Nova Animal hospital is a nice small animal hospital. I am impressed with how thorough they are before determining a diagnosis. The front office staff, Vet techs and Dr's all very friendly. I trust taken my cats to this Animal Hospital. I highly recommend them.

Kind doctors and a clean facility, my dogs love it here!!

I recently purchased a French bulldog she had a stuffy nose so My wife took her in earlier today. My wife told me that she had a wonderful experience that customer service was awesome and that everyone was very kind and caring. Definitely recommend taking your pets here.

I brought my chihuahua, Bella, to visit Dr. Falcón for her routine check up not too long ago and was elated with how she was treated. She is a very grumpy old girl and does not like her vet visits but the staff was very kind to her despite her attitude. The compassion and professionalism here are second to none and I will be happy to return.

Absolutely unprofessional watching the owner of this place drag a trash can down University Drive to dump his trash at the door step of a small business. If this is how low and unprofessional the owner I can only imagine the standard the staff are kept to.

I used to take my dog to this vet, and paid lots of money. Then with pandemic, I moved away, I called for my cat needing so by Royal Canin , he gets that because he has urinary problems she said because she had not seen the cat in a year he can die.

I was with my dog and they give me wrong diagnosis .I try to speak with the doctor no answer. I spoke with the manager and she was very rude with me .the worst place I ever meet. They never refund the money back. .don't go there .they only care your moneymoneynonopipet.imamake a demand

I witnessed what turned out to be the actual owner of this business drag his trash bin over to a neighbors business and dump the trash all over the front of the neighbors business. Very rude, disrespectful, unsanitary, and extremely not professional. Never would I trust such a poor establishment with the health or care of any living thing if this is how they treat humans imagine how they treat animals.

I've been taking my dog here for her routine checkups and vaccines for a few years now, and the staff is always friendly and professional.

The staff here are all great! They helped me with our puppy and they are now are family vet!

My very first visit went well

Dr. Gwen Flinchum is patient, explains everything thoroughly and writes things down for you (including home remedies, which I appreciated!), and is very knowledgeable about birds! I brought in my quail with bumblefoot and paid about $100 for the visit including antibiotics. Very pleased! Now I hope it works! ????????

I took my puppy there for her 1st visit I called around for prices I wrote them all down the person on the phone gave me a price and saying visit was included with me just paying for shots after they saw my puppy they told me other wise and said there is someone new and they told me wrong why should I have to pay for something when your vet told me the wrong price if there new or not it’s your job to set next to them and train them so they don’t give out false info and didn’t know until it was time to pay that the vet visit wasn’t included that’s scamming people and lieing will never recommend to anyone or ever go back

They take really good care of my Mrs. Brisby ❤ I lobe this place. They handle with great love and care and I cannot recommend this place more!!

Nova Animal Hospital treat my fur babies like family ! Dr. Bufalieri has taken care of Ringo with so much love and care for years. The team are very reliable and knowledge. The team calls me to check up on my babies and remind me when they are due for things. I am so happy Dr. Blanco is now doing Acupuncture now. There is nothing Nova Animal Hospital can’t do for the care of your animals. I give 5 stars to this hospital and trust me when I say your animals will be in good hands.

My old guy Rex has been getting acupuncture for his hip pain regularly from Dr. Blanco and he responds to it great!. Due to a bad stomach he can’t take regular medication so this is a real life saver! So grateful to have found Nova. They are the best!!

the best staff! my dog usually always lads but when he comes here he doesn't bark even once and I never have to force him to come in hahaha

Nova Animal Hospital is the best for your veterinary needs! We have been taking our bullmastiff there for seven years! He loves to visit, especially during spa days! We started by taking our boy there because other vets could not combat his skin allergies. Without avail, Dr. Formoso was able to correct his skin issues and we have been going there ever since! From taking care of what may seem a simple fix with allergies all the way to TPLO surgery for both of his knees, our boy was well taken care of and we would NOT go anywhere else! Tater LOVES Dr. Formoso and her staff! They always welcome him with OPEN ARMS!

This clinic refused to keep seeing my dog after he got diagnosed with kidney disease. They wouldn’t even provide regulars services to my dog anymore only because I took him to see a specialist. They said there were “too many hands on the pot”. This is a regular vet clinic, and I went to see a specialist. If you go to a cardiologist because you have a heart problem, does your family doctor refuse to see you afterwards?? Even the specialist was shocked to hear this. Absolutely senseless and unprofessional.

My beautiful silver Muscovy duck passed away 5 days after seeing Dr. Gwen Flinchum. He was not acting himself and had reduced appetite the day before. She said he was fine and didn't find anything wrong with him after a physical, and sent us home with an oral antibiotic and told give him some 'time' 7 days and tube feed him. She did not do any blood work, Xray, ect. I followed her instructions and he slowly deteriorated -but she give me the false impression he was 'fine' and and I was giving him 'time' to recover from whatever it was ( she never stated. ) The Nova hospital did not contact me shortly after the appointment to at least check in on him, is awful. He was a very healthy young 3 year old stud & friendly , and had survived a raccoon attack when he was very young. After doing some of my own research after he passed suddenly -he possibly had some kind of sepsis or zinc poisoning -which can be treated with early proper testing and aggressive treatment. But advice "Give him some time" cost him his life. Your girlfriend ducks & son are looking for you & we love you :( 4/2018 - 4/14/21

Nova Animal Hospital has provided outstanding care to my dogs for many years. I feel compelled to stop and write a review after witnessing a complete turnaround for my Cooper after receiving acupuncture under the phenomenal care of Dr. Erika Blanco. He is a 14 year old Westie with ongoing digestive issues and anxiety. After exhausting other treatments without consistent results, Dr. Blanco suggested acupuncture. My husband rolled his eyes when he heard “acupuncture“. After just six treatments, he is like a new dog. We cannot believe the change. He is coming off the long term meds he has been receiving and is doing better than he has in years. I wouldn’t believe it if I hadn’t seen it myself. Thank you Nova Animal Hospital and Dr. Blanco for Cooper’s new quality of life!

This is the BEST vet I've ever had! I've been bringing my cat here for two years and they have treated us so well. Dr. Blanco and Karina are the best! This is an office full of animal lovers! They are a joy to speak to, and they have no problem answering questions and explaining things clearly. They give fantastic advice and are always so kind! <3

Dr. Patrick Bufalieri is a wonderful, very professional and caring Veterinarian. I have been taking my furry friends there for many years and he always takes good care of them.
