Pet Paradise Ft. Lauderdale Davie, Florida

I'm really upset about this place. Their daily report never came go my email and when i picked up my dog it was in really bad conditions. She was 10 pound less and so weak. The report was all perfect but the dog was not in fact. See pictures below.

We have boarded our pets at Pet Paradise Fort Lauderdale many times over the past few years. The staff is very friendly and absolutely loves their guests. The facility is very clean, is very well maintained and smells great! Our pets always enjoy their stay at Pet Paradise Fort Lauderdale!!!

This is an older facility that doesn’t have cameras for the dog kennels. Also the last time I dropped my dog off they picked up some dog virus. My older dog got so sick I almost had to put him on an IV with the vet. Either they allow other dogs in with virus or the facilities aren’t thoroughly cleaned.

Amazing place. They took care of my two dogs while I was moving from New Jersey. Excellent customer service, the entire process was easy and they took Amazing care of my little ones.

My dog was so happy here the staff were great and it's a very clean fun nice and professional place ! My dog also came back smelling amazing from her bath

They have been very nice every time we go. Our dog is not 100% socialized and gets very nervous and doesn't always eat well and they don't treat her like a problem. They call us when she has difficulties and do their best to give her the play time she needs. I feel confident leaving our problem child with them when we need to.

No complaints...the staff is wonderful with pets. I've been taking my fur babies to Davie location for a few years now. Recently had an issue with reservations I made on line. Manager Karen along with Taylor & staff were able to accommodate my pups on short notice and my vacation went on without a worry. Saved me from a nervous breakdown. Thank you Pet Paradise/Davie! :)

I take my cat to Pet Paradise every time I go out of town or if there's an opening when the situation calls for it. The place is awesome. It's a beautiful place for the cats and the same for the dogs. I don't think they take fish, the reason I say this is I have one and my sister in law brought him to her work, at the hotel, and had her co workers feed him. And all is well

Great first experience with pet paradise. Beautiful facility. My dog Lua was very anxious (loud) and the staff was very patient and accommodating with her needs. Check in and check out was super easy. Thank you. You provide a great service.

My dog went here for doggy day care 1 time. From the beginning I felt a little uneasy that they wouldn't let me see the dog rooms. I had to see from one window far from where they actually were. They wouldn't let me go past a certain point of the facility. I explained I would not touch anything, I just want to make sure the areas are clean. Needless to say... I gave them a chance. I was suppose to leave him all day. But something kept telling me to pick up my fur baby. He was only there 3 hours. He looked ok when I picked him. Nothing seemed odd. A few days later I noticed him acting a little odd. Coughing like crazy and having a fever. Went to see my Vet... Now he has Kennel cough! I'm beyond upset to see my boy feeling so horrible. I called the facility to let them know what happened. No response and no call back. I definitely would never take my dog there ever again. I urge anyone who is thinking about this place. Please Please Please be careful. Kennel Cough is not a joke. I would recommend for you NOT to bring any animal here.

I would have given their boarding services 5 stars. I boarded my two dogs together while I was on vacation. My dogs are up to date on all vaccinations. I have an 8 year old chihuahua and one year old blue heeler. My blue heeler has not been spayed. I was told she couldn’t play with the other dogs because of this which was fine. The next day after bringing them home I noticed my puppy was wheezing, coughing, sneezing, and had drainage from her nose. She is very active so for her not to play it’s bad. I brought her to the vet and she was diagnosed with kennel cough. I have boarded my chihuahua several times with no issues (at other places). I will say the staff was great and very professional. I would have definitely used them in the future but after spending hundreds on boarding then on vet bills I will not. I do know that for her not to be able to be around other dogs that it simply wasn’t cleaned properly. Thankfully she is very healthy and doesn’t have any other health issues. I am still worried about my older chihuahua getting sick.

I have never been away from my two cats for any extended period of time and had a hard time choosing where to put them. Pet Paradise has a 24/7 camera in the cattery where I was able to watch them and by the 3rd day could tell they were happy. I did not know that the cats rotate turns having the whole space to roam about and relax in the sunny windows so that was a great plus. I loved watching them roam about and play with one another while I was gone. After a few days they didn't want to room together so staff separated them. I called when I noticed and staff was very responsive and helpful. Most staff also let them out together for their playtimes after the first day they were separated, without me needing to call and request it because I almost did, which also was important to me because around the house, they cuddle and groom one another.

The best place for our dog! She comes back worn out!!! :)

I love how professional the staff is, always answering all my questions and making me comfortable with my fur baby stay. He totally loved it and had a great time. I loved that i was able to log to the website and see him playing in the cameras. I totally recommend it :)

My puppy Bella absolutely loved her stay at Pet Paradise. It was almost like she didn't want to come home like. The place looks very clean, you don't see poop or anything like though surrounding the building. There's a pool and for when you want to see what's going on there's cameras and you can access the surveillance footage online. The best part is, it's inexpensive. Five stars.
