Outstanding service. The groomer, Shayna is the very best in the area. I would not trust anyone else but her with the dogs. Our one dog has a strong personality and she handles him so well. And she loves him! Also the manager was super helpful with choosing a special food for allergies. I would HIGHLY recommend Petland!!!

Please Everyone if you are looking for Good Quality Breeders who do genetic testing and health testing look up AKC registered Breeders. Stop supporting places like this.

What a HORRIBLE experience. Said I was approved for financing but wouldnt give me a price over the phone. Drove an hour over only to find out how RIDULOUSLY priced an Akita was. It doubled from last time our girl akita was purchased there. What they wanted as a down payment I would have just bought one from local breeder. As one reviewer pointed out there was NO NEGOTIATING AT ALL. Totally unprofessional as well...A hand written quote on the back of a piece of paper. I think it is absolutely horrible trying to make money instead of finding a good home for the pups.(mad face) Not only that he was in his kennel drinking water when I showed up but when I went to look for him later after our playtime another dog was in that kennel. I didn't think they should share kennel with different breed of dog. Plus he was sneezing the whole time in playtime area. (shaking head) so if he was sick the other dog might get sick. Auuughhhh terrible. Other petland stores gave pricing over the phone. They need to all follow same protocal.

Made an appointment to for a dog drive two hours to store and dog was already sold. Why allow people to make an appointment if your going to sell the dog that was being requested…

Called the store and requested price and availability of a puppy. I was told that prices were only discussed in-store. Informed sales clerk that price was an extremely important factor in the decision as to whether or not the puppy would be purchased, still would not discuss price. Drove 1.5 hours to be informed that a HUSKY puppy was $5800. Unrealistic prices. Immoral service. Fuuuudge this place. ???????? Hiding an inflated price does not provide clarity. Telling me the price over the phone provides clarity. Who the heck thinks, “Well dang, my $6000 dog died, but at least his dead body equates to in-store cash”.

Prices are horrible! Pug price is double the average per google. Direct from a breeder with vaccines up to date and paperwork $850-$3000. Petland price $5400, no wiggle room. I understand a little profit, it's a company. Adoptions is $150-$350 with adoption fees. Petland is considered an adoption business per its employees. This place definitely looks at the dollar more than a warm n safe home for the animals. Even on the holidays.

I’m was so impressed with the service I received from here Shania took the best care of me and my pet. I have read some information about her online and I see that she is struggling so I would really appreciate anyone to help her just take her your pet and tip her well. We all deserve a fresh start

Ashley was amazing. Very knowledgeable and patient. She showed us multiple puppies and we selected Lulu. Thank you Ashley! Now it is 11/10. Lulu is still our precious baby but buyer beware. I was way to anxious and trusting. We were told her parents were 5 lbs. And she was 2.5 lbs. She was born July 13 and we purchased her 9/20. Again. My wanting a puppy so badly I didn't think it through. She is over 5 lbs. Now at 4 months. We paid $3000 thinking we were getting an above average Yorkie. Again. Use Your head as well as your heart.

Staff was helpful. A little expensive for certain things you can find at tractor supply for way less but all around a decent store.

I love getting my pets food, toys and treats.

Adrian is awesome and has alot of great wisdom to share about fish. I was having trouble keeping a finicky type of fish alive and he gave me some tips that made all the difference in the world.

HORRIBLE. They get their puppies from Daniel Gingerich who has over 50 violations. The dogs that these puppies are bred from are in horrible conditions and artificially inseminated. If you want a purebred please buy from someone who does it humanely.

Timothy Was great!! He showed us multiple puppies as well and if we had any questions he was on top of it ..!! I recommend this place highly great stuff very friendly will help you with anything that you need..!! But out of them all one stood out the most and his name is shadow I’m very happy with my decision and he is too thank you guys so much again !!????❤️

do not buy fish from this store, they are by far the most expensive place to buy fish, case in point I boutght a red tail cat fish only inch..and it cost $39.99 any other location, petco, petsmart, or petsuper market the same fish was only $18.99 so just do your home work they are by far the most expensive when it comes to buying chilids or other fish..

We went to just “look” and walked out with the most perfect and gorgeous Lab. Ashley was amazing and very kind to us and our children. She answered all 1,000 questions we had and never made us feel pressured. Every step of the process was great and professional. I highly recommend this location for your pet needs. They also have great products for your fur babies. Again, thank you Petco for everything we are just over the moon in love with your puppy.

Great place, great people, good prices!

I visited three weeks ago and the customers did not wear masks. I was looking for an air pump and found they did carry it. The cost, to me, seemed high.

The sales guy with the long hair is rude he should be selling cars instead of dogs the way he speaks...I'll take my money somewhere else for a morkie...first and last

We where so happy with the customer service and knowledge on questionsi had concerning any pet(s), and.....the happy faces that the little furry babies had when we had about 5 to 10mins of play time???? I called her Mocha-latte, mocha for short

Got a puppy today. Nice store and the animals are well treated and cared for. The puppy package includes a good quality cage, food, vitamins, and shampoos. They also include a vet package and all pups are micro chipped with pet finder. Pricey but this is an AKC certified pet store so no puppy mill here.

I bought a beautiful red tail boa from here a couple months ago and today he had to be Euthanized because he ended up having a fatal disease called Inclusion Body Disease. Not only did I lose out $280 that I paid for the snake along with the vet bill and cost of euthanasia, but I also lost out on a part of our family. My kids are literally crying. Very disappointed. Please reconsider where you purchase your pets from.
