Michelle, if you didn't want to float my horses teeth just tell me. Instead you string me along for a year sceduling and cancelling 6 appts. Now you've just left us hanging. You were to call to reschedule..not a peep. Not surprised at this point. Dr. Davenport, our vet since 2012, is obviously tired, overworked & overwhelmed. He left my horse lame and in a great deal of pain. Threatened me with a $500+ emergency call. Had no choice but to agree on a call and visit the next day..nothing. Not a peep. Left me scrambling to randomly seek an unfamiliar vet to help. For your sake sir and your patients I hope for your speedy and comfortable retirement. It took awhile but I forgive you both. However, I will never understand your total disregard for your patient, my horse & total disrespect toward me.

Called dr Davenport after many years of not needing a large animal vet and he responded immediately and with concern. I appreciated the quick response and helpfulness!

Our kids are involved in 4-H and work with Michele with both dogs and steer. Michele provides training in agility, obedience, rally, and showmanship for our dog club. She is excellent - very kind, patient, and helpful with both the kids and the dogs. She helped our son prepare to compete in the FL State Fair Youth Dog Show for the first time earlier this year, and we could not have done it without her! We are also new to show steer, through 4-H and the Hernando County Fair. Dr. Davenport has provided donated or discounted services to all the kids involved. As parents who are new to livestock, we really appreciate the 4-H program, and people like Dr. Davenport & Michele who offer their time and talents to invest in our kids to help them succeed.

Dr Davenport is a very dedicated and knowledgeable veterinarian and Michele is a wonderful veterinary technician. They are an excellent team and provide a great service to our equine community!! Thank you!!

Best vet. Did a extensive PPE on a horse we bought and was awesome answering our multiple questions. Michelle was fantastic also...I wish we could give them a 10!

Honest and to the point. Thankful for no unnecessary charges. Glad I have found a good vet .Michelle was such a pleasure also Communacation was very good. Made a young girls heart happy that her horse would be OK.

I started using Dr. Davenport and Michelle about 17 years ago. They have been great to my cows and I trust their judgement. Michelle is the greatest assistant you could hope for!

Have used Dr Davenport since he started his practice in the 90's. He has always been helpful. His associates have been wonderful and Michele is one of the best vet techs! At times you do have to wait for an appointment and the vet tech is the only one who schedules appointments so be prepared to wait for a call back. Over the years everyone I've dealt with either in the office or in the field, has always been very helpful.

Dade city animal clinic referred me to Dr. Davenport for a goat birth emergency because my normal vet was out of town, when he called me he was extremely rude saying it's my primary vets responsiblity not his! Excuse me your a vet DONT YOU CARE ABOUT ANIMALS? POS in my opinon, never met him and dont want to!!!!!

I wish I can put ZERO stars. I called 2 months ago to schedule an appt to have my goats fixed today with Dr. Davenport. The reason why it had to be today is because I had to wait for availability. My appt was between 8:30 and 10:30. By 11am I called to find out why no one had came by. Spoke with Jessica just to be told. “I don’t know I’m not in charge of appts, someone will have to call u back”. Finally spoke with Michelle after calling a second time. Michelle, very nice btw explain they were dealing with emergencies and is not sure if she can get to me. HOWEVER she will keep me informed. Here we are no call. My brother took off work to be there for me. Day half way gone. I call Jessica again just to be talked down to like I’m an idiot....WHEN IM THE ONE THAT SHOULD BE UPSET!! When I get more upset due to her lack of care or sympathy and her oh well type of attitude, I lose it. She hangs up on me to then call me 3 min later to tell me to find another vet!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!! If Michelle or Dr.Davenport are any good, I will never know thanks to Jessica’s unprofessionalism. I highy DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Our 5 year old horse had an eye injury and we had another vet at the time...they wanted to take her eye out, we decided to get second opinion and wow was we shocked, Mr. Davenport came out and said no we can fix her lets try a few things and they worked! Within a very short period of time she showed major improvements! Her eye is getting better quickly and he did things the other vet never recommended or tried..He takes the time and is personal with your horse! We are very grateful for him!
