s don’t hAve manners at all to be working with the public And on top of that amber send her friends to write her reviews just read below Please don’t take your dog there

I love this place: the service is amazing and the people are super friendly and helpful. I recommend this place to any pet owners especially new ones.

Dr. Lienen is one of the most empathetic professionals. His staff is also just as wonderful. I have brought my dogs here for over 10 years, from puppy vaccinations to euthanasia. They put animal health and wellbeing before anything else. I have been to a few other places (Dr. Dan and Cooper City) but this clinic is the most honest and helpful. I drive from afar just to get the best vet care for my dogs. They are like family.

I have been bringing my fur babies to this facility for about 7 years because I tell you they are fabulous! The doctor is amazing, very empathetic and gives great advise on animals. During this COVID-19 pandemic the clinic has been open and the marvelous staff are so attentive and professional. I would recommend Shenandoah Animal Hospital???? to everyone who adores their fur babies!

Honestly, they have been invaluable. I found myself an unexpected dad of a newborn kitten and they have been so helpful. I’m excited to bring her in once she hits the right age because I already know they’re going to be super helpful. I am really really thankful I found them as I had been super disappointed in my last vet . My dog had contracted skin mites after a visit when the vet hadn’t washed her hands. Very excited to bring both of them to a caring new vet!!!

I am very disappointed. I took my dog there for her yearly exam. Had to drop her off and wait outside. Since the visit she has had diarrhea with blood, which she has never had in the 20 years she's been with me. I called them and was told to bring her in for a full charge to see what's wrong with her.
