The receptionist, vet tech, and vet were all great with our cat and very friendly. It was our first time there and we’ll definitely be back!

My senior dog goes every 2 weeks to get injections for arthritis so we're here OFTEN and have interacted with pretty much all of the people who work here. I can honestly and genuinely say that this place is great. I've never had a bad experience and the customer service is continuously excellent. I've seen reviews about them trying to rip people off and that is the farthest thing from the truth. They provide a treatment plan after the exam (usually standard at all vets) and understand that pet care is expensive - they even have a search section on their web page where you can search to see if your pet needs to go to the vet or of you can treat them at home. I'm extremely happy with VCA as my vet and so is my dog - she LOVES everyone there!

They are very caring; however, I don’t see the Vet - only Vet Technician. In the morning, young lady at the desk is friendly.

We were "wow'd" by the professional, caring, courtesy, and friendliness of all four associates we dealt with during our first pet visit. Our experience was top notch.They've earned our trust and we wiil become new customers.Their practice and services come highly recommended!

They take good care of your pets

Don't take your pets here. They are greedy and only want to squeeze you for every $ they can. They're vets don't care about your pets just money. In general every vist for my THREE animals in the room with the vet I always felt pressured and guilt tripped. Only reason I continued going was because of family. My last straw was today whenI tried to PAY for a urine sample test and they told me I had to do a list of pre requisites before they would would consider. I've had 3 animals through this vet for over 6 years and every time it's money money money. I'm over a year since my gsd was seen so they snubbed their noses at me. On principle I will go to a new vet for his check up and urine sample. Side note hello we are in a pandemic it would make sense for it to be as easy as me dropping off the urine sample and keeping contact brief. But I guess taking care of loyal customers is a thing of the past. Whatever for a quick dime. Your loss because now you will lose out on three animals vet bills for their remaining lives. You played yourself.

My dog has the puppy care plan and he's no puppy anymore. 3 years old and 95lbs and he has been neutered here, treated here regularly, and overall cared for. Jesse loves you guys! Keep up the good work!

I will not take my furbabies anywhere else. Our Shadow lives going there, and our new baby Gizmo liked all the loving he got at his first visit. I've had to call them so many times for advice, and they were always kind and laughed with me when our Shadow was being a puppy. Of I could give 10 stars I would.

I recently had to euthanize my cat of many years. Everyone was "real". I described it to my daughter who euthanized her dog a year ago and she commented on how "plastic" the personnel at that clinic were.

I love this vet there very nice and helpful and they actually take time to talk to you about what is going on with your pet and there awesome too thanks for all your help and support with my dogs and cats

They took good care of my dog. Sometimes waits and be a little long on a Saturday, but that's to be expected. My dog has a bad habit of marking and everyone's really patient about it and I try to clean up as much as I can. They also are really helpful for new dog owners on tips for training my dog

Completely different price for boarding than what's told over the phone... Then your dog needs all kinds of shots to get to the door

Scammed myvl daughter our of 200$ told her 68$ on the phone to board our fog for 3 nights and got there and told 299$ on our way to the airport to catch a flight with zero time to make other arrangements .

Brought my kitten in after noticing she was having a major issue with her balance. The staff was warm, courteous and reassuring - always a bonus when you’re concerned for the welfare of your pet. After the examination the doc explained what needed to be done to get her healthy, answering all of my questions and concerns. I cannot say enough about this crew - wonderful people who genuinely cared about both me, and my cat. Thank you!!

Very nice and caring people

Took my kitten here for a check up. Received medicine for fleas and was suggested to use it. After using the medicine as told to do so. My kitten has a fever, and has to be supervised by a vet. Which hopefully he gets better. This place is lucky I'm not suing.

Love this Vet! She took SUCH BEAUTIFUL care of our Ebby! She even texted and kept us updated throughout the surgery and recovery process!! Thank YOU SO MUCH!!

This vet is listed as holistic, but it’s Not holistic. The staff and vet were all very nice but I wanted a holistic vet for my aging dog.

As a new client, they were able to get my doggie in immediately when she had an allergic reaction and took care of it. Very thankful. The staff and vet are great.

We decided to board our dog at VCA off South Belcher. They were reasonably priced and the staff were extremely caring and knew our dog’s name and correct pronunciation. They worked with us when we had to cut our boarding stay prematurely and were very prompt in taking and cancelling our reservations. We plan to continue our boarding experience there as well as our pets’ annual vet visits.
