Ditto / Dalmation, Zelda / Dalmation and most recently Maizie / Labradoodle have received first class treatment and always were treated with great care and respect! Super Friendly Staff (Even the kitty behind the desk) . Picked up special diet-healthy kibble and some measuring cups to help our heavy-set cat loose some weight. Great Drs for our Smokey!

Leo is loving his new veterinary clinic. Doctor Smart is very sweet and caring with the pets she treats. I have yet to meet her in person, but I can tell how thorough she is by the time she takes on the phone with us. I hope to meet in person soon.

I have taken all my pets to Westbay over the years. Professional, caring vet who is reasonable in price and recommendations for care. They don't try to get you to purchase anything that's not needed. Staff is courteous and knowledgeable. I won't go anywhere else

They put you on hold for 10 minutes then tell you that they can't trim your dogs nails because you would need a wellness appointment. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS TAKING YOUR MONEY. They OVER charge for their services. Then when you bring your dog in, they do services that cost $$$ and never ask permission. Just like most of these other places in this area. Go elsewhere, all they care about is the money. CLOWNS UPDATE*** After writing this review and having no contact with them. They send me a certified letter saying they are no longer providing care for my dogs. HAHAHAHHAHA Like I would go back to you to be OVER CHARGED. YOU People are a joke. Stay away from DR Scroggins, DR NOT SO SMART and Cheryl Adams. JOKE

Even though it was only curbside service, the vet tech that helped me was very nice and helpful. She explained everything nicely. The doctor/vet, Dr. Smart, called me as they were doing the exam and went over everything in a good way. I've been going to Dr. Smart for a while now and she is very professional and kind. I recommend her very much. The receptionist that took my payment info was very nice too. An overall good appointment again. ☺

Warm and truly caring professionals. They were so wonderful when my Maltese passed away. They made an extremely hard time go a bit easier. Now they treat my new Shorkie. With covid going on they still manage to maintain the same level of excellence. Nicky and Matt are phenomenal people and Dr.Smart is very thoughtful, thorough and kind. Those are just to name a few because the entire staff are top notch.

I am so grateful for Westbay's professional, knowledgable, empathetic, and courteous team. I've found my new pet care facility, because they treated me and my fur baby with respect and honest concern. It usually takes me a time or two to develop a sense of trust when it comes to my pets, but I felt comfortable and confident leaving my beloved kitty with them overnight. <3

The most DISAPPOINTING event happened yesterday. I called in and asked to pick up flea medicine for my dog Rusty and was told that the medicine could not be distributed DURING THIS PANDEMIC without a visit because Rusty is behind in his visit and shot schedule. Rusty had a medical exam one year ago(5-15-2019). His Rabies vaccine is not due until 5/21/2021 and DHPP is not due until 5/14/2022. This vet is more interested in charging fees than pet health. Needless to say, we are done with Westbay Animal Hospital.

Worse experience with my dog ever! The front office staff is so rude to you. They say we’re busy we’re busy. Well maybe you should stop taking new patients and focus on the ones you already have! I spent close to 500$ for almost nothing! 4 bottles of medicine a rabies shot blood work! Yeah that’s 500$ worth!......NOT! Cortez animal clinic is where I’m at now. It’s like night and day! This new staff and doctor blow you guys out of the water with their kindness and well being for your animal. I’m disgusted that I went to west bay they’re pathetic!
