Facility is fair. Response to phone calls is very slow.

This was the first time I left my dog with anyone other than someone we new. After 5 days in there care we picked him up, he was cleaned and groomed and had no fleas which was a worry of mine. The shampoo wash was worth the extra money. I will be using them again

I had to kennel my 8 year old German Shepard (Stetson) who likes to intimidate people. This was his first stay with Cocoa Kennels. I was worried how he would adjust. He did great! The owners were very professional and the staff was attentive. Thank you for giving me the peace of mind to know that Stetson has a safe place to stay when needed. I love Cocoa Kennels! They took excellent care of my 3 babies. I reached out to Paul on Memorial day weekend and he didn't let me down! When no one else would return my call or even answer the phone, Paul came through and provided my babies with the best care! He answered all my questions and concerns. Clean, well organized, spacious, loving family owned bz. I'd never been away from my Lillie. Called next day to check on her & owners assured she was eating & playing w/their 9yo Granddaughter which calmed my fears as {Lillie loves kids} Highly recommend bz should U ever need to secure care for Ur pet

1st time ever putting my Ziva in a kennel/boarding facility. She's not very social to strangers. So I was worried about leaving her. They respected her space and was still able to feed her and give her water. I was only gone overnight but about 2 full days. Very accommodating. Spacious runs. I will be using Cocoa Kennels in my future trips knowing she'll be safe and well taken care of. Thank you for existing!

Extremely professional, and the kennel design itself is very well thought out. So well thought out that it shows the owners really care.

We used cocoa kennels for the first time for our dog diesel and this kennel specializes in difficult breeds and their handling! They cared for him so well and we drove 2 hours there and 2 hours back just to use them ! Highly recommend!

One word. AWESOME!!! I will not go anywhere else for my best buddy Romeo. They were great, I would recommend them to anyone that needs their animal groomed.

Best place to board the furry family members. Our two dogs enjoy the facility. They also love play time. Everyone is so friendly.

My dogs get groomed here and they always do a great job! Call beforehand because there hours are not super consistent. I have also borded my three dogs here and I would do it again, great local business!

Paul and Debbie are terrific! They watched over my six dogs while I was away and were very accommodating to their needs. All dogs were happy and healthy when picked up after a week. Excellent, well priced grooming too!

The front office smelled so funky that I was automatically turned off.

Super nice people and super accommodating. Location is super convienant to Disney and other locations on the coast. Price was also great for 5 days of boarding with two dogs. Also the dogs got multiple play sessions with staff. Will use Cocoa Kennels again!

This is a wonderful kennel! We have been using them since about the year 2000. Never had a problem and always had great service. The boys always come back healthy and happy and I couldn’t ask for more from a kennel.
