Groomers doesn't follow instructions have your dog looking like rats.

Have been taking my labradoodle here for his last 4 grooms and am extremely happy with each visit!! They are very accommodating and he always looks amazing. The groomer is always available to talk to and they groom out in the open so you see how they’re being handled. Very happy with Paws Up!!

I would not be taking my dog here again. The pictures are self explanatory. They did not informed me of the incident when I picked him up. I had to call to ask. I tried resolving the issue and they did not want to cover the vet expenses nor refund me for the HORRIBLE "grooming". In top of the wound my dog received at this place, they messed up his fur and cut his whiskers when I specifically told them not to. I understand that dogs can move and get a tiny cut (like the owner mentioned) but this was a very DEEP cut. Even the vet was surprised by it.

NOT RELIABLE< NO PROFESSIONASL< DON"T LISTEN TO YOUR INSTRUCCTIONS!!!!! My dog is a Shitzu, and I was loving her long hair , I was so happy seeing her run around the pool looking on the movement on her beautiful hair. This was my specific directions , only the face , the private areas , nails and paws. I am so disappointed and mad, and sad, THEY CUT HER HAIR. When I saw her I had to leave! I can't say how furious I am ! When I called back, the owner justification was that It was a misunderstanding and the hair will grow back!! Seriously?(when she told me that a mini grooming is just the face , paws and private areas!!! Be Careful!!! Elsa, the owner just offered a bath for free! I don't care about the money, I HAVE TIO TRUST ON THE PEOPLE when I leave my dog, and I DON'T TRUST YOU OR YOUR SALON ANY MORE!!!

They treated my dog as a DIVA. When I got there there were many dogs and I was concerned about it but they showed me they had huge cages in the back to prevent any trouble and I felt my little one was safe and in the right hands. After a couple of hours I got a call that she was ready to pick up. When I got there was about 4.30pm and she was the last one there, the owner was playing with her, I felt so relief that I left her in good hands. Although when I dropped her she was full of mud and sand cause the day before we played in the beach at my pick up she had the best smell and combed hair. Thank you Paws Up team for your love to my little girl! I will come back here forever and ever!!

If I could have given 0 stars, I would. I believe this is a new set of owners, and we were always happy with our dog's haircuts with the prior owners, however this last visit I took him to today I am extremely unhappy with. I gave the lady at the front desk specific instructions for the haircut, which she wrote down. I was happy with this because you would think that it is then very easy for the exact instructions to be relayed properly. However, this haircut was horrible. I asked to keep the body and tail long, where instead they cut off half of his tail hair (all while leaving some long pieces) and cut his whole body short, along with shaving the hair on his stomach and the inside of his back legs all the way down to the skin in a way that I have never seen any other groomer do unless the dog is going into surgery. I understand sometimes a dog needs to be shaved that short of the fur is matted, however I brush my dog regularly so I know that can not be the case here. I asked for the ears to be shorter, however they were left long. Overall, the complete opposite of what I asked for. When I called Paws Up to let them know I was not happy and to see what can be done, it was chalked up to a "miscommunication" and I was offered a $5 credit to my next $60 groom. And, to top off that genereous compensation, I was told that there is nothing else that can really be done because " hair grows back, Michelle." I do understand that miscommunications happen as I am a service worker myself, but when guidelines are seemingly completely ignored, it isn't a miscommunication, it's just disregard. Edit** as a response to the owners response** I was the one who dropped him off, while my sister was the one to pick him up. Upon seeing him at home was when I noticed it was not what I had asked for and was overall a bad, uneven haircut. Yes, I should have been the one to pick him up to ensure in the moment that what i asked for was fulfilled, so a phone call is all I can do at this point. I am not begging for my money back, I did not even ask for a full refund. No amends were made on your part over the phone call, only denial. My sister payed in full and tipped before even seeing him, and we still did not ask for that back even tho we are this dissatisfied, although at this point economic compensation would be nice considering the bad service.

Great experience with pawsuppetsalon, from the way they take care of our 4 legged friends to their professionalism. Neat location and great service. Also love how the owner is very personable thank you Elsa!

The best place I have ever taken my fur babies for their beauty needs. The pups are allowed to walk around inside and even get on the couch but don't worry because there is a waist high fence to keep everyone safe from running free out the door
