This was the first time at Care Clearwater. The staff made us feel as if we were part of the family. Friendly, courteous and helpful. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Care Clearwater.

My recent experience here left me with a bad taste in mouth. I have heard nothing but, great things so when it was needed I wanted to use them. one of the doctors is very confusing person and then when I didn't understand she just started rambling. My head couldn't handle it. I was lost and, on top of that the technician Ashley was so rude and unprofessional . The saying goes birds of a feather flock together.

Took great care of our dying dog - all the staff, especially Dr Martin, were just plain amazing

I brought my dog in for chocolate toxicity and they took great care of her. The service, communication, price and outcome were all excellent! I would highly recommend them:)

My dog was diagnosed with Addison’s disease, and needed overnight intense fluid therapy. They took good care of my boy, and updated me on everything throughout his care. The staff is amazing day shift, and overnight shift. I would take my boy back, and my other dogs.

This place was WONDERFUL. I was so worried about my baby. They were great with her, and me(lol). I absolutely recommend this place if (unfortunately) you need emergency care for your pet.

If I can give them 0 stars I would. The staff is unprofessional. Very disrespectful all around, the staff and vets included.The staff came outside of the facility wanting to fight me all because I requested my pets medical records. I went to pick him up at 10pm and he was not handed to me until midnight. They kept prolonging handing him to me because I was discharging him but the agreement was to bring him every 6 hours to treat him for pain management. They gave me the run around and called the police and threatened me of trans passing all because I wanted to discharge my baby and get his medical records to bring him to another facility to get proper care because he was in agonizing pain. They also charged me for an extra day including medications that were suppose to him every 6 hours for pain management. They also charged me for euthanizing and cremation which this NEVER happened at this facility. And they have yet to reimburse me !!! And it has been a little over a week since this all happened. They tortured and mutualized my baby in just two and a half days that he was there. He wasn’t cared for properly and he definitely did not deserve that. DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE !!!

My boyfriend and I are super thankful for the team at CARE… We showed up with our kitty, Bugs, last night after a scary accident and they were outstanding with both our kitty and us. They assured us that he was going to be okay and told us he was getting lots of love in the back. They brought me a box of tissues out to the car and they offered hot tea or coffee while we waited. Their kindness in that moment is not something we will ever forget. Bugs turned out to be completely fine, apart from a scratch on his ear and a little tuft of hair missing but they even talked to us about aftercare and how to prevent this from happening again. Just all around, very sweet and very caring team here. I wish I could remember all of your names to thank you personally, but if you see this… thank you!!!

We took our deceased yorkie in for her final arrangements. Just off of how much care they took of our deceased baby I would highly recommend them for that or getting your fur babies in for emergency treatment. Worth that hospital level price for the level of care your furbabies would receive

My puppy ingested something toxic on our morning walk. CARE was able to quickly help him and 12 hours later he was almost 100% again! They were professional and wonderful at communication. I highly recommend!

I am so grateful for the amazing team at CARE! My poor pup had a run in with some bees and went into anaphylaxis. They saved her and she is now resting comfortably at home. They also provided frequent updates and photos. Thank you for saving my best friend!

What an extraordinary group of people. They handled the need for euthanasia with compassion and empathy.

We brought our dog in for emergency services late one evening. They provide amazing service! We were seen right away. They came out to get a detailed history, brought us coffee and tea, and the vet came out after the initial assessment to update us. They were highly responsive the entire process including phone calls and multiple emails. They were an absolute joy and made a scary ordeal into a pleasant, comforting experience. We would absolutely use them again in the future.

3 hour wait for a pulled ACL and Miscommunication about services I authorized. I understand that there may be more serious emergencies but perhaps they need more help

CARE was amazing when we took our dog in on Thanksgiving night. They were very responsive and professional communicating everything that was going on. Danny was a ray of sunshine and compassionate who went above and beyond to make sure everyone was doing okay. I highly recommend CARE for any emergency needs.

They took very good care of our puppy that was having seizures. They dropped everything else they were doing & the whole group took care of him. They kept him in ICU for 24 hrs. He came out of it very well. Thank you so much!

They were extremely busy this Past Sunday with a 4-5 hour wait time but they referred me to the next hospital and did there best to assist me within a timely manner for pets situation.

Like any emergency vet, it's not cheap, but you get the best care possible. They sent pictures of my pup so I could see she was doing ok. Very thorough and informative. I've read some negative reviews on here, but that was definitely not my experience. I hope I don't need emergency vet care again any time soon, but if I do, I will not hesitate to use CARE.

Staff was very nice and compassionate

I can’t believe how empathetic and caring the entire team of this clinic is. I had to bring my cat in to be put to sleep after a horrible accident and they made this heartbreaking experience a lot easier with all the love they showed. Thank you so much to the entire staff.

Wonderful people. We woke up to a sad situation with our 16yr old Zora and they helped us along the way humanely and we got to say goodbye with her comfortable. Only positive things to say about the people at CARE
