Steppin Out Grooming Salon Clearwater, Florida

I brought my puppy here and she is just a fur ball. They cleaned her right and she looks good. My only suggestion would be to make the rates a bit more competitive.

Worst groom I’ve ever seen. She’s a sweet nice lady but she was in a hurry because she was running behind. I think she just rushed and did a horrible job. Hair all different lengths, didn’t clean her ears or pull the hair out, still had long hair on the pads and around the nails. I had to take my baby to another groomer to fix my babies hair. I enjoyed the woman she’s so nice but if she’s in a hurry….I don’t recommend

I’m going to miss Heidi now that I’ve moved up north my cat was always shaved and manicured perfectly and Heidi was so sweet

Heidi is the absolute best! I've been going to her for years now. I was so lucky to find someone who does grooming for cats!! She is so good with my cat and you can tell she really cares. She always responds to me quickly and works with my schedule, which I really appreciate! I would highly recommend her!!!!

We love Heidi ????✂️????! My Tucker can hardly contain himself when he arrives for his appointment - he’s so excited! She really goes above and beyond for her clients. She’s always able to fit me in at a time that works for me. She sends a cute pic of my pup after every bath, and even fits in some play time with the other pups when Tucker needs to burn off a little energy! He loves her! His grooming is always done well and is exactly what I asked for. I highly recommend her! ????

Heidi has been taking care of my dog for almost 2 years now, and is just FANTASTIC! She is very efficient and flexible, and I love that her shop is clean! She's very loving toward my pup, and he always looks adorable after! He actually loves going to get his hair done and see "his friend Heidi"! I highly recommend bringing your fur baby to see her!

I have two Aussies (10 and 6 yrs) that have absolutely HATED getting their bath and haircut for years!!!! I started taking them to Steppin Out Grooming Salon and can’t think of enough kind words to say! Not only do my dogs get excited to go, they seem to truly enjoy their time at the salon! The owner goes out of her way to make the dogs comfortable during their day - as well as the owner!! I get pics while there with messages about how they are doing. My 10 year old dog pictured has gotten kicked out of groomers in St. Pete because she has bit/nipped....I have no idea how Steppin Out Grooming did this, but Maya truly enjoys her time here and I can’t be happier!!! Definitely recommend!!!!!!!!

We are very excited to have found Heidi! We have 2 Persians, both rescues, boy and girl. While the boy lets us groom him, our little girl is quite another story. 5 1/2 lbs of feisty! She also has that very fine fur which requires her to receive a “lion cut” about every 9 to 12 months. This has been an issue for a number of years with multiple groomers likely because of this little girls feisty demeanor. So when I signed up with Heidi much to my delight it was the most enjoyable experience starting with the phone call to make the appointment to the wonderful job she and her helpers did. We could not be happier would highly recommend Heidi and she will be our source for all future grooming needs. Thank you, Heidi!

Heidi is amazing with our two dogs! One of our dogs is 15 and has trouble with her back legs but Heidi and her staff take their time and are always so careful with her. The dogs always look perfect! We love Steppin Out Grooming!!!

Heidi is a dog whisperer. I am convinced. My baby puppy didnt move an inch when she trimmed her nails, and shes a wiggle worm chihuahua, i can barely get her to sit still. Heidi is a people person too, awesome chick all around. Take all my business please ????

Stepping Out Grooming is awesome! Heidi is an amazing groomer. I have been going to her for many years now. Her prices are very fair and she really loves animals. She’s very kind to me, my dog and she’s very professional. I definitely recommend her services.

Very unprofessional & distracted. Constantly complains about other customers to current customers. Very distracted when working on your pet, as she is more busy taking and complaining about customers or about how hard her job is. Even if she offers you something and you decline. She will insist... and then hold that against you as if you asked for something for free and you owe her still... forever. Save yourself from this drama. I feel exhausted when I leave. I work long hours and what energy I have left, is gone when I leave there. I just need nails trimmed. OMG - Not worth the drama!!!!

Heidi is an amazing groomer. Her prices are EXTREMELY fair and she is so friendly and kind! You can really tell she loves the animals so much. She has groomed my large Maine coon cat multiple times as well as my dogs. She is fast and professional. I can’t recommend her enough!

Heidi and her team are truly wonderful! I took my five bunnies here for nail trims today, and once before and I leave feeling so impressed. Heidi has a nature about her that my bunnies truly adore, and she was able to keep them so calm. From my experience I feel more like a part of the Steppin Out Grooming family, rather than just a client. I highly recommend this establishment for all of your grooming needs!

Heidi’s the best! The grooming services are all the best quality and the rates are more than reasonable, but the best part is how personalized the experience is. She loves our dog and treats her like she’s her own - I can’t say enough about how nice and comforting that is when you’re dropping your furbaby off!

My little girl has really kinky hair. Heidi has her looking good at all times. I’ve been using her so 2 years now and my little poodle loves her. I would highly recommend Stepping out Grooming:)

Heidi is excellent! We've been bringing our cocker spaniel, Lady, to her for the past 4 years. Even after we moved farther away, we've continued to come back to her. I highly recommend her services!

We took our baby Cuzco to Heidi. She is so sweet and dedicated. We really liked how much she cared about our puppy. He looks so much different and sooooo cute after his haircut. Definitely recommend and will be coming back!

Owner Is very rude and unprofessional, not sure if I caught them on a bad day but definitely won’t be back to find out. Hard to believe someone that short tempered is working with animals.

Heidi is the best ! She is a great groomer and actually cares about her clients . We have been going to her for 4 years now and would never go anywhere else . I love getting pictures thru out the day! I highly recommend going here .

I HIGHLY recommend this groomer! I bring my cat here anytime he needs a thorough grooming. This is the only place I trust to groom my cat in a professional manner. I can tell she really loves animals and that my cat is in great hands.

WOW! What an awesome place. Heidi is so nice and loves dogs! She loved my corgi and he loved her. Stress free and my pup looked cute as ever afterward, if I was able to give 6 stars I would! Definitely go here if you need your fur baby groomed!
