The vet staff are always very polite and informative. Our vet spent two hours with us (one on each dog). We felt that she understood our concerns and did her best to advise us.

Staff was extremely rude called to ask for emergency vet number was met with extremely rude receptionist who accused me of raising my voice when all I was doing was stating that I had called three emergency vets prior and was given the same exact number and it is not an emergency vet was immediately hung up on

Took both my cat and duck here. Everyone was very understanding and did an excellent job helping my pets. I will be coming back here for years to come.

Office and building is very nice.. We were greeted by blonde haired girl with ponytail at reception. She told me to weigh dog and wait over on other side.. Then the lady with short hair said "you can come over here I have a room open. She was super nice. Ok, in the little Room now and met the vet tech, still no doctor came to talk to me. Vet tech took some information and went back to relay to doctor.. then vet tech came back and took dog.. Dr. Sarah came in and was super nice. They are doing X-ray's on hips, knees, and tail. Total for that is 195.00. Plus the office visit, ear check and clean. Etc.....I'll update at end of visit. Ok visit over total cost for ear infection and x-rays on knees and hips 380.00. See photo of Bill. Overall, I'm happy with the visit. I think vet bills are too high but that is everywhere. Hope that helps.

Called about bring in my sick cat and they said they had no veterinarian on staff (Tuesday morning) and they had a staff meeting from 8-10am when they could see no patients.

We always feel confident bringing our pets here. The entire staff have always been anxious to provide excellent care. The Vets are top notch in everything about pets. The nurse staff are very knowledgeable as well. The name fits "Animal Wellness World" and you won't regret trusting them with your pet.

Most unprofessional place I’ve ever been to! My dog got WORSE after following their treatment plan! I had to take her to another vet where she got much better! I've been going to Brevard Veterinary Hospital for 27 years. I would NEVER take my pets anywhere else! Dr Kim Jennings loves her patients and has a great manner with them, plus she's so knowledgeable!! And Dr Jennings is breed specific which is huge in my book.

Dr. Guthrie is fantastic with all of our animals. We just got all six cats done and all of them loved her. They offer curbside right now with covid and they call and talk to you about each animal. They also were there for the last moments of our dog Hannah. The doctors office took the time to sign and mail a card to us. I can't say enough nice things about them.

Totally and completely satisfied with my vet they take care of my children (pets) as they were there's in today's scenario you have to hope these peeps are successful thank you thank you

We have been taking our pets here for almost 20 years. Dr. Sarah Guttery and her staff provide wonderful and compassionate are for all of God's creatures. I recommend them highly and without reservation.

Super vet to work with and dogs treated with great care

I have everything from a new puppy, 8 kitties, 4 birds and 2 bunnies. At any moment someone could become sick or injured... Dr Sarah Guttery has been my Veterinarian since I moved here in 2000 and every time I have called.... Even 5 minutes before closing, she and or her other doctors and staff have always been there for my Babies and for me. They are the best.

Our vet is in Melbourne. My pup(s) are 16 & 17 yrs old. A few months back we had an emergent issue with one. I didn't want to make him wait for the long drive to Melbourne. I called & they said no problem. They got us right in. The staff was VERY friendly & helpful. About a month ago, we noticed things took a turn for the worse. Together, my husband & I made that hard decision that it was time for our sweet beautiful Mickey to cross the Rainbow Bridge. Again, I called (as I was NOT putting him through the long drive to Melbourne). They were unable to fit him in at the Hwy 1location, but gave us the number to their sister clinic on Clearlake in front of Publix. The staff was equally helpful & understood. They got us in a room IMMEDIATELY, did a quick assessment & explained how things would happen. Once our sweet beautiful Mickey crossed over, they put him in a casket shaped box & let us out through the back door. Within a few days we received a condolence card & it had Mickey's paw print on it. We were sooo touched. Thank you to ALL of the staff at BOTH locations for their compassion & kindness. You'll ALWAYS have a special place in my heart. ❤

The staff were quick and compassionate to deal with my poorly Kevin. They saw him within an hour of me calling. Gave him X-rays and a thorough examination along with some pain medicine and anti-inflammatory medicine to relive his back pain and a rabies shot, the bill was quite reasonable I was very pleaded and will for sure use them again.

Friendly staff, good doctors, most pet prescriptions on-site, reasonable fees. Been taking 2 cats & dog there for a decade.

Love the people love the place but best of all my pup loves it there!

Waited in the parking lot 40 minutes past my appointment time without any notice from this office as to when we might be seen. Finally got tired of waiting, thought we were forgotten about and went home which is all the way in Rockledge. Called them to be told that I should have just kept waiting and asked if I wanted to reschedule, a NO on that one, won't be back. My dog has a UTI that she needs to be treated for and never got that treatment cause this office is incredibly discourteous and can't walk out and let their customers know what's happening. This office has always kept us waiting way past our appointment times and have very poor customer service skills. I do not recommend this office.

My dog usually goes to the clearlake hospital but you have to wait in the car while they take your pet inside afterwards they call you to let you whats going on nothing wrong but here instead you can go in the exam room with your pet the staff is awesome very into your questions and concerns the doctor is very very professional answers all questions with no rush really recommend this place and we are even changing vet as well.

I love the way ya'll take care of my dog bo he's gets excited when it's time for his bath. All the Staff are great and friendly ????

The staff and doctor were kind of rude in explaining things and answering my questions. All I was trying to do is understand things and all they did was confuse me more. And they are very expensive. They said my visit would be around 200 with the things I needed. It was doubled in the end.
