It says care center but they don’t give about you or any dog. Do not recommend

I don't know, nor do I care, whether these people are good or bad veterinarians. The harrowing pain I feel right now should be warning to others to avoid this place if at all possible. Because these people are heartless, I wasn't able to be with my baby girl in what turned out to be her last hours of life - except for a brief moment at the very end. Citing virus concerns, they did not allow me to enter the clinic with my lovely, frightened dog, so she spent around two hours being tested, poked, and dragged around, frightened and sick to death, without her human by her side. What she must have thought! What she must have gone through! What she must have suffered!! Before you tell me why did I accept this - know that I got there with my dog suffering greatly, and yet, when they told me I couldn't go in with her, I went somewhere else. There they wouldn't be able to see her for a few hours, and then I had no choice but to return to this place. I will never, I could never forgive these people what they made my poor baby go through without me. Yes, they finally let me in before putting her to sleep; yes, they told me to take my time - but was I going to extend her suffering, by extending our goodbye? No. I owed her so much more than that. I should have been with her throughout the whole ordeal - I would have put on 7 masks if that was the condition. Instead, I let her alone with strangers in her final and most trying and scariest hours of her life. Shame on these people, and shame on me for not bursting through the doors and plant myself at her side. I will never get over this.

The person who clipped our kitten’s claw cut it way too far down, and she was bleeding badly for a couple of hours. We took her to the local animal hospital in Coral Springs, but they told us it could be a 3+ hour wait, and recommended seeing if other local animal hospitals were open. When we arrived here, they were pretty busy as well, but they went ahead and took our cat in and made sure her paw was no longer bleeding. The people here genuinely care about animals. They didn’t even charge us for the visit. I would definitely go back if I was ever in need of urgent care for a pet.

Literally saved my dog's life last night. Turned out he was suffering from a severe allergic reaction and they treated him quickly. He's home now resting comfortably. They kept me updated all night and made sure he was comfortable there. Can't thank them enough. They even adjusted the bill when they found that they overestimated the bill.

I lost my precious girl on Friday. Everyone I encountered here was empathetic, kind, gentle, and dedicated to trying to pull my girl through from her renal failure, and they were upfront and honest in the softest way when nothing more could be done. They let me be with her, and the way they spoke to her was so loving I’ll never forget. Thank you for giving my Ma’am the best care in the last few hours of her life.

My French bulldog joker had difficulty breathing, he was minutes away from dying. His tongue was blue, he was gasping for air. I arrived in a panic. Let me tell you about this team, they dropped everything and rushed to his aid. The doctor and entire team comfort me as I cried fearing the worse. Joker received oxygen, he's home and doing better. This review has a happy ending because of this team. I'm forever grateful. Thank you,

We drove up from Pinecrest because of all the terrible reviews at all of the 24 hour pet hospitals around Miami-Dade. It was well worth the trip. The doctors we spoke with while our cat had an emergency blood transfusion understood what we were going through and really felt our pain. They connected with us and cared. It's something rare among animal hospitals. We had gone to a nightmare hospital in Pinecrest where the doctor committed to referring to our cat as "it" and she came back shivering and shaking from the visit. My wife and I whole-heartedly recommend and endorse this 24 hour pet emergency room. If your little furry baby needs help, go here.

This place is a scam...trying to take money.....a bunch of lazy people behind the front desk and rude on the phone.i would not take my pets ever again even if they were terminally ill. And there just here to put your animal down.....

My fur baby was very sick and they tried to save her. They did their best and she spent all day by the vets side. Unfortunately it was her time. Today we received this in the mail. They are an amazing team. I am so grateful

We look our 9 year old golden-doodle to Adv Vet Care. It was our first time ever having to take our boy to the ER. He ingested some string and part of infant's toy. The team at this office, from the nurse techs to the doctors, are top-notch!! In a very high-stress situation for two nervous dog-parents, this team was compassionate, thoughtful, and took the time to explain all that was going on whenever we needed to call and check in. Very thankful for this office's expertise!

Never Again! My daughter took our cat to this center Monday Sept 13 at night, they charged her 700.00 for blood work, gave her pain medicine that probably didnt even need …

We had to bring our precious dog in after complications with surgery. The office staff was incredible kept us in the loop and every moment. All the doctors here are very compassionate and thorough. I highly recommend this facility if your pet ever needs any emergency services.

Our hearts were broken when our beloved 11 year old threaten terrier Jazz became ill. We took him to Advanced Veterinary Specialists for treatment and surgery. He survived the surgery but unfortunately passed away a day after. The doctors and staff of the clinic were constantly in touch with us from the moment that he was admitted until the end. Their care and compassion was very meaningful to us. Today we picked up Jazz’s ashes and the hand written cards from their staff deeply touched our hearts. The veterinary clinic were Jazz was treated for his 11 barely sent a non personalized postcard. Doctors and staff, please know that we deeply appreciate your human kindness. Miryam and Faye

ADVCC was BY FAR the best emergency vet visit and treatment I have ever experienced . This is the second time I have been to this facility each time with a different dog for different reasons. Both times the staff was compassionate, thoughtful and caring. They took care of the problems immediately, prescribed the appropriate tests and treatments without over charging. Any ER visit is expensive, but I think the rates here are fair and not excessive. In other words not taking advantage of a scared grieving pet parent. The veterinarians there are smart, communicative and easy to talk to, with good clinical judgment. They even called the next day to check on my fur baby to see how he was doing. If you are ever in need of an emergency vet go here.

Advanced Veterinary Care Center and its staff are amazing! As the owner of multiple fur babies and many visits to Advanced Veterinary Care Center I have been so incredibly grateful to the wonderful care they have received from the doctors and staff there. They understand that our pets are family members and go above and beyond for them. It is very stressful when something is wrong with your pet and having emergency doctors as well as specialists in one location gives me the piece of mind that they are in the best place possible when they are not feeling well. The surgeon Dr. A has taken care of two of my dogs, one for an emergency surgery after being seen through ER and diagnosed with a foreign body and then she removed a tumor on my other dog that was in a very difficult location. She was wonderful and each time informed me of what her plans where prior and then updated me as soon as they were out of surgery. Unfortunately the tumor on my dog came back as a mast cell tumor so we were able to see Dr. Piscoya, the oncologist right away who understands how stressful a cancer diagnosis can be and took the time to explain all my options in regards to treatment and a continued care plan. Most recently I took my cat in after noticing that he was lethargic, not himself and looked very pale at home. Thankfully Advanced Veterinary Care Center was open because I rushed him in at almost 11:00 at night. The emergency nurses and doctor immediately evaluated him, after his exam and some initial blood work it was determined that he was very anemic and needed a blood transfusion. They started his blood transfusion right away and updated me first thing in the morning that he was already looking better. It was advised to follow up with Dr. Macho, one of the internists for a further work up. Dr. Macho is was absolutely wonderful, he took the time to address all my concerns and come up with a plan for my cat who is currently doing much better. I cannot say enough good things about the doctors and staff. If you are looking for the absolute best care that your pets can receive, look no further than Advanced Veterinary Care Center.

My 10 mo old chichi had a surgical procedure performed here this past Friday. This place took the best care of me and my baby girl. Everyone was so accommodating and kind. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone!

I brought my dog here to be evaluated by the internist, Dr. Macho, after her appetite had been decreasing and she continued to lose weight. Dr. Macho was great with my baby, he took the time to listen to my concerns and explain what might be happening with her. He informed me that she may have IBD (she's had chronic issues with her appetite/being on the thinner side, occasional regurgitation) and no doctor ever mentioned this before. Since then, we switched her food and started her on some medications, and she's doing much better! The staff was also great with her, even though she's a nervous dog, they made her feel very loved!

The ER is ok, but, don't get fooled, if you don't pay first, even if you are in a hurry, they won't give your pet back. I went for a consultation with Dr. Macho, in the middle of whatever they were doing inside, and 20 minutes after Dr. finished his 15 minutes observation of my dog, i had an emergency at work, i called and explained to the receptionist my urgency to leave and put me on hold for another 20 minutes. I had to leave, resolve my problem and came back to pay and finally get my dog back...money hungers...don't even think they love animals just money.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. For the second time, this hospital saved my cat and my pockets! I want to especially thank Nurse Lauren L. for referring me here and always taking such great care of my babies. We love and appreciate all of you!!!!!❤️❤️❤️

My husband and I were trying to leave on vacation on a Sunday, and drop off our two hyper miniature schnauzers at my in-laws, who's leashes got tangled. Our oldest of the two, broke her ankle in the mess. It was a real heartbreak about to leave on vacation dealing with this. The following week, we were recommended a few orthopedic surgeons including Dr. Brower by our vet. Let's just say that he was heaven sent! From the beginning of the process, everything was beyond white glove service. Melissa, was also incredible with our baby. Now 2 months later, our baby is cast-less, and walking almost fully back to normal after a pretty nasty break and surgery. We can't imagine what would've happened had we not met Dr. Brower and Melissa and all the incredible staff at the Advanced Veterinary Care Center! I understand you will read all the reviews, and make your own decisions especially if it's an emgencey situation, but please do not bring your loved one here.

They took wonderful care of my dog, Hershey! Kept me updated the whole time and worked very well with me during checkout. I recommend them 1000%. They helped me swiftly although it was early morning. Hershey seems to be doing great so far. I’m very grateful they were able to help her! Thank you so much Advanced Care and your wonderful staff!

The best place i could have taken my poor baby to be under 24/7 care and unfortunately euthanized

Waited 6 hours for blood work results. We asked them to do an xray and check her ears. They said, we do not check ears, and an xray was not necessary. They notated that we refused the xray when we begged them to do it. We paid 600.00 for absolutely nothing. I will never recommend them to anyone that loves their animal.

WOW! I have a Persian baby and noticed something was just not normal. Of course it is a weekend. And from the moment I dialed their number I was greeted with such ease and comfort. The. We get there and the lady who checked us in Lea to the sweetest Marissa who took my kitty from me. What amazing customer service and care and reassurance that they will take excellent care of him. Now to the Dr. Rappaport who was unbelievable and comforting. He was so caring and knowledgeable. The pricing was also great and comforting that I could run the further testing to rule out any issues and to be able to give meds for his issues. I highly recommend this place and I heard all the nurses in there also was fabulous and took excellent care of our baby TiKi DO NOT HESITATE USING THIS AMAZING VET.zero hidden fees and everything was upfront.
