Animal Health Care Clinic Clearwater, Florida

The vets and staff at this clinic are the most thorough, kind and compassionate people. They've taken care of my animals and my daughters animals for more than 20 years. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

On December 20th, 2021, the young girl that answered the phone todsy at 12:42 pm was rude, and condescending, I simply asked a question and she snapped at me and they proceeded to lie to me and then hung up on me. I called methat calls

My experience with the animal health Care clinic has always been a very enlightening and very warm and welcoming place to go and take my cat my cat has been going to them since he was a little baby he was neutered there he gets all his shots there he gets all his vaccinations there he's going on 4 years I always receive notifications in the mail when something is due whether it be an exam or vaccination and the staff is amazing they're very gentle and very caring with animals and the information that they provide when or if you have questions they always have the answers or they can suggest maybe something different but it's always good to ask the veterinarian if you have any questions with your pet but I have had nothing but good experiences and I do not take my cat anywhere else

My 12 year old cat Mitsie was seriously I'll and they recommended expensive tests that were out of my financial range. The tests they did perform were only cursery and not much help. I left with my cat and took her to the Vet Hospital on Belcher Road across from the Post Office. They are very caring and gentle in handling her. She received hydration at half the cost that "PAWS" charged. I will not take another pet to them. 'NUFF SAID

Dr Kim and her staff are amazing, I don't have words to describe how grateful I am for everything they are doing for Suzi Q.......they are the best and Suzi Q loves the vet techs so much

Doctors and staff went above and beyond for our kitty, Mewcinder. They are caring, trustworthy, and skilled; the 3 things we were looking for in a vet when we moved here. They even replace our kitty’s toy, that went missing, without even asking them!

Way way way too over priced. To take our three dogs, two small and one lab, for their routine shots an office visit was over $800! It’s absolutely ridiculous.

Dealt with our Cat on a timely manner. Very Happy.

Same as " Spay n Nueter" clinic, same establishment, same staff. All are wonderful, easy going and friendly.

I went here for a second opinion and I clearly should have been coming here all along! Very thorough, much more reasonable prices and my dog actually relaxed and stopped shaking while there. I'm so happy I decided to check them out!

I took my cat here to be neutered because their prices are far better than most other clinics ($65 to neuter my cat). The procedure went well and the front office staff was really friendly. HOWEVER, the office manager called me the next day to ask if I had taken home a small toy monkey. I told her I had (I thought the toy was a kind gesture from the clinic since it had been left in my cats cage with him). She then told me that, "The toy doesn't belong to you" (as if I had intentionally stolen it). Apparently they had accidently returned the toy to my cat rather than the rightful owner. She then asked if I would return it. I explained that I can't because I'm 40 minutes away. Then she asked if I could mail the toy back (postage would cost more than the toy was worth). When I told her my dog had already gotten to the toy, she said in a very sarcastic tone "Well thanks, you've been a big help." And then hung up on me. When I called back and accused her of being rude, she claimed she hadn't been and she didn't know why the call was dropped. I'm pretty sure that's B.S. but regardless, it was a super unprofessional way to handle that situation. This was THIER mistake but they acted like I was responsible for fixing it. Despite the long drive, I was considering switching my dog to this clinic due to their affordability and the kindness of the front office staff. Now that I know this is how the MANAGER behaves I think I'll stay away.

I had my dog fixed here as a puppy and have been coming ever since and she is 13 now. I now bring both my dogs here and have never had a bad experience. I had to take my dog to Blue Pearl for an ER visit and it cost me over $800 and they found nothing wrong with her. I called the clinic and they were able to get her in the next day and found she had a UTI, she was fine after her meds all for around $100… I definitely trust them with my pups.

My dog doesn't mind going there because he doesn't get anxiety. He "talks" to them actually theyre awesome with him

Even though my dog can get too excited when going to the vet, they have always treated him very well. They give me calls in between the appointments to get a more accurate outcome on the problems he has been having. They always give me a call couple days after appointments to see how my dog, Syd, is doing. They are all so bubbly and sound so genuine.

Great surgical care from Dr Moretti here! We take both our Bassetts and our cat here for all their care. I’ve been a registered nurse for 29 years and I have no tolerance for bad care. NEVER had a bad experience here! Great care at reasonable prices.

I took my rescue German Shepherd here to get fixed when I first adopted him and they were so professional and they made sure that I was comfortable with the entire process from start to finish. Because of this experience, Animal Health Care Clinic is his primary vet. They are very professional and despite not being able to be in the room with him, the staff is prompt about calling me if there are any concerns. They are reasonably priced and I can generally always get an appointment, which is super helpful when I work late during the week and can only have weekend appointments. Highly recommend this clinic!
