A Very Important Pet Clearwater, Florida

My dogs have been going to daycare at AVIP for over 2 years. This has become their favorite place, they even try to sneak out the door to go on non daycare days! The hours are fantastic, a great help on the days I work late. We love the staff, they are all so kind and caring. I am so thankful for them, I never worry about my dogs while there. I also appreciate the convenience of getting their baths done at the same location, no need for extra trips, and they do a great job! Thanks AVIP for loving my pups!

Been bringing my little Yorkie Samson here for almost a year now for grooming, and can't praise VIP enough. Jenna in particular has been wonderful, but the whole staff makes you feel like a Very Important Pet Owner!

When I lived down there they ALWAYS took great care of my pets. And still to this day if I have a friend down there that needs Animal care service I send them here and they're never dissatisfied. It's hard to find reliability that's so good that I live states away and can still get friends help they need in one phone call. They treat you like family.

Recently there have been a lot of bad reviews left because of one disgruntled customer who started a witch hunt for this fine establishment over an experience she had. Every experience I’ve had with the staff has been pleasant, everyone there works hard to care for your pets and does not deserve this mistreatment at the hands of the Boccadoros. Trust your instincts once you interact yourself with this fine, caring, and friendly staff. I will always trust AVIP with my pets and appreciate greatly the work that this team does. And to the Boccadoros and their friends leaving bad and untruthful reviews- SHAME on you! You all need to reevaluate your lives. Just look at her other reviews- All negative! AVIP works hard to care for your pets!

Wonderful friendly staff, they offer a lot of different services for your pets, just ask! Prices are fair, and staff is always professional and you can tell they truly love your pets!

Call me whistle blower! I was told by ' mutual friend that there had been someone that had asked her n a few others to leave bad reviews on this page. And most of them has never been there moreless even own a dog. At first I didnt believe her. I mean what grown adult would do such immature things? So she convinced me to check it out. And here I am. And plain as day you can tell who they are. Í all left reviews within a few hours of each. But not post a comment explaining what had happened to receive a negative review. All I can say is shame on you!

My god, just based off the responses from the owner or whoever is in charge of answering the reviews, I would NEVER take a pet to this place. Wildly unprofessional review responses, it was painful to read.

I just moved here in Clearwater and found this place for daycare for my two dogs. They are curbside so I wasn’t allowed inside but I pulled out to the door and they came right to me. This was the first time my dogs have done doggy day care and the staff said my dogs made new friends and they were so worn out when they came home!! The staff was welcoming and made me safe. They have cameras and staff watching the dogs all day. We’ve been coming here almost every day for about a month, so we’re thinking about getting their monthly package!

Most people are nice, but sometimes the employees have an attitude and it just feels very unprofessional. Makes me nervous when I have to drop off and pick up

I love this place and it’s staff with all my heart! Everyone who works here is very nice and I appreciate all the hard work they do! My favorites are Eden and Jenna. They always greet me with a friendly smile and treat my dog like a little angel!

They are always very welcoming and I never have any worries about how they interact with the animals

Couldn't say enough good things about this place! My dog Honey loves it here and the staff is so accommodating. Understandably following restrictions due to covid, while keeping the pets at top priority. Amazing facility and reasonably priced. ????????

The place itself is alright, but a certain employee was extremely rude an unprofessional. They've refused to service a pet due to 1 bad review, and they lack a certain amount of respect for other human beings.

They watch my sweet pup when I'm working! He loves his bestfriends here, both furry and human.

My dog loves it but the staff had some bad attitude today. I picked up my dog, he was wet. I told the girl who said in an angry way that he likes to play in the water, took him back and slammed my car door. She dried him a bit and said they would not allow him to play with water at the end of the day as a solution. I spend over 300 dollars a month. I think I deserve a big of better service, friendliness at least!

Friendly and super caring. Note, they are not allowing anyone inside the reception area, which is kinda small anyway. They will service you in your car. Just drive up.

Very fast service with great staff!

My dog Sandy loves it here! She has so much fun. She is worn out when she comes home. They post on Instagram and I was so happy to see my dog getting a belly rub. Everyone there is so friendly and caring.

Very efficient and helpful staff. Price is very fair and service was excellent.

Outstanding groomers, always fast and efficient, very friendly, and my dogs don't suffer any anxiety with them.

Explained what we wanted twice, just a trim and want her hair left long on top of her head because she’s a peekapoo and wears hair bows. Did not her coat cut short. Top of her hair on head is less than 1/2 inch. Hair cut itself is choppy and uneven. Nothing like we asked for. Needless to say we will not go back. People seemed nice but unfortunately didn’t get close to what we asked for.

I changed my appointment time over the phone, however the receptionist made a mistake and forgot to change my appointment time for a grooming. So when I arrived the receptionist stated that my dog Was not booked…however, they were Able to squeeze in my dog so it wasn’t a big deal (thank you for that) I was sad to see that my dog was given a small cute on his eyelid, belly and his thigh. He’s all healed now but I was sadden to see this!

Friendly staff, great hours. Phycho my cat was not well behaved but Eden and the rest of the team took great care of her while she was there!
